  1.         The Queen of the World gave the glass an apprehensive sniff before taking a sip, her eyes widening as the warmth of the alcohol and spices washed across her palate.  By all the gods, no wonder the unwashed masses worshiped this ‘rum’ liquid, it was simply fantastic.  She handed the empty glass to the servant that bowed before her, who immediately retreated back into the crowd of slaves that awaited her orders.  “Steal every drop of rum this factory has,” she barked, “I shall bring the city to its knees when their precious alcohol runs dry.”
  2.         As a single body, her loyal serfs snapped to attention and began to spread across the factory floor, hauling the barrels off their racks and rolling them to the waiting trucks.  This really was her best plan yet, she thought with a haughty smirk as the first barrel thudded into the flatbed behind her.  No attempting to convert masses of people, no teenagers, and the factory was in an obscure suburb of the city, so any response from the heroes should come long after she was gone.  She watched the steady stream of grunting servants and their cargo of barrels for a few minutes, savoring the victory almost as much as she had the rum, before turning to return to her chariot.  No need to watch the help, she thought dismissively, and she needed to immortalize this victory in her journal anyway.
  3.         She came to a sudden stop as she noticed a figure silhouetted dramatically by the doorway that she was heading towards.  Why couldn’t a heist just go without any complications for once, she thought with an irate sigh, before calling out to the figure, “Stand aside, hero.  My perfect plan is already in motion, and it would be a shame if I had to add your head to my trophies.”
  4.         The figure seemed to fidget a few seconds and mutter to itself, and the Queen could have sworn that she heard ‘won’t run away this time’ somewhere in the jumble of words, before finally stepping further into the factory.  The Queen felt her lips pull back in an involuntary snarl as the details of the hero’s costume became clearer:  the ornate dress that magical girls were so fond of.  She didn’t recognize the hero who dared to challenge her though, she couldn’t remember any of the nasty little witches who wore glasses and had a bow in their hair.  “I, um.  I’ve been preparing to face you for weeks, Queen of the World!  I-I’m a big fan, so I’ll be sure to make this fight worthy of you,” the hero said, before mumbling, “Could…I also get an autograph at the end of the fight?”
  5.         The Queen could only stare at this new enemy of hers with an air of utter confusion as the hero straightened and launched into a monologue about justice and rum.  Who the hell was this latest harpy that was copying that Sparkle bitch?  What kind of hero would ask for an –autograph- of all things?  And most importantly of all, was that even a ‘she’?  The villain tilted her head for a few seconds, trying to decipher the hero’s strange androgyny by looking for any identifying details, but decided that the effort was completely futile as even the person’s voice gave nothing away.  Deciding that the dress was about a good a sign as anything, the Queen just settled on ‘her’.  “…A-and I, Lyrical Princess Raindrops, will apprehend you and bring you to justice,” the hero said firmly, walking closer and trying to look imposing.
  6.          The messy curls and waves that framed her face and the pair of glasses that began to slip off her nose as she stomped closer ruined the effect, and the Queen couldn’t help but laugh as the magical girl raised her fists.  “Well aren’t you just the cutest thing,” the villain said with a coo, before her voice dissolved into laughter once again.
  7.         Raindrops shot upright, her cheeks turning a fierce red as she shook her fists in frustration.  “I’m not cute!  I’ll show you how scary I am,” the girl said petulantly, before thrusting her hand into the air and shouted, “BEGLEITERIN!”
  8.         The villain immediately brought her guard up, ready for the usual tricks that these filthy magic users wielded, but straightened after a few tense moments.  Why did she always have to get the weird heroes, she thought with a weary sigh.  “Was that supposed to do something,” she asked condescendingly, watching in amusement as the hero held the pose awkwardly.
  9.         “Yes, it’s just that my powers take a long time to work,” the girl said, her face screwed up in concentration.
  10.         A massive clap of thunder suddenly split the air, and a ludicrously sized sword popped into the magical girl’s hand with a glistening spray of mist.  The Queen had to admit that she was pretty impressed, especially when a pair of brilliantly white wings sprouted from the hero’s back.  “There we go!” the girl said with a few enthusiastic test swings of the weapon, “Now prepare to be purged, villain!”
  11.         With that, the hero surged at her, but the Queen simply waved her servants forward.  No need to dirty her hands with some rookie that she had never heard of before after all.  Raindrops seemed to be taken aback as a mass of humanity charged her rather than the villain, and was only barely able to hold the wave of her servants back with a furious series of slashes and swings, each of the blows sending its target skidding across the concrete floor.  The Queen watched the show with mild interest, content to let her followers throw themselves upon the girl’s blunted sword so that she could analyze the hero’s style and tactics.
  12.         Content that she had the measure of this so called hero, the Queen lunged forward into the fray just as a few of her minions slipped past the girl’s guard.  She lashed out with a flurry of punches, the superhuman blows driving Raindrops back even though they only fell on the flat of her sword, but the girl launched herself backwards with a flap of her wings before the Queen could get in close and truly punish this upstart.  “REGENFALLE,” the girl shouted as she tried to shake off the slaves who clung to her.
