Going from 0% to 100%, doing things that please the crowd will result in a positive increase in points, while doing thing that displease the audience will lower it. Things that please the audience: >Hitting Weak Points/Critting >Defeating an enemy >Defeating more than one enemy >Technical Attacks >Baton Passes >Combos Things that displease the audience: >Hitting Null/Repel/Absorbs >Getting KO’d by an opponent >Getting multiple KO’s by an opponent >Debuffs >Buffs >Getting a Weak Point hit/Being critted The Popularity meter is relative: 75% popularity for you means 25% for your opponent. There’s more to the Popularity meter than just praise on the battlefield, rather there are quarters of Popularity that grant you certain boons. 0%: Random Group Debuff (Constant, but Random), less chance to Crit, more likely to be Critted 1+%: Normal 25%: Random Group Buff (Constant, but Random) 50%: Less likely to be Critted 75% More likely to Crit (Revolution) 100%: +5% HP Regen, +5% SP Regen
