"Just until I can build my own house after winter.. Golden was nice enough to offer me a place to stay.. Perhaps you were the friend he mentioned staying with, until he brought his foals back to the spa?"

06[20:01] * Able_Tome actually is, considering !fun! with official business and Vault... so the grey burrito pony trots into the building, carefully opening the door and letting cold wind slip by him into warm interior. Left half of his face is still covered by the bandage mask, hiding his eye, while the right one is completely furless after accident. His mane, or what's left of it looks messy

06[20:03] * Able_Tome blinks at the commotion, but continues to move forth without obstructions, moving towards his seat and giving a silent wave to council members, before landing into his seat

06[20:04] * Phoenix_Down nods at Able and everyone else because shit is going down, taking a seat near Compound, noticing the distinct lack of Aler or his enteroge [literally no idea how to spell that]

06[20:04] * Able_Tome rummages through his saddlebag, levitating the journal out, "Hrm... trial case?"

06[20:05] * Orange_Burst notices that the council is getting ready "Come on sugar, lets go get a seat. Things are about to start"

06[20:06] * Able_Tome looks up into the hall, his one-eye'd gaze scanning through the crowd as the floating, glowing journal lands on the wooden surface

06[20:07] * Orange_Burst nods, still a bit sad "Yeah... i was there when it happened. But enough about that come on. Lets go sit down"

06[20:07] * Hardboil sighs, "Quiet down now, everyone. This is to proceed with as little commotion as possible. You are to treat this as any respectable trial should be treated. Any jeering or insults at the defendant will not be tolerated. Moreover, that goes for any insults at anyone else."

06[20:08] * Phoenix_Down leans over to Compound, giving her a quick peck on the lips "no u" before returning to silence

[20:08] <Hardboil> "First. Ironbark." he addresses, staring hard at the defendant

06[20:09] * Liven takes his tomato and noms it while watching the trial.

[20:09] <Anny> "Hey, can you guys go back five minutes! I got held up at the snackbar and missed the intro!"

06[20:09] * Able_Tome brings his hooves to the notebook and starts to flip pages, his attention returning back to the journal as he listens while searching for needed notes

[20:09] <Ironbark> "Am I getting released yet?!"

06[20:09] * Cherenkov cracks a smile but remains silent. It slowly disappears from his face because trials are serious buisness.

[20:10] <Hardboil> "You are charged with four counts of murder, and one count of assault. How do you plead?"

[20:10] <Ironbark> "NOT GUILTY!"

[20:10] <Hardboil> "Then we will proceed with the trial..."

06[20:14] * Cherenkov writes down about needing legal proceedings to be addressed at a later date.

[23:28] <Able_Tome> "Yes, but I'm not going to sign a death warrant without more concrete proof. Deportation is viable because I believe that they have more solid methods to clarify this than us."

[23:29] <Rain-Drop> "I really wished we didnt have to deal with this but I feel that deportation would work for the best, I want to assign the murders to him but the evidence isent all that solid. So cash my vote in for deportation and sent with their authorties to handle it."

[23:29] <Hardboil> "Fine. Two undecides, so we must go to the embassy and get this properly analyzed."
