  1. Inter-Dimensional Peacekeeping Bureau
  2.
  3. The Inter-Dimensional Peacekeeping Bureau (IDPKB or Peacekeepers) is a meta-aware faction originating from the multiple, indeterminate canons. It is a third-party, neutral faction that lies between the TSAB and TG's relationship dynamic.
  4.
  5. They have a working agreement with the Transpace Guard, which allows them to operate without much reproach or repercussions.
  6.
  7. Assets:
  8. The IDPKB has multiple academies secretly scattered across canons, where agents are trained to use their devices and get accustomed to inhabitants from other canons.
  9.
  10. They do not have any standard or obvious standing military assets, which ties into the nature of how the Peacekeepers operate.
  11.
  12. Faction Disposition:
  13. The IDPKB uses a hybrid of TSAB and TG technologies. The Peacekeepers use equivalents to intelligent and unison devices employed by the TSAB. This is known as what they call as "majaik".
  14.
  15. Each majaik device is an intelligent partner to the agent they are bound to. A device and armor set are custom-tailored to each agent, depending on what the trainee wills it to be upon induction to the bureau by a recruiting agent.
  16.
  17. Travel between canons is done by a Stargate-esque equivalent technology. Travel is usually done not with two stargates, but with by tuning in on an agents' signature. The gates can handle small groups of a dozen or so at most, fitting the style of small infiltration teams.
  18.
  19. Operation:
  20.
  21. Peacekeeper agents operate within canons and are stationed there solely to protect them. In this sense, they are deep-penetration agents for secret defense. An agent would not be obvious, and would blend in with a canon. Usually, an agent stationed one's own canon would work best i.e., a peacekeeper agent stationed in the Wakfu canons would not be a baseline human, but one of the twelve "human" races such as the Ecaflip, Cra or Sacrier.
  22.
  23. Some agents are stationed at academies as staff or faculty, with the rest being trainees.
  24.
  25.
  26. Peacekeepers and SUEs:
  27.
  28. Peacekeepers have a relationship with SUEs much like the way a Culexus assassin operates. SUE combat for the IDPKB calls for "collecting" a blossoming SUE and reforms them if possible. If not, they are harvested, which is not pleasant or desirable in any way.  "Harvesting" refers to Majaik harvesting. SUEs are drained until they pass off as "normal", then they are wiped and released.
  29.
  30. The harvested essence of SUE, processed as Majaik, is used create and fuel the devices and armor that Peacekeeper agents are equipped with.  This is a safer method than to simply release the essence of SUE or concentrate it and lock it up in storage.
  31.
  32. Larger pieces of equipment and stargate travel is primarily powered by this SUE essence.
  33.
  34. The IDPKB's reality emitter technology is in their majaikal Bounded Field that their Devices can emit.
  35.
  36.
  37. Playing as the Peacekeepers:
  38.
  39. One would generate a Peacekeeper character based on the native canon, which means choosing either a baseline human(whenever appropriate), or a native race to that chosen native canon.
