  1. >>Anon hungers
  2. >>It has been so long. Longer than you know
  3. >>You only speak with the ponies because of an incantation Twilight cast on you so long ago
  4. >>Without it, you cannot speak to or understand pony tongue
  5. >>But it did nothing for your ability to read their squiggly line alphabet
  6. >>The Equestrian calender is useless to you, and you will be damned if you ask Twilight to teach you how to read
  7. >>You're a grown man
  8. >>And you have a desire to consume meat
  9. >>Ever since day one, you have had to settle for vegetables and pastries
  10. >>Sugar and fiber only go so far
  11. >>And Salad... you are TIRED of salad
  12. >>FUCK salad
  13. >>You HATE it
  14. >>Celestia help you if Twilight finds out what you are doing
  15.
  16. >>You creep through the Everfree
  17. >>Armed with a hunting knife that you crafted yourself
  18. >>You whittled a wooden handle, and a blade of flint
  19. >>They were secured with a tight wrapping of twine
  20. >>Roughshod, rudimentary, but you are confident you can kill with it
  21. >>As you creep through the morass of vegetation and darkness, you can hear the sleepy sounds of the wild
  22. >>Very few ponies must ever venture out here
  23. >>But that's okay. Just means more for you
  24. >>It is then that you hear a familiar sound
  25. >>Cluck cluck cluck
  26.
  27. >>You freeze, clenching your knife
  28. >>Hunting was never your thing. In fact, you've never done it before
  29. >>But by Celestia, you are hungry. So hungry.
  30. >>Cluck cluck cluck
  31. >>There it is again. You weren't imagining it.
  32. >>Silently you creep towards the sound, trying to be sure not to make any noise
  33. >>There is a twig. You step over it
  34. >>Low hanging branch; you get on all fours and slink under it
  35. >>You crawl through a bush, which rustles as you pass through it
  36. >>God damnit, you've given yourself away for sure, now
  37. >>Alas, when you can see through to the other side, you see a chicken
  38. >>A big, fat, beautiful chicken
  39. >>Just like the ones from your world
  40. >>You love chicken
  41. >>It might not be red. You might not be able to cook it so rare that you can feel the blood dribble down your chin as you take sustenance from its lifeless corpse
  42. >>But it's not a fucking muffin, and it isn't a fucking salad
  43. >>You can hardly wait
  44. >>The hen jabs its beak into the ground
  45. >>Cluck cluck
  46. >>It turns its back from you
  47. >>Now's your chance
  48. >>You pop out from the bush
  49. >>You are covered in mud, cuts, and foliage tangled in your clothes and hair
  50. >>This place was by no means easy to negotiate
  51. AAAAAAAAAAAH!!
  52. >>You give the mightiest warcry that your lungs can deliver, raising your knife over your head
  53. >>The hen glares at you, not suspecting this, and then bolts
  54. >>B'GAWK
  55. >>But you have no intention of letting it escape
  56. >>You lunge from your former hiding place and chase it down
  57. >>Your knife swings through the air
  58. >>There is a crazed glint in your eye
  59. >>No one, no THING, will deny you this meal
  60. >>This chicken will die, but its sacrifice will feed you
  61.
  62. >>You have no choice. Without the fighting circuit, your bits are dried up for the season
  63. >>You are broke
  64. COME HERE
  65. >>As if the thing can understand you
  66. >>B'GAWK
  67. >>You raise your flint hunting tool
  68. I GOT SOMETHING FOR YA!
  69. >>You close the distance with it and slash, but the ball of fluff and feathers drifts over it like a balloon before falling down
  70. >>You trip and fall into the mud
  71. >>But you are Anonymous, Celestia damnit
  72. >>You will not be denied
  73. >>You get right back up and continue the chase
  74. >>The bird thinks it can evade you by rounding a thick tree
  75. >>You resolve to make a KFC bucket out of this damn thing
  76. >>Like a crazed maniac you round the tree, and you run smack dab into a figure
  77. >>A hooded figure. Short, with sinister greenish yellow eyes that peer out from the veil of darkness at you
  78. >>Oh shit, Jawas
  79. >>You stop in your tracks and freeze
  80. >>Alas, you still have the knife above your head, thinking you were going to be finding a chicken
  81. >>“Goodness me! Who invades my property?”
  82. >>She takes a step forward
  83. >>You take a step back
  84. >>You lower the knife somewhat, but she notices and her glowing eyes shoot wide before shrinking
  85. >>“...For your trespass, I will have your ass!”
  86. >>She rears up on her hind legs and emits a terrible screech
  87.
  88. >>You are filled with an overpowering fear that causes you to turn tail and run
  89. >>Your foot slips, and you spiral down into a ravine
  90. >>You bounce off of the ground
  91. >>Cut through a patch of wild thorns
  92. >>And then find yourself rolling into a river
  93. >>The dark abyss clouds your vision, but you breach the surface and grip a log that is floating down stream
  94. >>A breath is taken
  95. >>You look back where you fell, the current is carrying you away from the hooded horror
  96. >>Cluck cluck cluck
  97. >>You turn your attention to the log that is serving as your life raft, and you find the chicken you had been chasing
  98. >>Confident, you bring your knife up from the water
  99. >>You grin with sinister intent
  100. I got you, now
  101. >>It is just then that the growing sounds of rushing water overtake your lust for foul blood
  102. >>You halt your murderous advance and look down stream
  103. >>Horror grips you as you approach a waterfall
  104. >>Abandoning your desire for protein, you look frantically for something to grab on to
  105. >>A low hanging vine passes over you, and you rocket your hand towards it to anchor you against the current
  106. >>Your grip is faltering
  107. >>The log somehow got stuck to your trousers
  108. >>The connection is under the violent current, you cannot free yourself
  109. >>You clench your knife in your teeth and grip the vine with your other hand
  110. >>The situation is stable. Now you need to make headway
  111. >>Cluck cluck cluck
  112. >>The chicken bounces off the log and crawls up your back
  113. >>It bounces onto your head and waddles up the length of your arms
  114. No.
  115. >>The knife muffles your voice
  116. >>It is woefully ignorant of its situation, and yours
  117. You wouldn't.
  118.
