A spiraling column of wind bursts out of the ground to envelop Rider, obscuring his transformation sequence; as it begins to die, you can see his uniform is rather plain, standard fare save the pale, sky blue coloration. Clouds seem to be enveloping his wrists, neck and ankles, though they don't seem at all disrupted by the thin veil of wind, leaves and twigs tossed about within, spiraling around the Rider.
