The Officer's Home country 

STORY:
- News spreads to Cammie's hometown that a ship is on its way to ferry new settlers to town.
  It will take one week to arrive.
- Cammie announces that she is going to throw a party to welcome the newcomers on behalf of the dragons.
  Cammie tries to get her dragons on board with this.
- The dragon ambassador(Flamel?) and Chrys get ready to meet with foreigners and the town's mayor.
- General slice of life for the dragons.
- A foreign gunboat lands at port, and an officer is sent to oversee/secure the town due to an nearby apparent dragon threat.
  He eventually overtakes the mayor.
- General slice of life for the dragons.
- A distressed merhant runs to the town hall to report a stolen ship by dragon pirates.
  They were attacked at sea when a storm approached. 
  They fled to the nearest settlement (the town) by boat.
- The merchant also reports his loss of a important/expensive item that descriptively resembles a camera.
- The Officer hastly points at Cammie as the thief and a pirate and detains her.
- Khoa finds out of this and tries to prove Cammie's innocence.
- Chrys gets roped around more meetings, trying to address the foreigner's paranoia and the Dragon Empire's propensity to capitulate to pressure.
- The Dragon Emperor is called to the town to settle the pirate issue, but barely makes progress since the dragon pirates still threaten the town.
- General slice of life for the dragons?
- The dragon pirate's leader, Larimar can be found by the protagonists keeping a small shop after seemingly being wrecked by the storm.
- Either one of FOUR things happen:
  - Khoa catches Larimar and sends her to the officer, ending the dispute, freeing Cammie, and sending the Officer back home.
  - Cammie escapes alongside other detained friends. The officer and his detachment spot the remaining pirates and pursue them. They get lost?
  - Chrys buys a camera from Larimar's shop.
      Either:
      -The camera gets recognised by the merchant and Cammie is freed.
      -Cammie escapes. Chrys gifts Cammie the camera, eventually cursing the party.
  - The emperor , the ambassadors, and Chrys convince the Officer that the pirates are not connected with the Dragon Empire.
    all detained dragons are reluctantly let free. The detachment remains for defence and is still a nuisance.
- The settler ship arrives. Party time.
