   Rancis was driving through Sugar Rush lost in his thoughts. "It's been 2 weeks since Vanellopes crash, and the snow storm was a month ago. Rumors are going around that we're dating, but are we really? I do like her.... Is that a girl?" He started to see what looked like a girl nearby. Stopping his kart he looked around to see who it was. Rancis thought he saw Vanellope in the distance. "Is that Vanellope? Was she following me?" Rancis stepped out of his kart to follow her. "What is she doing here?" He thought, starting to go into a jog to try and catch up with her. He suddenly found himself at the main track. The stands were full of candy people; even though it was Sunday. He suddenly felt someone pushing him, and the culprit whispered in his ear "Pucker up Fluggerbutter" "Taffyta what are you...." He looked forward and saw Vanellope being pushed towards him.

   Vanellope was reading a note sent to her by a mysterious racer. "Come to the main track for a fun time? What kind of mysterious note is that!? If this is a prank by Gloyd I swear to god." She decided to take a more secluded way to the track; she thought the note writer would follow her, and she never liked being followed. "Ok if I remember the way was between 2 certain trees and" She stopped short after hearing a kart coming from the distance. "Great. I'm just gonna wing it." She ran straight forward, hopping it was the right way. "That looked like Rancis's kart. Did he send me the note? No, no he's to sweet to prank me like that." She saw the main track in the distance, and started to walk towards it. When she came out from the trees she gasped. The stands were full of her subjects, "But it's Sunday!" she thought. She was interrupted mid thought when she felt someone push her. "Prepare to smooch President!" "Minty?! What are you" she looked forward and saw Rancis being pushed right towards her.

   The 2 racers were slammed into each other by Taffyta and Minty. Before they could even speak, Taffyta and Minty forced their faces together causing them to kiss. Despite how hard they tried to push them off, the bullies held them together for at least 20 seconds. "Oh god why are they doing this?!" Vanellope thought. "I wanted my first kiss to be with him, but not like this, not in public. N... Not by force!" "Try to push them of Rancis! She doesn't need this, not after all the torment she went through with King Candy!" Rancis thought angrily. "I don't want my first kiss with her to be like this! I don't want Vanellopes to be like this!" When they finally let go the crowds in the stands were laughing hysterically. Some of the other racers were to except Candlehead, Gloyd, Adorabeezle and Jubileena. Vanellope and Rancis were looking at the stands then at each other. The constant laughing towards her was causing Vanellope to tear up. "Aw the little baby's crying" Minty mocked, causing Taffyta to laugh even harder. Vanellope finally broke down in tears, and Rancis got out of his embaresed daze to try and comfort her. "Va-Vanellope, don't cry. Its all..." Before he could finish Vanellope glitched away to the bridge in tears. Rancis's face was blushed with rage. Before he could start walking, Gloyd was already going towards Taffyta. "That was horrible." he said with anger in his voice. "Oh come on Gloyd it was just a prank. She needed to be knocked down a few pegs anyway." Taffyta said. At that comment Gloyd slapped Taffyta. The crowd gasped.

   "Gloyd! What the hell!?" Minty screamed. "Be happy it didn't happen to you! The so called "prank" you pulled was awful, no one deserves the humiliation you just put Vanellope and Rancis through." He said fuming. Candlehead went over to Rancis, "You ok? Do you need me to get your kart?" She said calmly, despite all the fighting. "I'll get my kart, but I'm gonna talk to them first." Rancis said clenching his fists. He walked past Gloyd and Minty getting ready to get in a fist fight; the only thing stopping them was Jubileena and Adorabeezle. Taffyta was still on the ground surprised at what had just happened. "You know it's sad when Gloyd calls your prank horrible." Rancis said emotionless. "You made Vanellope cry Taffyta, and I cannot, no I will not forgive you." He said still red with rage. Before she could reply, he hopped into the RV1 and drove to the bridge. After stopping the fight Jubileena went to see Taffyta. "We need to talk. Now."

   Vanellope was running through Game Central Station with tears in her eyes. She began to run to the most dangerous game in the arcade, Heros Duty. In the game, the main character, and leader of the army, Tamora Jean Calhoun, was polishing her guns and armor when she suddenly heard a child screaming her name. She saw in the distance the little ankle biter herself glitching towards her. "Wait? Is she.... Crying?" Calhoun thought. Vanellope suddenly glitched into her arms. "Whoa squirt! You all right?" Calhoun asked; concerned. "Do I look ok?!" Vanellope screamed, looking up at Calhoun with red eyes. "What happened to you? I've never seen you cry like this" Vanellope told Calhoun the entire story, and after she finished Calhoun was thinking hard. Vanellope had calmed down after she told her story, and looked at Calhoun, "What are you thinking about?" Vanellope asked with her voice scratchy from all the crying. "Figuring out a way to punish them without showing any marks" She growled. Vanellope nodded in agreement, but stopped, "Wait, they are my subjects. I can punish them." She said quietly. "Vanellope, that odviously isn't working. I won't hit them but I am going to talk to them." Calhoun said while putting Vanellope on her shoulders. "O... Okay. I hope Rancis is ok." Vanellope said with a moody tone. "You really care about him don't you?" Calhoun said while jogging out of Heros Duty. Vanellope didn't answer, but started to slightly blush.

