  16. Run "kami_ap01", "kami_ap02", and "kami_200" in that order.

  20. Installing the game using Applocale will cause problems.
  21. There's an issue with the opening video and effect animations in game and if you are using LAV splitter. To fix this, open "Lav Splitter Configuration" and disable "mpegvideo (raw MPEG video)"
