Suggestions I have for ffsplit.
 
1. Auto reconnect
2. Limit on maximum bit rate or kbps that can be sent at 1 time.
3. Start and stop local recordings without starting and stopping the stream.
If that's not added already.
4. Have "livestream" as a default streaming site option like "ustream".
5. Custom values for "frame rate" or "fps" instead of drop boxes.
So you can stream at 4 or 1 fps like fmle if you want to.
6. Custom values for audio bit rate or kbps instead of drop boxes.
So you can stream at 8 bkps or something like fmle if you want to.
7. Custom values for video bit rate or kbps instead of drop boxes.
So you can stream at 8 kbps or something like fmle if you want to.
8. Stream length time displayed beyond "23h 59m 59s".
