Everypony will start off with a base stay for everything. Additional Stat points can be earned through training quests, hosted by a GM or through an item or event. races will get some bonuses as well, it is possible for any pony to train in any stat, but may effect them differently per race.
Magic
Everything has magic, and all ponies have inner magic though based on their race, it is used differently. Unicorn magic is obvious while pegasus magic helps with flying and weather control and earth pony magic deals with the earth. All of which can be trained.
*Another form of magic that can be included is that of which any pony can use. Emotion. This type of magic can only be used by two or more ponies. They can be separated into Love, Friendship, or Harmony. Still working on this shit here.
Skills here can be improved through various tasks. Ex: PT test may earn you a point in your strength stat while meditating earns you a point in the spirit stat. The stat gain depends on the task/training being done. There should be a limit somehow on stats to prevent grinding and becoming OP too fast.
Mind
This is your intelligence, and will effect your magic casting for unicorns, and anything needed to solve/read something, etc. EX Training: Studying, magic wrestling.
Body
This is your physical stat based on, duh, strength and defense. Maybe even speed. Flying as well. May effect earth magic. EX Training: All types of physical training.
Spirit
This one that will determine your will power and saves. It will also determine your sensitivity and connection to your surroundings. Will effect weather magic casting.
Heart.
Charisma. Your way of getting through to others through bluffing, diplomacy, or seducing (you slut you ). Will effect emotion magic casting. Ex Training: Talking to yourself in a mirror, taking a leadership role and succeeding, number of sexual partners you slutty slut, or friendship points? maybe that would include another system, hm...
