>"AARGH! YOU THINK MERE WOODEN STICKS CAN STOP ME, GIRL?"

>You took a look at her form closely. Her legs have the least amount of hide armor, as well as her eyes.

>Her fur stretched from her head to her back. Only the lion's head hair differed in color.

>The lower horn seemed hairy as well, but still dangerous either way.

>An arrow stabs Amaranthine in the leg. The woman roars as she charges once more.

"Dammit, can't you just stay in the zoo like every other animal?"

>You stepped on a nearby table and jumped on top of the hybrid.

"HUAH!"

>You held on to her as you held fast to your wooden arrow.

>"GET OFF OF ME!"

"No shoes? No owner? NO SERVICE!"

>You began stabbing her hard-shelled face. It had very little effect.

"GRAH! *STAB* GRAH! *STAB* OH SHI--!"

>The hybrid begins jumping up and down in the restaurant. It's a freaking rodeo!

"STAY... PUT G-G-GODDA-A-AAAMMIT!"

>"ROOOOOAAARRGGRRRRR!"

>The rhino hybrid then jumped no more and decided to charge, going outside.

>You stabbed its back with a stick and held on tight.

>"GRRAAAARRRH!"

"DAMMIT!"

>"Ach Mein Gott! What the hell was that?"

"Possibly some escaped unknown species of extinct super rhinos!"

>"Do such things exist in this country?"

"How should I know? If you ask me, the government staged all this against that French restaurant, Cafe Puree"

>"Well, I certainly did not expect to see that green-hooded hero again in such a short span of time."

"Yeah, well it was something alright."

>You then reached the taxi depot and whistled for a taxi.

>Escorting Octavia inside, you then waved goodbye and closed the door.

>"Wait! Where are you going, Brad?"

>You hand her some money for a night's free fare, as is per custom with your dates.

"I need to go...get something, for my grandmother. I'll talk to you tomorrow. I had fun."

>"Me too." She said with her face so...happy.

>You've never seen her like that before. Without her friends, you mean.

>The taxi drives off.

>You then turned around and ran back to the restaurant, this time taking your shirt off and switching into your super-hero suit.

 

>Don't think I'd forget that at home!

>COMMANDER UNDERWEAR AWAAAAAYY!

 

>Arriving at the restaurant in your colorful attire, Lyra and the rhino hybrid is nowhere to be found.

"Excuse me, citizen! Have you seen a-"

>The citizen immediately points to the broken wall and the footsteps of the rhino hybrid.

"Ahh..."

>World's greatest detective.

 

>You then went outside and managed to see the rhino-hybrid from a distance.

"I need a ride."

>You then ran out of the restaurant and looked for something to ride.

>At long last, you found the perfect Brad-mobile.

"It's perfect!"

Saint's Bro Factory

 

>Gilda leads me into Saint's Bro's factory.

>She signals the guards that I'm a V.I.P.

>Don't think Nolan told them about me, though.

>"Stay close, dweeb."

"Yeah, yeah."

>She leads you inside. Once there, she pulls you towards a small office. Inside is Nolan, doing paperwork.

>>"Ahh, Norman. I'm glad you could come."

"The hell do you want?"

>Nolan collects his paper and puts them aside.

>With those papers, you remember the agreement you and Cherry Jubilee had.

>The agreement that I take out the gangs while providing them with information inside of Saint's Bro.

>Failure, and I die from nanobots.

>Damn these two to hell.

 

>Nolan speaks.

>>"Well, Norman, since I tried being personally friendly with you, I think it would be best to let you know that I'm willing to put down the hostilities for a healthier relationship."

"You're letting me go?"

>>"Goodness, no. I want you to have a bit of fun working in this facility of ours."

"What?"

>Nolan types on his phone. Three seconds later, a wall opens in the background.

"What the hell?"

>Through that wall, weaponry and spy tools are neatly placed on the hidden wall's shelf.

"What...What is all this?"

>"You're a superhero, yes? Why not take these as part of your gear. They will suit you nicely."

>Nolan takes a few goodies out of the shelf.

>"See this? Grapple hooks, like in those Batman or Watchmen movies. Completely functional and made from titanium fibre." He says while showing off the gun.

>The next thing he gets are a few smoke pellets and miniature tear-gas canisters. He explains them in full detail.

>This guy has enough weapons to supply Adam West's Batman.

"Don't tell me you have a shark repellant there too."

>"Hahaha, oh you joker, you. No."

"Ehh..."

>Nolan keeps the toys away to talk to you further.

>"How goes the search for the cure?"

"I just told you. My people are already working on it."

>Right, and the gangs?"

