- Due to the shocking (Lack of) quality, I have taken a extremely long break. I now have thought of a possible story line.
- --------
- 1/?
- >”Aw, come on Anon, it’ll be fun!”
- "Foxius, put it down."
- >”Don’t be a spoil sport!”
- "You are not killing it!"
- >”Fine.”
- >You are Anon, mighty warrior of Caladoria, and traveller of realities.
- >You quickly mulled over the current situation, then come up with a plan. You look at Foxius, making contact with his large, brown eyes. He scrunched up his face, crinkling his snout. He softly sniffed, twitching his wet, black nose.
- >He dropped the horse, and backed away, His thick leather boots crushing the grass underneath him.
- >You shook your head, and walked up to the horse.
- "I heard you yelp and call for help, so you can speak. Tell me, where are we?"
- >The yellow horse just shook with fear, and hugged herself with… wings.
- > thick forests a few meters away, a cute cottage nearby, and a castle on a mountain in the distance. Advanced civilisation?
- >You turn to the horse, and get its attention.
- "Eight plus two equals…?"
- >”Ten…” The yellow horse stammers out, and hides behind her pink mane.
- >It is intelligent. Foxius stares at you, with his brown eyes narrowed. He crosses his bracer covered arms over his leather armor clad chest. The wind gentle rustles his face fur, which was colored with multiple oranges and reds. His long, curved dagger was secured in his sheath.
- >The yellow horse with wings slowly gulped, and finally managing to speak.
- >”Please don’t hurt me… I-I’m innocent…”
- "We don’t want to hurt you. Foxius is just… confused."
- >”O-oh…”
- 2/?
- "Foxius, we better get a camp up. I’m thinking that the forest would be a good location."
- >”If the horsey can talk, then they should have some form of inn, right? Implying they can build, and aren't pets.”
- >”I-I’m a pony…”
- >”Whatever. Do you have inns?”
- >”Yes…” She slowly starts to shrink into the tree she was cowering beside.
- "Doesn't matter. If the population see us, they will probably go ape shit. We should figure out what to do first."
- >”Let’s just go in, and waste them!”
- "Come on, Foxius, what about our goal?"
- >The whole reason you have been magically transporting yourself through realities was to find paradise. You had already gone through multiple worlds, and each was interesting in its own way.
- >One had a population of chickens with human legs. Foxius made you spend the next week there, catching them and eating them.
- >"I am sincerely sorry for attacking you, horse."
- >"Pony..."
- >"Right."
- >You both walk past the first few trees of the forest, leaving the pony on its own.
- >”Hey, did that pony sound female to you?”
- "I guess. Why?"
- >”No reason.”
- "Huh."
- >The rest of the relatively short journey was spent picking dry wood off from the floor, or collecting berries. When you did reach a suitable camp ground, the sun was already setting.
- "You get the fire going, I’m off to find some more wood or a water source."
- >”Alright, captain.”
- "Stay out of trouble."
- >You set off at a quick pace, determined to get back before night, and wanting to get some fresh water.
- 3/?
- >You are Foxius, and Anon was leaving.
- >”Stay out of trouble.” The human said, before going off into the forest.
- >You never get into trouble, it just happens to get you involved.
- >You kneel down, and pick up a bit of flint from the grassy ground. A couple of strikes against your steel knife, a fire is created.
- >Tinder boxes are overrated, you think to yourself, as you sheath your dagger.
- >You hear a howl, just a little while away from you. Your nose goes in the air, and you catch a scent of blood and shaven wood. Not normal.
- >Your acute hearing picks up footsteps, quick and light.
- >This is bad.
- >You quickly stand up, and re-unsheathe your dagger, simultaneously grabbing a stick and thrusting it inside the roaring flames. The broken branch’s end quickly lit up, like a torch.
- >Just a few seconds later, a giant wolf jumped out of the bushes, with a glint in its eyes. It landed heavily on the ground, making the loose stones shake. It pawed the ground with a wooden paw, and watched the crackling make-shift torch.
- >Wait, wooden?
- >You snarl, and quickly jump towards it, thrusting the fire into its face. It yelped, and jumped back, just as another wooden wolf advanced from the shadows. They both walk around you, making you circle continuously.
- >If that human was here, he would of shot fireballs at them... Time to go solo.
- >You rush forward towards the first wolf, as it leaps at you. Just before it’s muzzle gets acquainted with yours, you duck underneath it, while running your torch along its belly.
- >The big bad wolf goes up in flames, and slowly disintegrates into the ground, all the while yelping. The other howls, and lumbers in your direction.
- >You spin the torch, and throw it like a javelin, towards the tree-wolf. It smacks him in the face and does little, save from scorched nostrils.
- "Well, I’m boned."
- >You glance around for some way to win, but your search was pointless.
- >The wolf slowly crept towards you, snarling…
- ---
- Just a taster.
