BASIC PREMISE: A group with pro-flat agenda seized power and outlawed them to favor DFC. Then a war happened, hurling everything into post-apocalyptic environment. Now the old DFC government controls the only big city in the wasteland and continues to enforce their century old agenda by trying to eliminate bustiness from the wasteland entirely.
DFC Megacity: The sprawling capital of the DFC empire, this metropolis is the most advanced civilized place in the wastelands, albeit not by much. It is the seat of power for Empress Plana, and her iron fisted rule of the city is apparent by the dozens of portraits of her post on every city block. It is a flat chested city, with any cup size larger than a B being punishable by the DFC military. Vast skyscrapers and huge industrial complexes fill the city, and although it's size is impressive, the city planners have had to make the most use of the space they have. Multi level highways and sky bridge link the tall buildings. The fashion and pharmaceutical industries continually spread the image of the “perfect flatness”, and the television stations all broadcast images of her most immaculate perfection Empress Plana. The DFC military runs a very tight ship, cracking down on endowment wherever it springs up with frightening speed. At the center of the city lies an immense imperial palace, which is guarded by both the DFC military and the feared elite personal guard unit J.U.S.T.I.C.E. (Judicial Unilateral Soldiers for Total Indictment Concerning the Endowed).
Los Lesbos: A fortress comprised of only women. Originally an abandoned military base, it became a haven for women trying to escape the severe dangers of the wasteland. As more and more women heard of this sanctuary, it began to gain more and more permanent residents. Currently with a population the size of a small city, this fortress has been heavily modified and excavated. The exterior wall have been turned into dwellings, and a large shaft drilled into the rock goes down to an underwater river, providing freshwater. The walls form a circle, with a main pillar in the center containing government, shopping, and work facilities. Due to it's nature of being a safe haven for women, men are not allowed within it's borders unless escorted by a chaperone. While men are not attack on site, it can be difficult for a man to have cordial relations with a resident of Los Lesbos.
The Pit: A huge stronghold that would appear from the air as an incredibly well built favela. Several architectural styles mash together to form this enormous makeshift city which serves as permanent residence to several hundred thousand people as well as being the main trading hub for the entirety of the wasteland. Several large districts are run virtually autonomously, with the exception of a grand council that oversees important, city wide decisions. A huge gladiator pit is one of the cities main great attractions, where champions from across the waste fight both each other and several varieties of mutated monsters brought in from parts unknown. The crime syndicate known as the Strongarm Gang run the commercial front of their operation in The Pit, buying, selling, and trafficking many things including tech, weapons, clothing, and their specialty, pornography.
The Rebel Fortress: This nearly impenetrable fortress is built into the sheer cliff side of a vast canyon, and it's location is a secret to everyone except for those in the busty rebellion. Founded when the dilapidated ruins of a settlement was found high on the cliff side, this fortress acts at the base of operations for then entire rebel movement. Barracks, planning and strategy buildings, training facilities and weapons stores are all located in this labyrinthine maze of elevators and tunnels. It is from here that the men and women of the busty rebellion plan their attacks against the DFC empire, and it's location is closely guarded. Those who break the trust of the rebellion and reveal it's location are hunted down, as well as the person told. Many seeming disappearances can be accounted for the thoroughness with which the rebels guard their hidden base.
