        Applejack and Big Mac are returning from delivering various apple products, AJ hears cry for help from

Whitetail Woods. [Possible bucking scene if trees are dead, and/or too close together] She runs toward the source, as best she can determine it, telling Mac to get back to Ponyville for the other Mane 6, Mac runs off with the cart. Get back to AJ running through the woods, finally reaching a clearing, and bam, [Insert creature here, or other obstacle, maybe a cliff] is terrorizing a group of deer, AJ holds them off until Twilight gets there to use magic to defeat them, yada yada.

 

        The deer lead the 6 back to their tribe, village, whatever we decide on. It's there they discover "Treebark"

with his deer family, concerned, they go and talk to him, he says he's a deer, "Just look at my antlers!" Unimpressed the Mane 6, "encourage" him to visit ponyville, I guess the deer would be alright with it, considering the 6 just saved  a group of them from "death." So they visit ponyville, see the sights, see a song about their various jobs and pony culture.

 

        Treebark is interested, Pinkie makes him laugh, he enjoys working at Sweet Apple Acres, Twilight shows him

different forms of magic, RD, "Ten seconds flat," Flutters shows him her cottage with various animals, Rarity, maybe

makes him some presentable clothes? Maybe a set of antlers?

 

        CMC come and shit hits the fan, I mean they take him everywhere, bombard him with questions, my vote was for him to have his cutie mark at the beginning, so yeah. Very traumatic experience, he manages to lose the CMC, AJ or another one of the Mane 6 see him leave, they catch up to him,  ask what's wrong, he says he has enjoyed Ponyville, but he wants to stay with the deer. So they escort him back home, he can't find his family though, asking around he discovers they went after him, but haven't come back.

 

        Suddenly, cry of help, the Mane 6, having already left, [They were just taking him back to the village] are

much further away than Treebark, he races toward the sound. In the process, losing the antlers Rarity gave him, silly gag thing Pinkie would have given him, etc. Treebark, having being raised by the deer, knows the forest almost perfectly, he strays away from potential danger, he finally reaches [Previous clearing? Might want to make it something else] where his family is trapped, the Mane 6 arrive but are overtaken by an ambush [Smarter this time]

 

        Treebark stays hidden, uses various deer calls to alert the tribe, epic deer warriors come, ohshit.jpeg, the

cowardly whatevers hightail it, with the warriors giving chase, Treebark reunites with his deer family, reflecting on

everything, discovers that he may be a pony, but he loves his family, and belongs with them [HNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNG moment]

One of the Mane 6, maybe RD or AJ get some tree branches to make new antlers for him, he gets his cutie mark, [Deer antlers, deer prints, etc.] The Mane 6 apologize for taking him away from the deer, he says it's alright, he encourages them to visit, and ends with him walking home. [Possible Letter to Celestia]
