pinkie shows up out of nowhere on earth in anons home. he knows about the show, and likes pinkie, and accepts that she has no clue at all how she got there...

 

after 3 days, they figure out the closet has a portal between his room and her room in equestria.

 

shinanagins ensue.

----as i am now, there is no way in hell i could write this out and make it good, thats why i posted the idea to /mlp/. if no one takes it and makes a satisfactory story, ill probably look into doing it myslef when i get better... well.... if i get better------

 

anon goes to equestia, befriends the main 6 blaa blaa, while twilight decided that instead of telling celestia what anon it, it may be more fun to surprise her, getting anon accustomed to the world first.

 

over an X period of time (when you land to celestia meeting) twilight researches you, researches the ever loving shit out of you not realizing lyra did most of the leg work prior to anon coming here, lets say a week or so before anon is to meet celestia she finds out about lyras research, lyra not putting 2 and 2 together mostly due to anon being nothing like what she uncovered. lets put it this way, lyra wasn't far off on what she found out, at least on how humans act in very large groups... twilight decides that that humans in equestria are not what anon is. but a book is left at the tree house, where anon is staying, and he reads it.

 

more or less, he finds out several things, humans are shitty no mater where they are, and celestia was most likely alive at that point in history.

 

he knows twilight hasn't told celestia, so gathers things, and day of the meeting with celestia, he fucks off.

 

twilight tells celestia to postpone the meeting, makeing up a lie, and head off to find anon.

 

anon not being smart, leaves tracks throughout the area, leading to the everfree.

 

inside, twilight takes a while, but finds anon.

 

make anon magic resistant, not immune, this will set up why she didnt haul his ass back right than and there.

 

over the next few days, anon explains why he left... celestial lived through humans once, and where he comes from, they are probably worse (our world worse, not some other fake equestria).

 

from this point the story more revolves around the other 5 and celestia, as the other 5 get worried after a week and tell celestia...

 

celestia fearing the worst, takes point on a search for her (though not leading on that its may be a body recovery and execution)

 

being near anon makes her impossible to track through magic, and in the everfree, impossible to find a void of magic that would imply thats where they are...

 

so as twilight follows anon, learning more and more, determines that anon isn't like the stories, or even his own kind (he isnt), and because she cant get him to go back, will at least stay by him and keep him safe till other arrive.

 

i would suggest anon is looking for a sutible palace to live in the ever free, and comes across various ruins, and twilight nerdgasyming over them, while celestia, while she is still trying to find them, finds messages from twilight, telling were all the older messages are, with updates in to her talks with anon.

 

allong the way she realizes on her own that anon is more scared of her lumping him in with humans of old from here, than him actualy harming anyone.

 

this story idea comes from anon always being so stupid in these sories. humans are mentioned, or mentioned in myth, and he never puts 2 and 2 together to figure out shit went down because humans are fucking idiots in ever plane of existence they are on.

an anon goes to equestria, and LOVES messing with people who act like twilight, of which he knew many.

 

twilight knows full well anon is messing behind all the crazy crap thats happening, but her other friends, especially pinkie love that kind of shit.

 

so it ends up with an anon who knows

a twilight who knows

and everyone else being themselves.

 

anyone have a story that is vaugely like this, if not, anyone want to take it as i honestly doubt i could pull it off yet.

 

bouns points if it turns into an opposites attract end, where twilight decides to follow anon, and figure out how he gets under her skin so often, and so easily.

they confirm no way in hell, and assemble everyone. the main 6, celestia, and your flavor of whatever bg pony anon also made friends with.

 

all of them are trying to figure out the best way to tell anon he isnt going home... ever.

 

now while they are trying to figure out how to break it to anon, he figures it out, i mean our anon isnt a moron, he sees celestia meeting with the main 6, and that none of them can look him in the eyes. so he figured, either someone died, he can go home, or he cant go home. because everyone he really cares about right now is there, rules out death. and because no one looked happy for him rules out going home.

