Canterlot General Hospital

 

>Vinyl's in the hospital, you need to come visit her.

>After becoming a monster, she almost became a prisoner of the army, if not for the three heroes you met in the park.

>You just feel flustered, talking to a 'celebrity'.

>Enter the hospital, check with the lady at the visitor's station.

>"Hello, miss. Can we help you?"

"Y-yes. I'm looking for Vinyl Scratch?"

>"Vinyl Scratch...hmm"

>The lady looks to the monitor to see if a 'Vinyl Scratch' is in the records.

>"Ahh, here she is. She was registered by someone named 'Chronos'. Such a strange name."

>Chronos? Was that the green hooded girl? I can't tell.

>"She's at the third floor, room 212, miss. Just sign here at the visitors book."

>You sign in the book. The lady chats with you a bit.

>"So do you know this 'Chronos' person? Family relative or...?"

"Sorry, no. She moved out of her parents after a...disagreement with them."

>"So she doesn't have a family relative?"

"I'm the closest one she's got I suppose."

>"Right, well, sorry to say, but she's listed here as comatose."

"I'm sorry, WHAT!?"

>"Sorry, ma'm. I guess she just suffered more than most of the victims here from tonight's fiasco."

>Her words stab you like an arrow. You feel as if this was your fault.

"I...I need to see her now!"

>You rush to the elevator in panic. You need to see your friend, fast.

>Minutes later, you arrive at her room. She's in a bed, eyes closed and bandages all over her head.

"Vinyl..."

>You went to her side and held her hand.

>You cried a few tears. You don't know if she's better off here than in the army.

>One thing's for sure. It could have been you in this state. Vinyl took the fall for you accidentally.

"I'm so sorry, Vinyl..."

 

 

Be Lyra

Fluttershy Residence

 

>Goddammit my nose is bleeding.

>Fucking headaches too.

>Pushing the dumpster in Fluttershy's garage.

>Flutters and Twilight just got home. They see you pushing the dumpster in the backyard.

>"Oh my." Flutters muttered.

>You see them, and proceeded to greet them politely.

"Sup niggas!"

>You continue to push but the wheels break down and the dumpster falls to it's side.

>It's contents spill on the ground. With it a scientist, unconscious with trash stuck to his attire.

>"EEEK!" The two girls yell.

"Shit. Twilight, help me with this."

>"What? W-why me!?"

"Because Flutters just fainted. Aww, her little bunny's giving her CPR."

>Angel Bunny keeps on hopping on her chest up and down in frustration, like what she saw on TV.

>Twilight looks at the scientist in disgust, but complies with Lyra after getting some tissues from the kitchen.

"Alright, now grab his feet and I'll grab his top."

>"eww, eww, eww, eww" Twilight says as she does what you tell her.

"Alright, now gently put him by the chair."

>They put him in the chair, but the body keeps wobbling like a ragdoll.

"Alright, hold him steady. I'm tying him up."

>"Lyra...is...is this guy dead?"

"Yeah, and we're burying him while sitting in a chair" you say sarcastically.

>"Who is this guy?"

"Some scientist Norman thinks has the answers to these things" you say as you point to your locket.

>You finish tying him up and wiped the sweat from your forehead.

>"Where is Norman?"

"I don't know, he should be here any moment."

>You check his pockets for some identification and a wallet.

"Oooh, $120.00"

>"Lyra, that's stealing!"

"Whatever, Twi." you say while recounting your dosh.

 

>The front door opens. Norman enters while he unmasks himself.

"Well, if it isn't the star player himself!"

>"NORMAN!"

>Twilight rushes to hug Norman.

>"Norman, I was so worried, I thought you'd die there!"

>"I'm fine, Purple. Look, see? Not even bleeding."

>Angel and Owlowiscious enters the room carrying Flutters to the couch.

>"Uhh, what happenned here?"

"She saw the body."

>"What body?"

"The scientist's."

>"Oh, right, right."

>"Where's Brad?" Twilight inquired.

>"He'll catch up. He's just getting some clothes. So, where's the guy?"

>You then proceed to open the door to Flutter's garage to show  the scientist, still unconscious and tied to a chair.

"Guy's name is 'Squeaky Clean', apparently." You say while showing of his drivers license."

>"Weird name."

>"Uhh, guys, not to imply or anything but, what are we going to do once he wakes up?" Twilight asked.

>"Well Purple, we'll just try to get information out of him, see if he knows something about these things." Norman says while showing the ring.

>"But if you show him the ring, he'll try to get the army after you!"