  13.         The Queen tried to charge in again, but the hero managed to keep dodging her blows by using those damned wings of hers.  The girl suddenly tilted to the side, a few brainwashed workers clinging to one of her wings, and the villain let a smirk play across her face.  “Now get on your knees like a proper slave,” she snarled contemptuously as she raised her fists for an overhanded smash.
  14.         Just as the blow was about to fall, swirling clouds appeared over the hero’s head and rapidly spread until it filled the entire factory, and a torrential downpour smashed into the Queen and her servants.  The villain was able to keep her footing by the barest of margins, but her servants were washed off the magical girl and dragged to the factory walls like so much driftwood.
  15.         “You’ll pay for striking your superiors, girl,” she growled as she tried to get her hair and soaked clothing in some semblance of order.
  16.         The hero swayed in front of her, looking terribly sleepy, almost as if the magical attack had drained her energy.  “Gotta stay awake,” Raindrops mumbled, rubbing at her eyes.
  17.         The Queen sniffed contemptuously at this display of weakness.  Her servants were out of commission, but the girl looked like she was on her last legs.  She stalked towards the hero, ready to beat the girl into a pulp for the crime of ruining royalty’s makeup, but her enemy shakily brought up her sword and swung it in a hard arc.  The villain had to dance away from the blow, and every time she tried to close the gap and get a punch in, the magical girl would simply use the sheer size of her sword to keep the Queen at bay.
  18.         She drew back, panting after her efforts to get past her enemy’s guard, and racked her brain for some way to defeat this thrice-damned hero.  A sly smile suddenly pulled at the corners of her lips as she recalled the girl’s reaction to being called cute.  “So, my adorable enemy, any more cute tricks up those sleeves of yours?  I’m impressed that you managed to hold out this long against me,” she said in a condescending tone that she had remembered her nannies using centuries ago.
  19.         The Queen wasn’t sure if it was the compliment of the girl’s work or the word ‘adorable’, but the girl’s cheeks flushed in embarrassment.  “S-stop…I’m not-,” she sputtered, before shouting, “ZUFRIEREN!”
  20.         With that, she swung her sword wildly at the villain, and the Queen was ashamed to admit that she was very much on the defense as she dodged the humming chunk of steel.  She tried to keep an eye out for her enemy’s latest spell, but Raindrops constant attacks demanded all of her attention to dodge.  Just as she staggered back from a blow that would have easily cracked a few ribs, she slipped on the suddenly slick ground.  “That clever bitc-” she murmured, looking in wonder at the ice that had formed from the water that had coated the factory floor.
  21.         Before she could finish the thought, the hero lunged forward on those accursed wings of hers and slammed the Queen backwards, the ice making any thoughts of dodging the blow completely useless.  The Queen skidded across the slick floor before slamming into a wall.  She managed to drag herself into a sitting position before Raindrops dropped in front of her and pressed her sword to the villain’s throat.
  22.         “You had better surrender, unless you are prepared to face my wrath” the girl said sternly, applying a bit more pressure with the blunt edge of her blade and leaning closer.
  23.         The furious expression on her face slowly faded as she seemed to realize that she was practically climbing into the Queen’s lap.  “O-oh dear, sorry about that, I get carried away a lot, I didn’t mean to hurt you or invade your personal space.  Just give up, please,” she babbled, jerking backwards with a heavy blush coloring her cheeks.
  24.          The Queen couldn’t help but roll her eyes at this bizarre apology, chiding herself for managing to be defeated by such a flighty girl.  “Like I would ever submit to such a lowly peasant,” she spit, glaring at the magical girl.
  25.         Raindrops seemed to be shocked, taken aback even, but the intensity returned to her eyes as she drew closer again.  “In t-that case, there’s only one thing I can do.  I have to make sure that you c-can’t continue to fight against me,” the hero said, her blush darkening.
  26.         The Queen closed her eyes as she felt the sword shift at her throat, prepared for the worst.  Would the magical girl break her legs and arms to prevent her from fighting or fleeing?  Maybe just kill her?  She wasn’t afraid of course, that would be shameful in a noblewoman, and she would just resurrect if she died, but that didn’t mean that this wouldn’t hurt.  She could only curse that evil cat once more for stealing her teleportation ability one last time as she waited for her doom.
  27.         No matter how resigned to her fate she was though, she still winced as a hand brushed by her neck.  She braced herself, sure that this was somehow part of the final blow, but her eyes shot open in confusion as she felt the hand gently bury itself into her hair.  “W-what exactly are you doing, peasant,” she said shrilly as Raindrops’ fingers began to play with her perfectly coifed bob.
  28.         The girl’s face was completely red, and she was all put panting as she said, “No one…hah…can fight when they are…mmh…getting their hair mussed.”
