4. "Norman"
5.
6. >An echo goes through my ears
7. >It calls me
8.
9. "Norman"
10.
11. >It mocks me as I look left and right
12. >It taunts me
13.
14. "Norman"
15.
16. >A small light shines from behind
17. >I look back
18. >It looks so beautiful in a place of darkness
19.
20. "Norman ~"
21.
22. >The light shows a figure. Something human
23. >It has the features of a female. Her eyes shine brighter than the sun
24. >She comes closer for every second that comes by. A chill goes through my spine
25. >A melody accompanies me as I stare on
26.
27. ""̬͉̹̭N̝͖͉͓̭͉o̤͔̲̝͓͠ͅr̵̙͚͈̫͕̪̭m͡a̟͕͞n̸͚"̹̹̲̼̘̘ͅ"
28.
29. >Her hand caresses my right cheek
30. >Her body glows without strong colors
31. >Her eyes reveal my face. I am a skeleton with flesh.
32. >She gives out a demonic smile
33. >Whispering...
34.
35.
"...a day rolling by the sound of harmony and torment"
36.
37. ...
38.
39. -NORMAN!-
40.
41. -GAH-
42.
43. Be Norman
44. >Woke up from a good night's sleep. Noticed the ring on my finger
45. >"Purple, what happened?"
46. >She looks tired, somewhat disappointed
47. >"I...I couldn't find any references, at least not now" she said "I'm sorry"
48. >You comfort her, telling her it's alright
49. >"It's alright Purple. We have all the time in the world for this"
50. >"tsk"
51. >Lyra wanders around, obviously disappointed of the situation
52. >"I thought this was it. The thing I was looking for so I can return to my home"
53. >Purple returned to the desk to pack her notes in the bag
54. >"Well" Lyra said "Why don't we find something to lift our spirits up"
55. >She turns on the television, showing the nightly news show
56. >NEWS REPORTER: THE SCIENTISTS AND THE AUTHORITIES REFUSE TO COMMENT ON THE SITUATION.
57. >"Hey, it's...another meteor"
58. >"I-isn't that the city park?"
59. >"Just like in my vision"
60. >NEWS REPORTER: WHILE OUR SOURCES ARE A BIT OF A BLUR, THEY HAVE CONFIRMED THAT THE POLICE HAVE ARRESTED ONE CIVILIAN NAMED BRAD SENTRY, WHO, ACCORDING TO OUR SOURCE, WAS ARRESTED FOR ATTEMPTED TAMPERING OF THE SCENE
61. >"WHAT!?" Everyone in the room but Lyra said
62. >The news camera pans to Brad at the back of a police car, confused as hell
63. >"W-what should w-we do?"
64. >You thought for a moment
65. >"Alright, I'll go and sneak around, try to eavesdrop in the police department, you guys try to talk to the police about Brad"
66. >Flutters starts to pack her things in her bag. Purple rushes outside and waits for Flutters there
67. >"Lyra, you'll be my sentry"
68. >You input your number in her phone and threw it at her
69. >"You stay outside of the precinct, and tell me if you get a vision or something weird's happening"
70. >Lyra puts out a loud sigh said "Fine..."
71. >Lyra walks out to get a spot outside the police precinct
72. >"W-wait, why couldn't we just simply ask the p-police about why they arrested Brad?"
73. >"I'm not going there to inquire about Brad. That's you and Purple's job. I'm there to get information about the meteor and any scientists' findings on it"
74. >"Oh, okay"
75. >Flutters rushes out to accompany Purple
76. >"O-oh, I almost forgot to refill Angel's water bottle"
77. >Flutters enters through the kitchen and refilled the bottle
78. >When she exits through the living room, she catches a glimpse of shirtless Norman, changing to his hero suit
79. >Flutters blushes, looking at Norman's muscles. His built body turns her whole face
80. >His side-abs was too much for the innocent Flutters, and runs out in a flash, extremely embarrassed and aroused
81.
82.
83. Be Brad
84. Police Precinct, 15 minutes after Flutters got wet
85. >WHAT THE HELL?
86. >I END UP IN JAIL FOR SOMETHING I NEVER GOT TO STEAL
87. >You bang your head on the wall, panic spreads through your stomach
88. >"You must be Brad"
89. >You look by the side of the interoggation room to see a scientist, circling you and the table
90. >"Hey, listen man, I don't know why I'm here"
91. >"Oh, I'm pretty sure you know why" the smug bastard tells you
92. >"Look man, I'm telling you, I don't know why I'm here"
93. >The scientist taunts you, saying that lying is an offence under this "sacred place"
94. >Obviously he's scaring you, but you tell this guy anything, for you knew little of why you're even here
95. >"Kid, just tell us where it is and I'll make sure you'll get out of here as soon as possible"
96. >"I don't even know what 'it' is!"
97. >The scientist gets his phone to talk with his associates
98. >"He won't talk"
99. >The man walks out to talk in private.
100. >You thought to yourself and deduced that they're trying to find the artifact that was 'rightfully yours'
101. >"if only I had...whatever that is I could have escaped" you tell yourself
102.
103. Be Lyra
104. >Norman's inside from the roof, sneaking about
105. >Twi and Flutters are at the front desk, inquiring about Brad
106. >And you're just here buying peanuts from a street vendor, waiting for a happening or something
107. >Suddenly, a vision. Your head aches as usual
108. >...
109. >False alarm, it's just about a cat in an alleyway getting run over by a police car
110. >Driver's either drunk or scared, based on its face
111. >You discard it as another unrelated vision to this current event
112. >Another bloody, goddamn death vision
113. >I hate this life.
114. >...
