  24. about anything that smacks of WMD…even if it's a deception.

  26. Case in point: Dihren Barot, the AQ surveillant who now sits in UK
  27. prison, actually stated in his surveillance reports related to the
  28. Prudential Building op in NJ that the attack team should paint the gas
  29. and oxygen canisters with the yellow and black radioactive symbol. He
  30. opined (correctly I believe) that when first responders found bits and
  31. pieces of the yellow/black metal, they'd freak out and seal the entire
  32. area…and no one would ever believe the USG's subsequent explanation that
  33. it wasn’t really radioactive. The bad guys only need to be right once…..