 

sense day 1 he realized the possibility of going home could happen, and that was depressing to him. but now, his day cant be any better.

 

all the ponies on the other hand, cant bring themselves to ruin his day by telling him though.

think of it this way, they arent lieing to him, but they have no clue how to break it to him either, each thinks that going back home was VERY important to him.

 

id probably add in they he asked often.

he just wants to know definitively if it could happen or not.

 

im thinking it would take place over a day or two, depending on if anon is in ponyville or canterlat.

 

it would probably end in twilight or celestia breaking it to him, and anon having the most opposite reaction possible.

anon is suicidal now, so they have to keep him from killing himself while they also try to find a doctor who can magic his balls back

forget who suggested the story, but holy shit did i think the idea was funny.

anons first suicide attempt followed by learning he is smart, 3-6 chapters of them trying to keep anon from killing himself while trying to find a ball doctor

and 2-4 chapters of clop ending in a princess twilight 3 way (aj went first to satisfy anon, she got ruined, fluttershy and dash went second both getting ruined, rarity and pinkie one being generous and the other realizing she is missing out on one hell of a party, twilight sends a letter, celestia to make up (yea right) for anons balls missing, decides she and her student should offer up themselves (student as a "punishment" for not realizing he was not an animal, and her because she is horny as fuck and he ruined 5 mares so far, 3 of which were VERY capable) to anon.

 

ends in anon having a harem and slightly sedated sex drive (not 24/7 horney, but enough for the 6 + 1 when she shows up)

what could an anon do that any other pony would ignore but twilight would ocd over, enough to get him kicked out of his in ponyville home, and moved further out than fluttershy.

 

i got a story idea but cant figure the trigger out.

 

im thinking it was little things over time, nothing with anon being and out and out prick, but annoying.

 

now imagine you are the mayor, and twilight bitches to you constantly about anon, you want to tell her to fuck the hell off, but she is twilight, an element, and celestias student with direct ties to her.

 

the more... little the thing is, the better it will be for the rest of the story if i get it to pan out right.

 

the rest of the story relies on anon seaming innocent, with other ponies sympathising with him.

 

i dont want to say to much of what anon does, but lets say he gets revenge. he had to put up with her bitching longer than mayor had to, he got kicked out of ponyville just to ensure he is far enough away he can never bother twilight or any other pony again.

 

anon wont be kicked out of his home, but relocated. magic uproots the home, and plants it elsewhere.

 

and everyone knows twilights crazy moments, all mayor would need to say is "months of 4 hour rants about..." and everyone would sympathize, especially if anon also is on the mayors side... remember anon is trying to be the most sympathetic person possible.

 

that wouldnt work, with anon liveing with twilight, though it could be a start of the catalyst... he lived there month 1, but left as soon as he could because of her ocd, but not moving far enough away, he still was pissing twilight off unknowingly

 

anon always thinking of revenge sense he left the library, made plans but never acted, but once he has to relocate over a mile out of ponyville, he decides to fuck up twilights day

 

but i still need a catalist... something that would annoy the shit out of twilight but no one else would give two shits about. i can explain her ocd on anon with anon liveing in the library for a month, even after he moved, she still remember and focused on the things he did while there, and compounded them with the things he did outside of the library too.

 

while he is liveing there, im thinking something so small as he stays up late and makes to much noise, as in your feet and flipping pages in a book

 

putting the jar of pickles on the 3rd shelf when it obviously goes on the second shelf

 

extremely little things like that, and it got to the point where he says fuck it and leaves.

 

the only building with a cealing high enough for him without being custom built is the old sofa and quill shop... god knows how that went out of buisness once the paper and icecream shop start stocking quills too.

 

but problem is its really across the "street" from twilight. and everything you do pushes another button of hers.

she decides to use a spell to make herself a filly. and she delivers herself to twilight.

 

she left luna to deal with the government for a time, and twilight has no idea wtf to do.

