A fake ring. The kind you get out of a gumball machine for a quarter. Kept tied in his hair. The 'gem' is purple, and has a heart relief.

Character traits: A miner, Mulio came to New Cloudsdale for the same reason many did: it promised a paycheck. Alternating between being gregarious and a terse, stubborn bore, Mulio is hard to get a read on, and tight about personal details beyond meaningless fluff ("I prefer orange soda to grape", etc.). Despite this, anyone who's seen the pictures covering his locker knows he has a family to
get back to, and anyone who's seen his quarters knows he prefers things cheap, dirty, and disposable. The origin of his nickname is known only to him.
His dark hair is medium length, and parted to one side. One lock is kept longer so his ring can be properly tied in it.