"Twilight, we're already on the army's list."

>"Ly, you got...red on you."

>You wiped your nosebleed, resulting the blood getting smeared all across your mouth.

>"What?" Twilight asked

>"Turn the TV on, Purple." he replied

>Purple goes to turn the television on. News reports all on the news channels are almost the same. It's about the monster and the heroes in the city.

>Most remain neutral to comment on the vigilantes. Others starts a hate campaign on the vigilantes.

>Newsreporter:...AND NOW, LIVE AT THE SCENE WITH GENERAL ROCK. NOW, SIR ROCK, WE HAVE REPORTS THAT THE VIGILANTES WERE TO BE CAPTURED. CAN YOU CONFIRM THESE STATEMENTS?

>General Rock: THESE VIGILANTES HAVE BEEN CLASSIFIED AS INHUMAN. BASED ON THE AMATEUR FOOTAGE WE GOT FROM THE CIVILLIANS, THE GREEN ONE HAS SUPER SPEED, WHILE THE ORANGE ONE HAS QUALITIES BEYOND A WELL TRAINED SOLDIER.

>Newsreporter: AND WHAT OF THE OTHER ONE, THE ONE WITH THE UNDERWEAR OUT?

>General Rock: AN OBVIOUS PLOY TO DIVERT THE ATTENTION FROM THE VIGILANTES. WHILE APPEARING TO BE AN IDIOT, THIS MAN MIGHT JUST BE THE MOST DANGEROUS OF THE THREE. WE WILL BE COOPERATING WITH THE POLICE FORCE TO PURSUE THESE PEOPLE.

>Newsreporter:SIR, WE HAVE ALSO RECIEVED REPORTS THAT THE MONSTER HAS VANISHED IN THE SCENE. CAN YOU CONFIRM THIS?

>General Rock: I THINK OUR TIME HERE IS UP.

>Newsreporter:MR. GENERAL, SIR! PLEASE WA- *fweep*

>Purple turns the TV off while Norman looks right at you.

>"How exactly did you manage to grab Vinyl out of there anyway? Not to mention this dumpster."

"I have a set of skills. One of which I'd prefer to keep a secret."

>"If you have 'that set of skills', why the hell didn't you just use it to grab the necklace?"

"I tried, but the moment I touched it, I lost my powers. It's like these things are my holy water, cleansing me of my curse."

>"Well, at least we know you're not relying on me giving you the ring anymore."

"Oh, no. I'm still hanging with you guys incase you get a heart attack or something."

>"sigh"

 

>Your cellphone rings. You grab it from your pocket but you suddenly recieve another random vision for the night.

"Goddammit"

>Norman grabs the phone from the ground to answer it for you. It's Octavia.

 

>"LYRA!, YOU NEED TO COME QUICK, IT'S VINYL!"

 

>"Uhh, hello, Octavia."

>"What the? WHO IS THIS?"

>"It's me, Norman. Lyra's ...sleeping at the moment"

>Norman realizes he just said that in the middle of the night.

>"WHAT DO YOU MEAN SHE'S SLEEPING? DID YOU TWO..."

>"N-NO, NOT THAT! We're at Purple's house and she just fell asleep."

>Vision ends. It was just a puppy dying in the middle of the street.

"Give me that!" You say while grabbing the phone from Norman

>"Hello, Tavi?"

>"Lyra, It's Vinyl. She's...she's in a coma!"

>Gotta act surprised for this.

"Huh!? How is she right now?"

>"I talked to the doctors. She got hit in the head pretty hard."

"Listen, let's go visit her tommorow. It's been a really long day for me here."

>"A-alright."

>You hang up and tell the group of Vinyl's condition.

>"Vinyl's in a coma?"

"Yep, and it's all Norman's fault."

>"WHAT!?

>"According to her, the doctors say it was from a really bad hit on the head. Who else did a bullet drop there?

>Norman sits on the couch holding his head in disbelief.

>"Lauren Faust*Lyra, this is terrible." Norman said

>"Listen Norman, I know I didn't see it, but it's not your fault. You probably didn't have a choice, given the army coming right at you."

"Twilight's right. You can mourn for her later. Right now we have a scientist to interrogate."

>"Lyra, aren't you upset about this? She's your musician buddy, right?"

"I am, but I did fire some arrows at her. I'm not as saintly as you think, Norm."

>"Alright."

>Norman puts on his mask as you put on your hoodie.

Flutter's Garage

15 minutes later

>"Alright, how do we do this?"

