The user spends their first turn preparing the Move. On the second turn, it uses the Command Action to perform the move. This Move deals no damage, but if it connects, all secondary effects it has are guaranteed activate. This Quality does not apply to effects on Moves with the Spirit Surge keyword. ||
||~ DON'T MIND ME, JUST PANTSING YOU, KTHXBAI || Cast - At-Will || The Pokemon with this Quality may, when adjacent to a foe, use its Command Action to drop the foe's pants. Obviously, the foe needs to be wearing pants for this to work. Until the foe spends a Trainer Action (or for Pokemon that wear pants, Command Action) to remedy this, their Speed is reduced by 2 Combat Stages, and their Overland capability is halved. ||
||~ I LIKE UNDERWEAR! THEY'RE COMFY AND EASY TO WEAR || Cast - Session || The Pokemon with this Quality produces a pair of underwear to be worn as a Held Item for Pokemon.