   Ralph was lounging in his house when he heard a kart pull up. He looked out the window excepting Vanellope, but he was surprised to see Rancis. "Uh, hey kid. What are you doing here?" Ralph asked awkwardly while opening the door. Rancis's eyes widened in confusion, "You mean Vanellope isn't here? Wh-Where is she I need to talk to her!" Rancis said. "Whoa kid! If she's not here she's probably with Calhoun. Wait why do you want to see her anyway? Did you 2 get in a fight? Or do you want to, you know, ask her out?" Rancis looked down and blushed. "No something happened in our game." He said while looking down. "What happened" Ralph asked concerned. Rancis went through his part of the story. Ralph was sitting in a chair and rubbing his forehead, "Why would these brats do this, after all the bullying she endured during the Turbo incident, they go and do this!!!" Ralph slammed his fist on a table, destroying it. Rancis jumped back in fear, and Ralph noticed and calmed down. "Where are the girls now?" Ralph asked with an irritated tone. "Gloyd called me on my way here and said they might be with Jubileena" Rancis answered. "Alright, can your kart handle my weight?" Ralph asked. "It's made of week old pound cake. It can take anyones weight." Rancis said slightly, chuckling. They drove out of Fix it Felix jr, speeding towards Sugar Rush.

   Calhoun and Vanellope made it to Sugar Rush, and Swizzle told them where to find Taffyta and Minty. When they reached Jubileenas house, they were surprised to see Rancis and Ralph waiting outside. Calhoun took Vanellope off her shoulders to talk with Ralph. Noticing Vanellope and Calhoun, Ralph began to walk over to them. When they reached each other they told Vanellope to go sit by Rancis while they talked. Vanellope was hesitant at first, but she eventually sat by him on the ground. Rancis began to look guilty. "Vanellope, I-I'm so sorry I couldn't stop them. I should have pushed them off but" He was interrupted by Vanellope hugging him. "You don't have to apologize Rancis." Vanellope said with her voice cracking. Rancis began to hug back when Gloyd suddenly burst out of the house with Candlehead. "God! They are such wh... Rancis, Vanellope! When did you get here?" Gloyd said, feeling like he was interrupting a moment. "Just a few minutes ago" Rancis said while Vanellope stopped hugging him. Candlehead noticed the wrecker and soilder talking in the distance, "Are they here to yell at them? Cause we can't even get it through their heads that they did something wrong." Candlehead said. "I guess they are. I don't really want to be here for it though." Vanellope said looking at her parental figures. "You know what, I'm going in there!" Rancis yelled while getting up. He reached down for Vanellopes hand. Vanellope gladly accepted it, and they walked into Jubileenas house holding each others hand, with Candlehead and Gloyd.

   "Well if it isn't the love birds!" Taffyta said. Rancis just glared at her while Vanellope began to speak. "I'm not sure what got in you Taffyta. I can get Minty doing this, but you? I thought we were friends." Taffyta looked honestly hurt at this comment, "Y-you mean we aren't friends?" "After what you just pulled?! Do you remember what I said an hour ago? I am never going to forgive you for this." Rancis said. Taffyta suddenly started to cry, "I-I'm sorry at what I did! I jus-just thought it would be funny and you wouldn't mind! You 2 obviously like each other!" She said while putting her head on the desk they were sitting at. The racers turned to Minty for her explanation, "I was in it for the laughs. I, in all honesty, did not think you would get hurt by this." "No one deserves their first kiss to be forced. Not like the way you made them do it." Candlehead said. Ralph and Calhoun walked in. "Ok kids you can leave" Ralph said. While walking out Vanellope glitched on his shoulder, "Don't make the punishment too harsh" She whispered in his ear. The door closed behind them, and they heard Calhoun begin to yell.

   "Well I guess we should leave you 2 alone" Gloyd said. "Have fun" Candlehead yelled while getting a piggy back ride from Gloyd. Rancis was chuckling at their antics when Vanellope grabbed his hand again. She looked at him with happiness in her eyes despite what they had been through today. He smiled back, and she began to hug him. "Heck of a day huh" She said, looking up at him. He laughed and gave her a soft kiss on the forehead making her blush. "Yeah, it was. Are we just gonna forget about the kiss?" Rancis asked. "We don't have to, but the candy people can!" Vanellope said, getting excited. "What do you mean?" Rancis asked. "I mean the code room, duh!" She said while glitching into his arms, bridal style. "Onward my trusty Butter Cup, to the code room!" Vanellope yelled. "Of course Princess Schweetz! To my kart!" Rancis shouted while running to the RV1. Before they drove off Vanellope kissed Rancis's cheek, causing him to blush."That's for kissing my forehead" She said in a joking tone. They heard the door open and turned around to see Ralph waving at them with a smug smile. They waved back, and sped of to the castle, with Vanellope's head resting on Rancis's shoulder.
