All you have to do
Is sit straight and now roll your eyes to the top of your head
Look at the point where your brow and eyes meet
You know where in the forehead
Now while doing this
You are gonna take your tongue
Gently put it on your palette
And slowly go down the ridge of the mouth where it gets close to the soft teeth
Now you'll find a spot on the ridge
Which makes the whole roof tingle

Once you find that spot
Hold pressure on that spot with your tongue while keeping your eyes rolled up like this for a few minutes
Report how it feels @Cel exists
It's actually the origin of the cultural memory
Of people who are possessed having their eyes rolled up
And their tongue wild

It'll be, electrifying

Once in this state
You will find manipulation of the breath
Will directly influence the optic nerves

But it does make them visible to you
If done properly this helps very much in evocation
So the presence was most likely there prior
Just invisible  to you
