- Working Title: Avenger Adrift
- Genre: Sci-Fi
- Theme: When you don't have a way to regulate yourself while in a position of power, power can consume you.
- Premise: "The Avengers" ends differently, with Tony Stark not coming back through the portal. He ends up on an alien planet, and, after searching, finds that there may be other humans on the planet.
- ACT 1:
- The nuclear blast coming from the Chitauri ship pushes Stark to where the Tesseract's portal closed. The mysterious particles from the Tesseract engulf Stark, protecting him from the blast, but sealing him in the Iron Man suit. Stark futilely moves around, trapped in his sarcophagus as he floats off into space. Silently, the title screen appears.
- Cut to Stark slowly waking up on solid ground, standing up, and surveying his surroundings. He sees flat-iron mountains, strange plants, and a town to his side. He taps on the reactor in his chest, and it doesn't flicker, implying it's working properly. He walks towards the town in the distance, inspecting the dirt as he walks over it. It's like sand through a microscope in certain areas, what look like orange teeth and purple coral pepper the ground. He keeps walking, looking at the ground, the alien sky, the mountains, the plants, then suddenly, he meets face-to-face with humanoid eyes.
- He steps back in shock and looks at the whole form of the creature. It has three arms and a stump where the fourth used to be, and two lanky legs ending in hand-like feet.
- Clad in strange dress, the alien speaks a strange, structured gibberish. It sounds friendly, but unintelligible. The alien has a feminine face, with a thin neck attached to a bulky torso, that branches out into three arms and a stump. The stump, covered in a steel cap, has obviously been amputated. The alien hands Stark a white pill, then makes motions saying "take this" and "much knowing". Stark does so out of desperation, and immediately he understands the alien. The alien says calmly,
- "There, now quickly, go into that shop over there, and purchase something to defend yourself with-"
- The alien is interrupted by voices calling from a decorated tent in the distance.
- "I'm not supposed to do this with humans- but take this and trade it for something useful" She hands him a piece of jewelry and shoos him off.
- In he walks over to the shop and notices the words on the sign now are in English. It reads "Pawn Shop". Stark walks in, showing just as many signs of exhaustion as before, and browses the vast selection of weaponry. The pill seems to have made him dazed, but when he sees a human-made pistol on the rack behind the teller, he assumes there must be more humans on this barren world.
- ACT 2:
- -Inciting Incident/Catalyst:
- Stark finding the human-made gun in the pawn shop.
- -Character goal:
- Find more humans on the alien world.
- On the way out of the pawn shop, Stark runs into another alien, who appears to be leaving a formal meeting with the owner of the pawn shop. He goes to talk to him, and by chance, the alien has been thinking of going on "an adventure", and while remaining nondescript, wishes to help Stark on his journey to find more humans. Stark asks the alien's name, and his name is Y'nohtna (yhi-not-nah)
- As soon as Stark exits the pawn shop, the Y'nohtna lays back, as Stark is tackled by an angry alien of different species. He fights the alien off, and as the alien limps back to his group of friends, Stark perturbedly asks Y'nohtna why he didn't come to help him, to which he replies, "not my fight".
- ACT 3
- - 1st Turning Point:
- Stark getting the pill from the nun which allows him to understand the alien languages. He is also given a piece of jewelry, which he then pawns at the pawn shop to buy the human-made gun and a flare gun. In the pawn shop, he meets an alien, Y'nohtna, who just left a formal meeting with owner of the shop, and he goes to start a conversation with him. By chance, he's been thinking of going on "an adventure", as nondescript as that is, and wishes to help Stark on his journey to find his fellow humans.
- Additional Obstacles:
- The majority of the aliens have a beef with the human race, because of the Chitauri occupation that came before the war on Earth. A human would be treated like a black man in the sixties. (comparison used only for sake of clarity, there are no race-related themes or overtones)
- -Story Problem/Central Question:
- Where did the human-made gun come from? Are there humans on this planet, and can Stark find them?

- 2nd Turning Point/ MOD/ Black Box:
- 3rd Turning Point:
