1. f5 to refresh.
2. try another browser. the following are links to google chromium.

3. make sure your internet connection is good enough for 240p youtube videos.
4. make sure your internet connection is not being lagged out by other things.
5. make sure your comp is not being lagged out by other programs.
6. if that doesn't work then idk wtf is wrong and you're screwed.
