"I'll be home before sunset!" >You yell, as you make your way across the street. >You see a kid about your height playing on the porch by the saloon.  He sees you and starts running over. >"Howdy, a'hm Teddy!" he says while extending his hand. >"Ye new around here?" "I'm Anon!" >You say with a smile. "My pops and I just moved in, we live at the church house." >You shake the kids hand. >"C'mon, I'll show you around!" >You spend the rest of the afternoon seeing the sights of this little town and playing games with Teddy.  You're sure to make it home before dark and you tell your dad about your new friend over dinner.   >You're up the next morning bright and early.  Today Teddy said he'll show you this canyion by the river; it will be qutie the adventure. >You get to Teddy's house and happily knock on his door. >A sad child answers. "What's wrong Teddy?" >"Muh pops said I'm not allowed to play with you no more." >Your smile fades into confusion. >"He said your pop is is trying to steal the money from the town up at that old churchhouse." >You cry out at this accusation. "My dad doesn't steal nothing!" >There's a voice from inside the house.  It's deep with a strong twang. >"Theodore, get in here." >A man walks up from behind your new friend. >"But popa..." Teddy cries. >"I told ye to get in here, now!" he remarks with a stirn voice. >Teddy tears up and goes inside. >The man looks down to you. >"You're that preacher's kid, aint ye?"   >The man sternly speaks out at you. >"I want you to listen to me, boy." >He kneels down to you eye level and pokes you in the chest. >"I want you to stay away from my son, yer here me?" "But.." >"Yher a bad influence." >He relesaes his poke and shoves another one in. >"And I aint havin no bad influence around my son, you got that?" >Trying to hold back the tears, you respond to the man. "Yes mister." >He stands back up again and looks down at you once more. >"Good, now get outta here." >He slams his door as you begin to cry. >Then Celestia's sun warms your waking skin. >Morning has dawned. >You slowly open your eyes; your fire of last night is not but a smoldering ember. >Your vision clears and your surroundings come into focus. >Timberwolves are everywhere. >You reach around for your sword and attempt to sit up. >The pain in your arm, it's still there. >"Calm down Anon, they're dead." replies the Titan. >Your doubletake confirms the timberwolves' eyes are all dark. >You lean yourself against a nearby rock and look up at Crius. "Did you kill every one of them?" >Crius smiles. >"Every last one."