  29.         The Queen was too shocked at this display of such wanton lewdness to resist as the hero’s fingers danced to the side of her head.  It was only when she felt the carefully styled strands being tousled that she managed rouse her fury once more and say, “I would rather die than have my hair be fondled by such a…”
  30.         Her protests were cut short by a shudder as the girl’s dexterous fingers began to stroke and massage at her scalp.  She had to bite her lip to prevent a moan from slipping past her lips, and it was a struggle to avoid losing herself to the hero’s soothing assault.  Still…maybe this wasn’t so bad, she thought reluctantly.  She tried to keep a furious scowl on her face, out of principal more than anything, but she couldn’t help sighing in pleasure and closing her eyes as Raindrops shifted her attentions to her ears.
  31.         After a few wondrous minutes of this, she heard a curious, strangled sound come from her enemy.  She reluctantly opened her eyes, and noted with amusement that the poor thing looked like she was about to either pass out from excitement or reach climax.  The Queen was no fool, and she knew an opening when she saw one.  Just as the magical girl’s fingers began to drift lower and play with her neck, the villain grabbed the hero’s arm and dragged her closer, throwing her foe completely off balance and loosening her grip on that damned sword.
  32.         And now -she- had the advantage, the Queen thought with a vicious smirk as she quickly spun the hero around and slammed her into the wall.  It took some scrambling to get to her feet, but the villain pinned the magical girl before she could recover from the sudden assault.  Raindrops was practically shaking as the Queen grabbed the girl’s shoulder and drew her fist back for a punch, though the villain wasn’t sure if it was from fear or…something else.  She adjusted her grip slightly as she savored the fear on the magical girl’s face, her thumb brushing the hero’s neck as she shifted to bring her fist crashing down, but stopped as the girl gasped and squirmed.
  33.         A wicked smile passed over the Queen’s face as she realized what drew this reaction out of the hero.  Now she knew -exactly- how to get revenge on the peasant for throwing her hair into disarray.  “I know that you must be smitten by my overwhelming beauty, serf, but your pitiful attempt at seduction won’t work on me,” she said, brushing her thumb against Raindrop’s neck.
  34.         She laughed as the magical girl moaned, the leaned forward, her lips just barely hovering over her enemy’s neck.  “Let the Queen of the World show you how it’s done,” she said, every syllable bringing a faint shiver from the girl.
  35.         The Queen paused for a few seconds, letting her foe stew in anticipation, before closing the gap and finally kissing the magical girl’s neck.  “Unh…w-wait, Queen,” Raindrops, moaned, though she made no movement to resist the villain’s advances.
  36.         Enjoying herself thoroughly, the Queen shut the hero up by leaving a few more kisses, some just gentle pecks, others lingering and open mouthed.  She was surprised at how much she was enjoying herself, especially as the girl began to arch beneath her; it had been a while since she had used pure seduction without any charm after all.  Deciding to see how far this would go, the Queen decided to up the ante a little bit.  She slowly licked the side of Raindrop’s neck, taking her time as she dragged her tongue towards the girl’s ear.
  37.         The hero made a few incoherent groans as the Queen finally reached her destination and gave the girl’s earlobe a light nibble, but the villain wasn’t content with such a weak reaction.  She lavished more attention on Raindrop’s ear, licking along the outer edge before nipping the very peak.  The magical girl gasped and writhed against her, and the Queen pulled back to admire her handiwork.  Raindrops was a blushing, panting wreck, her hair and costume in complete disarray, and it looked like she was barely staying upright.
  38.         If only defeating heroes could be this easy or fun more often, the villain thought with a satisfied smirk.  Still, no need to drag things out unnecessarily.  Determined to finish this battle, she leaned in and gently sank her teeth into Raindrop’s neck, applying pressure for just a moment before leaving a kiss on the same spot.  The magical girl squeaked in surprise at the bite, her entire body shivering and going taut, before her eyes rolled back into her head and she collapsed to the floor.
  39.         The Queen stepped back from the unconscious hero, completely shocked at the reaction, before breaking into uproarious laughter.  That’s all that she had to do to win?  She tried to suppress her mirth to something more ladylike, but it was still a few minutes before she managed to stop chuckling.  “All right, you useless servants, back on your feet,” she shouted, tapping her foot in impatiently as her slaves slowly hauled themselves to their feet, “We’ve still got a heist to finish.”
  40.         It took a bit for the brainwashed idiots to get back into the swing of things, but the rest of the rum was soon rolling towards the waiting trucks, and the Queen watched over them until the idiots finished the task.  As the trucks began to pull away and drive back towards her house, the Queen glanced back at the sleeping hero.  Deciding to be a magnanimous ruler, the villain pulled her kohl from her purse and scribbled her name and phone number on the girl’s head.  Raindrops had asked for her autograph after all, and the Queen simply -had- to meet up with this hero again.
