- >Rarity quietly closes and locks Carousel Boutique's front door
- >She turns around when she hears the floor creak - Anon is standing in their bedroom's doorway, arms crossed.
- >"Oh, Anon! I must apologize, we were -" He slams his fist into the wall, and Rarity jumps.
- >She had hoped she could sneak into bed and wake up him in a way guaranteed to put him in a good mood, but no such luck.
- >"Ten, Rarity. You said you would be home at ten. It's almost eleven." He strides up to her and starts examining her.
- >She hates when he looks at her that way, not with the love he won her heart with, not with concern, but as if she's just a thing.
- >"I know, and I'm so sorry darling, but Pinkie Pie insisted on just one more round, and then Dash..." Her voice trails off.
- >Anon is taking off his belt, the one she made him when his old one from Earth finally wore out.
- >He's dangling it in front of her, and Rarity unconsciously tries to cover her hindquarters with her tail.
- >"I don't appreciate you lying to me, Rarity. Not again." Anon taps the belt buckle on the floor. Tap. Tap.
- >Rarity wraps her hooves around his leg, squeezing tightly, eyes closed. "P-please, Anon! I didn't mean to, I'd never."
- >He shoves her off, and looks down on her, sprawled on the floor. Tap. Tap. "Get up." Her eyes are glued on the belt. Tap. Tap.
- >Anon kicks her in the belly, and Rarity cries out softly, breath driven out of her. "Get up, and put your front hooves on the table."
- >She's sobbing gently as she complies, wondering how her life is now this, and knowing how she made it this way.
- >"Raise your tail, Rarity." She flinches, knowing what's coming. "Three times as many if you make me tie to your horn again."
- >Her tears hit the floor as she raises her tail, and her legs start trembling. Why wasn't she a better girlfriend?
- >Anon draws back his arm, belt held in his fist, and swings it. Rarity cries out as the stiff belt lands on her soft hindquarters.
- >Again, and Rarity sucks in air, trying to hold back her screams, trying to remember the Anon of dinner dates and gifted flowers.
- >He raises his arm again, and Rarity tenses, her bruised buttocks already sore, but he sets it down.
- >Rarity can't help but let out a sigh of relief, and that's when Anon swings the belt directly between her legs.
- >All four legs buckle and Rarity is gasping on the floor, squeezing her hindlegs together, trying to make the pain go away.
- >Anon spits on her. "I'm going out for a walk. Get in bed and be ready for me when I'm back." He doesn't even wait for an answer.
- >Rarity slowly drags herself into the bedroom, sobbing openly now that Anon is gone. Why?
- >Her hoof gently probes her throbbing mound, half seeing how badly she's hurt this time, half trying to make herself wet for Anon.
- >Why? Why did she have to ruin everything by sleeping with Applejack?
- >She knows if she can just show Anon she truly loves him, everything will be better. It has to be.
