>Pushing the attics hatch open you pull your lazily put together stairs to the hatch and climb into the attic.
>breathing the dusty air you hold back coughing as you reach for the light string.
>Giving it a pull the small light turns on illuminating several containers and boxes.
>Being years since you really looking through this stuff you begin the search for the mcguffin
>After a bit of searching you pull the blanket back on a stack of boxes and find letters on the side of on box that reads, 'Fireworks assortment"
>Pulling the box out you cover everything back up, turn the light off and hurry down the hatch.
>Closing the attic up you put your stairs against the wall and head outside.
>You spend some time going over whats in the box as the sun begins to disappear.
>Bottle rockets, fountains, snakes, those little tanks and mortars and a tube.
>standard shit.
>You hear the front door open.
>Moonie sticks her head out.
>"What are you doing?" she looks down at the various fireworks in front of you. "What is all that?"
"Your not my mom, I do what I want." you stick set up a simple.
>"I'm old enough to be your great great great-"
>you interrupt her by lighting the bottle rocket.
>She watches the fuse burn, then the bottle rocket shoots off into the air and 'pops'
>"What was that? Do it again!"
>Bit taken back by her sudden fascination with the fireworks you set up another bottle rocket, light it and off it goes.
>She makes an 'oooo' sound before looking at the other things laid out before her.
>"Whats this one do!" she points a tiny hoof to the tanks.
>Grabbing two you place them on the smoothest part of round you can find.
>Lighting both of them you take a step back and watch the tanks begin to send sparks everywhere and helplessly run into each other.
>One managed to run over the other and just explode into charred remains.
>these are pretty old... but Moonie continues to laugh then points to the snakes.
 
"eh, those are pretty boring. mainly children stuff."
>grabbing one you light it and toss it on the ground.
>it expands then stops.
>Moonie looks at it unimpressed.
>"You should have shown me that one first... What about this one?" She points to one of the fountains
>Grabbing it you put it a bit farther out, lighting it you step back to where Moonie is.
>It begins to send out a flurry of colors and sparks.
>while this is going you light one of the sparklers and hand it to Moonie.
>at first shes confused.
>then the sparks begin to fly and shes scared.
>She then figures out its safe and begins to run around with it twirling it around with her magic.
>When the sparkler and fountain both die down Moonie takes a seat next to the mortar tube.
>"Whats this one for?"
"Its simple fireworks... Its to keep Twilight and the others away."
>Looking up you see a small light off in the distance.
"speaking of which."
>Grabbing one of the balls and tube you set it up, with a slight tilt so it'll at least explode over the path way to your home.
>Making sure its steady with rocks you give it a light and go back to Moonie.
>as the fuse disappears a boom is heard, the tube falls over after launching the firework into the air.
>Few seconds later it explodes lighting up the night sky.
>looking for the light on the path way you take note of it not being there.
>More then likely you scared who your assuming is Twilight.
>Your also sure you scared Fluttershy and various other ponies in town.
>Pinkie more then likely loved it.
>You did give Zecora a warning so hopefully shes fine.
>Moonie and you continue to fire off the rest of your fireworks from your world before going to bed.
>Your sure it will be worth the hassle your gonna have to go through with Twilight tomorrow.