"We're already having difficulty with Viri Scientia. I should start with another gang."

>"Hah, so eager to switch? That's not the way heroes do it."

"We're not in a novel, nor a comic book. Get used to it."

>"Well then..."

 

>Nolan takes out another folder.

>The Diamond Dogs.

 

>Gilda twitches at the sight of the name, but you don't question that.

>>"I'm sure Gilda has enough experience with the Diamond Dogs than with anyone in this gang. Well, anyone who's still alive, actually."

>He hands the folder to Gilda. Gilda strongly grasps it.

>Gonna have to ask her about them later.

>>"Now, before you both go, I would like you to have all these."

"What? The weapons?"

 

>>"Yes. Think of it as a thank you gift for being such a good part of Saint's Bro."

"I am NOT part of your gang."

>>"You have participated i-"

"That's because you have MY PARENTS AS HOSTAGES!"

>You grab Nolan by the shirt and raised your fist.

>Gilda and Amy grabbed their guns and aimed at you.

"Give me...Give me one good reason why I shouldn't end you here and now?" You said in an angry, impatient voice.

>Nolan laughs for a second and raises his hands in a sarcastic manner.

>>"Norman, if you could kill, you could have done it last month with Flim Flam's gang. You're a kid with a conscience, and I don't think you'd go ballistic on me now."

>For once, he's right.

>You can't smash his face on the wall, or your fist.

>You let go of him and sat down.

>Amy and Gilda still has their pistols aimed at you.

>Nolan fixes his shirt as he sits down as well.

>He quietly signals Gilda and Amy to get out for a moment.

>They comply.

 

>>"Listen closely, Norman. These weapons will be a great deal to you in the future. You could use them to aid you in battle against the accursed Viri Scientia, or the other gangs."

"Why? Why would you give me weapons like this? Don't you think I'd use them against you?"

>>"You hate gangs. While you could try to betray me by going to the other gangs for help, I doubt they'd help you, even in your, how you say, 'Burst Blood' persona*.

>If only you could stab her further. Sadly her hide's too thick.

>Alas, you lose your grip and you fall on the ground.

>"HAHAH! NO MATCH FOR ME, CHRONOS!"

>She tries to stomp on you, but she fails as you roll to the side.

>Smoke covers the area. You're still outpowered against the abomination.

>And the worst part is, you're almost out of arrows.

>I need some back up and I nee-

>Good god, is that Brad riding a unicycle?

 

>>"YO CHRONOS! CHECK ME OUT! WHOOOO!" Brad yelled as he balanced on the unicycle.

>Goddammit, Brad. You're crazy!

 

>Brad rides the unicycle and tries to grab the monster's attention.

>>"HEY HO  YOU UGLY BASTARD!"

>"GRRROOOWWLL"

>The rhino hybrid chases Brad. Brad tests his unicycling skills and runs away from her.

>Right. Time to think of a plan.

*RING* *RING*

>Your phone rings. Its Brad.

"Brad?"

>>"LYYY! WHAT DO I DO? HE'S PISSED RIGHT AT ME!"

"Hold on, I'm thinking!"

>Looking around. You see a fire hydrant.

>Great. What good does that do?

>>"LYYYRAAAA!"

"SHIT! Uhh, G-Get her to my area! I'll lead her to a trap!"

>"THANK GOD!"

>Brad takes a U-turn and rides on, trying to balance himself.

>The rocky-road is [spoiler]br[/spoiler]eaking Brad's balls because he's just wearing only underwear.

>The pressure from the hydrant nearly drowns the hybrid as the water rises onto her face.

>That won't last for long.

 

>>"That was great plan, Chro! What now?"

"We need to tie her up."

>>"How? She's as strong as three apes!"

"Ahh..."

>Looking around again. You see a hardware store.

"OVER THERE! Check if they have chains!"

>Brad runs to the store and asks the scared cashier if they have chains.

>>"Sir, it's a matter of life, justice and animal cruelty. I need your chains!"

>The cashier happily complies so long as that beast doesn't destroy his shop.

>He takes the chain from the roll and ran outside, pulling the chain.

>Amaranthine gets her senses back, shakes her head and tries to locate you and Brad.

 

>>"Shit! Now what?"

"Grab a wrench and ride her!"

>>"WHAT?"

"TRUST ME ON THIS!"

>You grab the chain from him.

>Brad then runs back to the store.

"AND GET FIVE PADLOCKS!"

>>"Y-YEAH!"

>The hybrid rhino comes in, scratching the ground with one hoof while snorting.

>You just smile, though no one can see that because of your bandana tied all over your mouth.

 

>>"CHRO! I GOT IT!"