  119. >>It violently pecks your thumb
  120. >>Your hand leaves the vine out of reflex
  121. >>It violently pecks your other wrist
  122. NO!!
  123. >>You lose your anchor, and manage to grab the chicken between your hands before you are carried off by the current once more
  124. >>You spit the knife out
  125. >>At first I was just hungry! But now I think I'll kill you out of principal!
  126. >>But before you can do that, you reach the periphery of the waterfall
  127. >>Gravity takes over
  128. >>You tumble
  129. >>The sound of rushing water muffles your screams
  130.
  131. >>How long have you been out? Celestia help you
  132. >>Your eyes crease open
  133. >>You are half buried in a bank of mud on the base of the fall
  134. >>You groggily awake
  135. >>Your knife is nowhere to be seen
  136. >>Your pant's leg is torn, and you are free from the log
  137. >>You are sore all over
  138. >>Cluck cluck cluck
  139. >>Your focus shifts to a hen bouncing around in the mud bath
  140. >>You... son of a...
  141. >>You struggle to get up on your feet, fire in your eyes
  142. >>You are lost, you have no idea where you are
  143. >>The sun is almost down
  144. >>But by Celestia,
  145. >>Tonight I dine on poultry!
  146. >>You bring up your arms and claw your fingers leaping at your prey
  147. >>It floats up from the ground, and you land face first in the mud
  148. >>It lands on the back of your head and bolts towards the water
  149. >>You are quick to recover
  150. >>You are hell bound to have fried chicken
  151. >>The river at the base of the fall is populated by floating logs just like before, and the chicken skips along them to get to the other side
  152.
  153. >>You follow
  154. >>You leap on a log, but it isn't a log
  155. >>It has teeth
  156. >>It snarls at you
  157. >>You find yourself looking down the maw of a crocodile, holding its jaws open with your hands
  158. Shit, shit!
  159. >>You normally don't use such colorful language, but the others close in
  160. >>The chicken bounds away, unhindered
  161. >>You throw the crocodile in your hands out of the water
  162. >>One approaches you, and you rear your right fist over your head and give it a sock in the snout
  163. >>But this isn't a problem you can solve by punching it
  164. >>Multiple crocs grip into you with their teeth, and you are dragged under the surface
  165. >>The chicken comes back, as if to see what has happened to its pursuer
  166. >>Cluck cluck cluck
  167. >>It cants its head to one side
  168. >>B'GAWK!
  169. >>Your hand emerges from the surface, and you pull yourself up onto the bank
  170. >>You bleed, profusely
  171. >>Leeches feast on the buffet of your flesh
  172. >>You have bite marks all over you
  173. >>They took your shirt, leaving you with a bare chest
  174. >>You look down on the bird with stone cold hatred
  175. Run.
  176. >>The hen takes your advice and bounds off
  177. >>You emerge from the water, with a croc still latching on to your leg
  178. >>The pace of your run shakes it off
  179. >>The hen floats over a log, and you follow like an Olympic triathlon
  180. >>Your arms swipe closed once you are in range, but once again it just barely flutters from your grasp
  181. >>But however much it runs, you will be victorious
  182. >>You will have your dinner
  183.
  184. >>The chase goes on for what seems like an hour
  185. >>Over the hills, through the woods, and into open ground
  186. >>But it tires
  187. >>You don't
  188. >>You are Anonymous
  189. >>You dive forward
  190. >>Your hands reach
  191. >>You grab it
  192.
  193. >>B'GAWK
  194. >>You laugh like a maniac
  195. Hah
  196. Hehe~
  197. HAHAHAHA!!
  198. >>Your pupils shrink, your mouth wide
  199. >>You hold the hen up high as it screams and writhes
  200. >>You have beaten Equestria! You have obtained your goal
  201. >>You suddenly yank the fat bird down to chest level and slouch over it, your eyes wicked and your teeth bared like a crazed animal
  202. You!
  203. You... are... MINE
  204. I will not forgive, and I will NOT forget!
  205. >>Suddenly a voice calls to you
  206. >>“Oh, Anon~!”
  207. >>You snap out of it
  208. >>Your surroundings suddenly come to you
  209. Huh?
  210. >>Fluttershy trots up to you, happy as can be
  211. >>“You found my cute little chicken!”
  212. >>Fluttershy raises her hooves and pulls it from your hands, leaving an empty void where the chicken once was
  213. >>You shed a tear
  214. >>“Oh, Roxanne... you know better than to run off like that!”
  215. >>Fluttershy scolds, and the hen happily glides over to the gen house out front like nothing happened
  216. >>Your lower lip quivers uncontrollably
  217. >>“Oh, Anonymous, you look awful!”
  218. >>Fluttershy gazes at your wounds, your torn and absent clothing
  219. >>Wingboner engaged
  220. >>You are far too upset to notice
  221. >>Fluttershy takes your hand and guides you further in to her property
  222. >>“Come on, I'll be happy to fix you up a salad.”
