HARD AND SOFT SIGNS.
 why the fuck i decided to write that. It's not like anyone really care. 

1.
  Hard sign must be written before ?, ?, ? in next cases:
    1) When prefix that ends with consonant is followed by root, Example: ???????, ?????, ??????????????????.
    2) In complex words after numerals ????-, ????-, etc. Example: ????????????.
    3) In foreign words, after foreign prefixes, like ??-, ??-, ???-, ??-, ?????-, ?????-, ???-, ??-, ???-, ?????-, ???-.

2.
  Soft sign must be written inside the word not after prefixes to separate consonant from ?, ?, ?, ? that follows it, it helps when
  you say this word. Example: ??????, ????, ??????????.

3. 
  Soft sign must be written to designate softness of consonant, (excluding ?, ?, see rule 6) in the end of the word. Example: ????,
  ????, ????. Also in the middle of the word before hard consonant, example: ????????, ???????, ??????.
  
  To designate softness of consonant that stands before another soft consonant, in next cases:
    
    1) If when you change the word, that second soft consonant becomes hard, but first soft consonant remains soft, example: 
       ?????? (??????), ??????? (???????), ?????? (???????).
    2) To designate softness of ?, example: ??????, ???????, ??????, ???????.

  In all other cases before soft consonants, incl. ?, ?, soft sign must not be written, example: ?????, ??????, ???????.
  Note: between two ? letters soft sign must not be written. Example: ???????.

4. 
  Soft signs must also be written in next cases:

  1) In complex numerals with both parts declensionable, that develops from numerals ????, ?????, ????, ??????, ??????. Example:
     ????????? (??????????, ???????????), ?????????? (???????????, ?????????????), etc. 
  2) In genitive plural forms, example: ??????, ??????, ????????.
  3) In infinitive before -??, and in imperative mood before -?? ? -??, example: ???? - ????????, ??????? - ???????????.

5. Soft sign MUST NOT be written 

  1) In adjectives with -??- suffix that developed out of nouns that ends with soft sign, example: ???????? (?????) 
     Note: adjectives ????????????, ???????????, ??????????, ???????????, ????????, ????????, must be written with soft sign. 
     Also with it must be written in adjectives that developed from Chieniese words that ends with -??, example: ??????????? 
     (???????).
  2) In genitive plural forms of nouns that ends with -?? with consonant before it, or that ones that ends with ? and their
     diminutive forms that was developed with using of -?- suffix. Examples: ????? - ?????, ?????? - ??????; ????? - ??????, 
     ????????; 

6. After hissing consonants (?, ?, ?, ?) soft sign must be written ONLY in next cases: 
   
  1) In the end of nouns of feminine form, in their nominative and accusative forms of singular form. Example: ????, ????, ????.
  2) In the ending of verb in second person singular form that is in future or past form, and which ends with ?. Example: ?????? - 
     ????????, ?????? - ????????, ??????? - ?????????.
  3) In the ending of verb in imperative singular form, and even with -?? soft sign is present, example: ???? - ??????, ?????? - 
     ????????, ???.
  4) In the ending of verb in imperative plural form before -??, -????. Example: ?????? - ????????, ???????? - ??????????.
  5) In the ending of verb in infinitive, again, -?? is ok. Example: ??????, ????????. 
  6) In all adverbs that ends with ?, ?, example: ??????, ??????, ?????, and in adverb ???????.
  7) In the end of particles ????, ????, ????, ???.
