  1. > Be a Genesis-6 red fluffy pony, bio-engineered for play.
  2. > Today you're going on an adventure with your bestest friend in the whole wide world!
  3. > Her name is Rachael; you live with her, and her mummah and papa.
  4. > And today you're going outside for the first time ever!
  5. > Mummah is getting Rachael dressed.
  6. > You're excited, but Rachael seems sad.
  7. > It must be because daddy isn't coming with you today.
  8. > He must be too tired, because you find him sleeping on the floor.
  9. > You giggle and hug him.
  10. "Papa silly! 'apposed to sleep on bed, not on fwoor!"
  11. > You run back to Rachael and mummah.
  12. > They're putting on their outdoor hats now, so that you can't see their faces.
  13. > Mummah is running around the house, putting things in a bag.
  14. > Rachael bends down and picks you up.
  15. > She's hugging you too hard.
  16. > You squirm some, but then you hug her back.
  17. > Because that's what good fluffies do.
  18. > Before you can tell Rachael about her silly daddy, mummah pulls you both out the door.
  19. > After riding the elevator, though, you become confused.
  20. > You aren't going outside, you're going to the park.
  21. > You begin to complain, but mummah shushes you.
  22. > You pout, but then Rachael scratches your ears.
  23. > Oh well.
  24. > At least you'll get to play in the park.
  25.
  26. > When you arrive at the park, you spot some of your other fluffy friends.
  27. > You start waving your hooves in excitement, wanting to run over and say hello.
  28. > But mummah grabs Rachael and pulls you both away, to a part of the park you've never been to.
  29. > This second disappointment overwhelms you, and you begin to whine.
  30. "Mummah! Fwuffy wan pway with fweinds! Pwease wet fwuffy-"
  31. > Mummah snatches you from Rachael's grasp, holding your mouth shut.
  32. > You struggle; her fingers dig into your sides, hurting you.
  33. > Your eyes begin to tear up.
  34. > Suddenly she loosens her grip.
  35. > Blinking back tears, you look up.
  36. > A man you've never seen before is standing in front of you.
  37. > He has a long mustache, longer than any you've ever seen before.
  38. > He looks down at you, then back at mummah.
  39. > He starts making silly noises you don't understand.
  40. > Mummah starts making them as well.
  41. > You choke back a sob, confused.
  42. "Kawen?"
  43. > All of you look down.
  44. > It's your friend, Ginny!
  45. > He begins hopping around excitedly, holding up his hooves.
  46. "Kawen! Yay! Kawen! Kawen wan' pway? WaneeeuuUUURGGH!!!"
  47. > There's a blur of motion; Ginny jerks and twitches, before falling over.
  48. > The stranger stands back up, holding the still sparking sorry stick.
  49. > He looks at mummah.
  50. "We go."
  51.
  52. > Before you can say anything, you're stuffed in a bag.
  53. > You cry out, asking what's happening.
  54. > No one answers you.
  55. > You can barely hear muffled voices and sounds from outside the bag.
  56. > You wait for what seems like forever.
  57. > You need to go to the bathroom, but you know what happens when you don't use your litterbox.
  58. > And you're terrified of being hit with the strange moustache man's sorry stick.
  59. > Finally, the top of the bag opens up.
  60. > The stranger looks in.
  61. > You shrink back in terror.
  62. > Without saying anything, he flings you and the bag away.
  63. > You hit the ground rolling.
  64. > You're all alone in a giant, dark room filled with strange glowing lights and pipes.
  65. > You throw your head back and begin to wail.
  66. > Suddenly television screens all around you snap to life.
  67. > A mechanical voice echoes out all around you.
  68. "Attention. Possible sighting of F#12D28K-8. Seeking positive identification pursuant to embezzelment investigation X/8986. Service rep to Arco-ground sector Blue-829."
  69. > Blinking back tears, you shakily get to your feet.
  70. > You look around; there's no sign of Rachael, mummah, or the terrible moustache man.
  71. "Hewwo?"
  72. > The voice answers back.
  73. "Attention. Please remain where you are. A Corpsec service rep will arrive shortly. Thank you."
  74. > You lie down, sobbing.
  75.
  76. > Before long, you hear footsteps.
  77. > A man wearing something that looks like an outside hat is coming towards you.
  78. > He stops a few feet away, looking down, his face hidden behind dark glass.
  79. "New fwend?"
  80. > He glances around, looks back, and kicks you.
  81. > You hit the wall and slide to the floor.
  82. > You lay there shaking and sobbing, crying as hard as you can.
  83. > The new man approaches, pulling out a collapsible metal cage.
  84. > He reaches out for you, but stops.
  85. > He begins to shiver and shake, giving a strangle scream.
  86. > He falls to the ground.
  87. > The moustache man is standing behind him, holding his sorry stick.
  88. "Idiot rep."
  89. > He leans down, and twists the new man's head until there is a snapping sound.
  90. > Nearby, Rachael suddenly appears, running towards you.
  91. > She gathers you into her arms, consoling you.
  92. > You curl up in her arms, shaking.
  93. > Through your tears, you see mummah standing there as well.
  94. > The moustache man gets up, holding a toy he took from the new man.
  95. > He and mummah make silly noises.
  96. > She pulls out her phone, touching the screen, then shows it to him.
  97. > He nods, before doing something with the new man's toy.
  98. > You look down at the new man sleeping on the ground, then up at Rachael.
  99. "Meanie munstah man get sowwy stick? No use wittabox?"
  100. > The moustache man hands the toy to mummah, and starts jogging away.
  101. > Mummah turns back to you and Rachael.
  102. "Hurry. We need to get outside."
  103.
  104. > You hate your new home, but it's better than outside.
  105. > Outside is smelly, it makes you cough and it hurts your eyes.
  106. > Your new home is a little better, but it's cold and dark, and there's nothing to play with.
  107. > Mummah and Rachael aren't around right now.
  108. > They were arguing before they left.
  109. > Rachael must have been bad, because afterwards she was crying.
  110. > You hugged her and told her not to worry, that she's good and that you love her.
  111. > That only made her cry harder.
  112. > But she hugged you and said she loved you, too.
  113. > Then she ran outside.
  114. > Mummah came over and held you on her lap for a while.
  115. > She looked at you for a very long time.
  116. > Finally she kissed you and put you down, before saying goodbye.
  117. > She forgot to close the door.
  118. > Your side still hurts from being kicked by the mean man, and you're starting to get hungry.
  119. > You hope they get back soon.
  120. > You don't like this adventure.
