Change Log:
-Removed the 100 people for a brigade stuff.
-Got rid of large pop growth.
-Cores added to current Nationalistic Movements.
-Lucky Nations is now quite OP.
-The game shouldn't lag anymore, no more huge economies and countries not making any troops.