"Great now jump on her!"

>>"Crap."

>The rhino hybrid charges at you.

>>"EEEHH!"

>You dodged out of the way as you wrap her front legs with chains.

>Brad grabbed hold of her tail and just tags along for the ride.

>>"S-SHIIIT!"

>"ROOOOOAAAAAARRR!"

>The hybrid rhino twerks her behind upwards, causing Brad to get tossed upwards.

>>"GAAAH! HOOOLY SH-"

>Brad's underwear hangs on to the hybrid rhino's horn. He's stuck by the ass infront of the monstrosity.

>>"AAHH! CHRONOOS!"

>The hybrid opens her mouth.

>Brad sticks the wrench inside. Now she can't close it.

"YEAH, HOLD ON!"

>You grabbed your phone and aimed it at the two.

"YO, MEATBAGS!"

>They both look at you.

>With a white flash, you took their picture.

>With Commander Underwear's ass getting a wedgie, this is basically payback for making you go up a rooftop to watch the worst date you've ever been forced to see.

>Amaranthine on the other hand is blinded by the flash. She stumbles as Brad tries to hang on to his undies.

>With the chain in your hands, you concentrated carefully.

>Spinning, circling and tightly wrapping the rhino up.

>The restaurant had nothing to tie up a wild animal with a lion for a head.

>50 seconds in. Your nose is already bleeding. You can taste blood coming out of your throat.

>You grabbed the padlocks from Brad's terrified body and locked it all up.

>And finally, one more arrow in her ass as a finisher.

"This is for ruining my night, you crazy bitch! GRAAAAH!"

>Time comes into motion again.

>Brad continues screaming.

>So does the hybrid.

>You shot an arrow to Brad's underwear. It breaks as the arrow passes through, leaving behind a small piece stuck around the hybrid's horn.

>The hybrid stumbles and falls on its side as it struggles with the chains around her body and the stick up her ass.

>The people around take pictures on you and Brad's heroics.

>Amaranthine screams as her bones and body reduce in size once more.

>It's like watching that trailer from the Incredible Hulk.

>The naked woman pulls out the stick from her butt as she cuddles herself from the cold and the pain.

>BRad, being the gentleman that he is, takes his cape from behind and covers the kid up.

>You on the other hand, have little intention of showing her compassion.

>You walk towards her, closed fisted and eyes piercing.

>"G-Glory t-to the Viri Scienti-GAHK!"

>You grabbed her by the right elbow and pointed an arrow from under her chin.

>She shakes in fear from your lack of patience.

"You have one shot at this, you little prick. TELL ME WHY YOU WANT TO FIND GILDA?"

>You asked her this because whatever she wants with Gilda will eventually lead to you.

>"G-GAH!"

"TELL ME!"

>"G-GILDA'S MY NEMESIS. THE SAINT'S BRO'S GUARD. IF I KILL HER, I'LL BE SURE TO ATTAIN HIGHER COMMAND AND RESPECT AMONG MY PEERS!"

"And you decided to attack me for information?"

>"I-it's my job! If I attacked you, you'd lead me to Gilda and that Noir-Man!! I NEED THEM BOTH!"

"Both? You wanted to kill Norman with Gilda? Good luck with that!"

>"It is my destiny to! But for now...I have succeeded in one other thing! One thing I thought I needed Noir-Man for, now you and that naked friend of yours has."

"What? Getting your ass kicked by two vigilantes?"

>She smiles.

 

>"T-TRAPPING YOU TWO!"

 

>You notice her left nostril dimly lighting up.

>Further inspection and you see it's a tracking device!

"Ahh SHIT!"

>Police sirens everywhere. The sky is filled with SWAT team helicopters and the roads are overrun with the military.

>The soldiers surround the area as Amaranthine laughs hysterically.

>"HOW DID YOU THINK I ESCAPE THE STATION? HAHAHAHAHAHAH!"

>She made a deal. Two wanted vigilantes for one release.

 

>>"C-Chronos?"

>Three vans comes to the scene. The middle one looks different.

>Out of the vans, secret agents come out.

>From the sky, the helicopters brightly shines the spotlight to you and Brad.

>Finally, one more man comes out of the van.

>A man who was eager to bring Vinyl back to his military base. *

>A man who's cold stare and strong outlook is enough to make a cooked pasta straight. *

>A man who's files you found in Saint's Bro's headquarters. *

>Time resumes. The general is shocked once more to find the woman in the green hood had escaped once more through unknown reasons.

>The citizens shout as the General takes Commander Underwear away with Amaranthine.

>But they can't do anything. The general has his reward, and soon, the next stage of his plan will unfold.