115. >Oh wait, something more to the vision
116. >Let's see, people screaming, lots of property damage, lame.
117. >A bright light in the shape of a woman floats through, emitting some sort of sonic waves
118. >Cracks through the ground indicates a possible earthquake
119. >The vision ends
120. >...interesting
121.
122. Be Norman
123. >Sneaking through the vents, as Batman would have
124. >"Arkham probably had a fetish for airvents" you joked to yourself
125. >You go from room to room, looking for any one worth eavesdropping to
126. >...police talking about the eyecandy calendars, ...a bunch of guys working on their computer
127. >Ahh, here. A scientist
128. >He's talking on the phone. Time to ear up
129.
130. >>"...Look, I can't get him to talk. I don't know if he's lying or telling the truth"
131. >>>"I don't care what you do, just get him to talk before the officers release him for "not having an arrest warrant", speaking of which, has the boy talked about getting a lawyer or something?"
132. >>"No, fortunately. The guy doesn't know shit about these loopholes. So, any luck with the meteor specimen?"
133. >>>"Nothing. It's all rock, same as the last one
134. >>"Damn. All this funding to find outworld beings, WASTED"
135. >>>"Don't worry, we have good news for you. We ran some background checks on the kid. Turns out he's from Canterlot High"
136. >>"And?"
137. >>>"It's the same school, same location as to where most of our foreign readers point out as positive"
138. >>"So this kid DOES know something. You think he's been collecting?"
139. >>>"I'm gonna have to request more time to question this kid"
140.
141. >The scientist walks away, heading straight to the restroom
142. >Perfect
143. >You crawl your way to the restroom in the vent
144. >You see him at his most vulnerable, no police too.
145. >YOU LEAP AT YOUR PRAY FROM THE CEILING VENT
146. >The scientist tries to scream but you covered his mouth immediately and bumped his noggin at a wall
147. >He tries to talk
148. >"OH MPPHGOD DON'T WRECK MY BEAUTIFUL ANUS PLEASE"
149. >Great, another guy who thinks he's about to get raped by a masked man from nowhere
150. >From behind, you begin to interrogate him, while moving near the toilet in case he needs some more...intimidation
151. >"Now, I want to know what you want with the guy with the blue hair" you say in a disguised, deep voice
152. >"I-I CAN'T TELL"
153. >The scientist tries to struggle free but he's no match for your ring's power
154. >"So, I presume you want your arm broken or your leg?"
155. >"P-PLEASE, I CANT T-TELL ANYTHING. I'D BE DEAD.."
156. >You try your hardest to intimidate him with words, and toilets
157. >He cries, literally shitting himself. The guy can't really talk about this. Have to rethink this through
158. >C-can I go now?
159. >You knock the man out with a punch out of short panic
160. >You get your phone to call Lyra
161. >"Lyra, you there?"
162. >"...Oh hey Norman"
163. >"Lyra, I have a guy who needs some more interrogating, how do you suppose I do it"
164. >"...We bring him to Flutter's place"
165. >"AND HOW, do you suppose we do that? We're in a police precinct for chris-
166. >"Leave that to me"
167. >She hangs up. I wonder how she...GAHK!
168. >MY CROTCH, UUUNFFFF. WHAT THE FUCK
169. >IT'S LIKE SOMEONE JUST KICKED IT FOR NO REAS-holy shit the scientist's gone
170. >You get your phone while your other hand comforts your testicles
171. >"LYRA, YOU THERE, ahh god..."
172. >"Hey Norman. The guy's just inside the dumpster by the alley beside the precincts"
173. >"H...how did you?"
174. >"That's my secret, now get out of there so this guy could replace Twilight as our 'expert' "
175. >"How exactly are you gonna sneak the dumpster out of there? Loads of police officers could get suspicious of that"
176. >"Don't worry. The dumpster has wheels, plus we have an earthquake and confused citizens to distract them"
177. >"...WAIT WHAT?!?"
178. >"LYRA WHAT EARTHQUAKE?"
179. >"Yeah...good luck with that, and her"
180. >"WHAT HER?"
181. >she hung up
182. >Damn. Was she joking about that? An earthquake? Seriously?
183. >You climb up the vent to get back the rooftops
184. >As you crawl, you hear some men rushing to the windows
185. >You kept hearing something, about a light flashing through the city
186. >Your phone rings once more
187. >It's Purple
188. >"Norman, where are you?"
189. >"About to go to the rooftops, why?"
190. >"You better hurry. Something's happening outside"
191. >Time passed by for a few seconds
192. >You finally crawled out, and lo and behold, you saw it
193. >Through the clear dark night, a light shines through one particular location
194. >In the middle of the road, a light floats up
195. >You see car accidents happening everywhere, people bumping into each other
196. >The light looks familiar, as if you've seen her from somewhere
197. >The light slowly turns into something familiar. A female figure
198. >Her eyes glows bright, and looks around
199. >She opens her mouth, and then there was a moment of silence
200. >For the next ten seconds, nothing can be heard.
201. >At the eleventh second, all hell breaks lose
202. >Oh god
203. >The sound of her loud screech was deafening.
204. > Her voice has made soundwaves that makes the city shake and it's glass break
205. >She laughs, in a sinister way
206. >"Norman!, Norman!"
207. >Purple was still on the phone.
208. >Chaos reigned on the streets out of confusion
209. >Lyra was taking advantage of it and took the dumpster out of the alley.
210. >You take the phone and talked to Purple
211. >"~aaahhahaha" the woman of the light laughed, sending chills
212. >Why does she have to be right? Dammit Lyra
213. >"Norman?" Purple said on the phone
214. >"We have to move. Now."
215.
