I had downloaded it 3-4 times from different places, but ended up using that one because it also came with the NoDVD and No region patches in it.
It was hard for me to install, because I'm new to Japanese games, so I wrote down the instructions for my future self (and for you, too)

Extract ABCDHD (the disc image) [I guess you could also mount it, but I think I couldn't get it to install correctly to anywhere but "\program files (x86)\" that way]
 
Run "Autorun" in Japanese locale
 
Install to desired directory
 
Copy "[NoDVD Patch] ABCHD" and "NoRegion Loader ABCHD" to game folder
 
Run "[NoDVD Patch] ABCHD"
 
Run "NoRegion Loader ABCHD" and point it at "SiglusEngine"