"We go full on edge on this guy, make him believe we're some sort of merciless biker gang with a fetish for costumes."

>"Alright"

"Faust, I can't believe we're going to torture a guy just to find something out."

>Lyra pours ice cold water all over the scientist

>"GUAAAH, OH SWEET LORD, AAHH"

>The man looks around to see you and Lyra.

>"OH GOD, WHERE AM I? HELP PLEASE!"

>Lyra punches the man's face with all her might.

>"QUIET, PRISONER" she yells.

>"Oh god, please, don't kill me"

>"Shut up and tell me what this is!"

>Lyra holds up a drawing of the symbols found in our artifacts.

>The man quiets down, and then tells "I-I DOn'T KNOW ANYTHING AB-"

>You punch the man's face as Lyra says "WRONG ANSWER!"

>"I...I DON'T WANT TO TALK UNTILL I TALK TO MY LAWYER!"

>Lyra punches the man again to your side.

>"IF YOU KEEP TALKING SHIT, I'LL MAKE YOU EAT YOUR OWN SHIT!"

"No, Ly, we're not making him eat his own shit." You say while punching him back to Lyra. "He'd like it too much."

"W-WAIT, IS THIS A GOOD COP BAD COP ROUTINE?"

>Lyra chokes the man.

>"Right now, we're just annoyed, so if you stop with the bullshit, we'll promise you'll leave here with at least an arm attatched."

>You pull Lyra away from the man.

"Look, my friend here is probably in 'that time of the month' right now so it would be best if you told us everything about this."

>"L-Look, man I swear I don't know anything!"

>Lyra walks out for a few seconds, then comes back with a butchers knife.

>"WHOA HOLY SHIT WAIT!!!"

>Lyra in a fit of annoyance threw the butcher's knife to his leg, missing his crotch by 2 centimeters.

>"OHSHIT,OHSHIT, OH SHIT JEEZ"

>You stood there, not being able to do a thing. Confused over morality, whether or not to continue on with or without Lyra.

>"I'll go get the pliers." She said

>"W-WAIT, I..I'LL TELL YOU ALL I KNOW!"

>"Too late, I already got my pliers."

>The scientist, already fearing for his testicles, blurted out everything.

>"AHH, YES. YES WE KNOW ABOUT THE SYMBOL. M-MY COLLEAGUES AND I. W-WE'VE BEEN STUDYING THEM EVER SINCE LAST MONTH OH GOD"

"Last month?"

>Lyra drops her plier.

>"Y-YES, YOU SEE THE FIRST METEOR LANDED JUST OUTSIDE T-THE CITY. WHEN ONE OF OUR GUYS F-FOUND A SET OF FALSE TEETH, HE P-PUT THEM ON FOR A JOKE OR SOMETHING. T-THEN, THE VISIONS STARTE-"

>"I swear to GOD, IF YOU'RE SHITTING US WITH THIS. YOU'RE DEAD.

"Is it just me or does that sound like the Ice King's origins?"

>"I DON'T KNOW WHO THAT IS, IT'S JUST COINCIDENTAL. L-LONG STORY SHORT, OUR COLLEAUGE WENT INSANE AND KILLED HIMSELF IN THE HOSPITAL"

>"Whoa"

"What the hell?"

>"Alright, so your friend died. What I'm looking for is information. WHAT DID YOU FIND WITH THE FALSE TEETH?"

>"AHH...J-JUST SOME GLYPHS. THE ONLY THING WE COULD DECYPHER WAS 'slashmlpslashgenera'.

"Anything else you're hiding?"

>"UHH...I-I STOLE MONEY FROM MY MOTHER TO BUY SOME SCENTED SOAP. I'M SOORRYY!"

>"Jeez, just knock him out already!"

>You cover his front mouth with a sheet of chloroform. He drops unconscious instantly.

 

"Fucking hell, this is...this is heavy."

 

>"I can see why he'd kill himself." Lyra said, hand on her forehead.

"So, we still don't know a thing about about these."

>"Aye. Even the "slashmlpslashgenera' thing he's talking about is giberish."

>Suddenly Brad walks in the room.

>"HEY-HO MY SUPERFRIENDS!"

>"And I'm out."

>Lyra storms off the room.

>"What's her problems?"

"Stress."

>"Bloody hell, is that...that's the scientist that was interoggating me!"

"Yeah, and we had little trouble interrogating him."

>"Whoa, really!? What did you find out?"

"Nothing much. A waste, actually. We have a much bigger problem, though."

>"What?"

"What are we gonna do with him?"