 

celestia for her part hid her wings, so its not obvious to everyone.

 

luna having no idea how to deal with people (at least people with layers and layers of moravation) requires help allot so twilight makes frequent trips to canterlot.

 

this leaves filly celestia in the care of anon, as apparently the only things he can do is out drink dash and applejack, evade mares constant prasuit of him, and keep fillies out of trouble.

 

anon gets payed by filthy, rarity, applejack, (insert scoots parents or just dash wanting her out of her hair) to watch the fillies, and now twilight too...

 

for celestias part, her personality shows through, but with no of the maturity that comes with age.

 

openly trying to out eat pinkie

kindness to even the shittyiest ponies (dt and ss)

and now adding to it the missadventures of the cmc

 

with moments of clarity every now and than (the spell isnt 100% working, so every now and than she gets everything back besides the body) she reports her findings and what she wants done to twilight and luna.

anon wanting to make her last days happy, gets a message out to her student, he saw her receive a message from her, and knows how much she values her.

 

so now twilight and with in a few days, all of only land are depressed and want to make celestias final days happy.

 

celestia only learns of this at a surprise party for her "going away"

 

and there you go

extra points if luna sees the big picture and does nothing to stop it... hell probably even helping anon set it up

she tells celestia, and the answer she gets back is "it wouldn't be a punishment if you liked answering the questions"

could end in anon breaking twilight

now on anons side, he doesn't give to much of a shit about birthdays, being old enough to do damn near everything where he came from, all they did anymore was remind him he is a year older, and a poor excuse to get wasted.

 

anons birthday is on piknies... reason he wont say to anyone is because it never came up before he knew all the ponies, and knowing it was on pinkies, she would probably give you a party instead of hers...

 

twilight more or less figures this out and asks you at the party, anon still wont answer but tells her its a good guess with sound reasoning, really whatever you want to give her the hint she is right without telling her.

bonus points if its rarity, just because i can see pinkie not caring, twilight rationalizing why its ok, rainbow already is that way, flutter wouldn't care if you are a good person, applejack being honest would think of it for 2 seconds before going for it (you know, being honest with yourself and such) but somehow i see rarity being the one who would have a problem (if any of them would)

so mid sentence unwelcome anon to the world, he starts waking away, he smelled food and was hungry so went for it. naturally twilight is to fucking stunned to stop him, and celestia never dealt with someone just walking the fuck off before.

 

needless to say, celestia took an interest in anon at that moment (friend or clop, what ever way you want it to go) and over the first month, became fairly good friends with him.

 

anon for his part, started to accept that it wasn't a dream about 1 month and a half into his stay.

 

he isn't as what the fuck ever anymore, but it worked great for him till now, why change that?

doesn't hurt that anon was a massive pirate and his home came with him when he got launched into equestria.

 

now, celestia sneaks off when she can to visit anon, the only thing (not related or absolutely prickish) that treats her as an equal.

 

now, because anon was so what the fuck ever for a long time, he screwed with twilight lying his ass off about human biology, culture, and convinced her that evangelion is a historical documentary

 

now because of that constant lying, she decided to start spying on anon, and learned about his interactions with celestia.

 

anon/celestia don't know they are being spied on, so they don't act in anyway how you would expect royalty to act, or be treated.

 

really its just a setup, because i have little clue where it could end up going.

fast forward a year or so, anon is in his mansion, has his own heard of the main 6 and several bg ponys, and regularly gets visits from ponys who want to have one wild night with him.

 

and this is when twilight gets a letter, 2 more humans have entered equestria, apparently a married couple.

 

anon being the only human, is asked to come meet them, which he does happily, prehaps someone who he can relate to has shown up...

 

getting to the palace with twilight leading the way and rainbow clinging, he enters and sees...

 

his parents...

 

so the once aspiring lawyer, with masters degrees and bachelors, is now king whore of pony land with a herd.

 

how does anon break it to them...

so no normal pony really knows the evils of their past. hell, their version of a nuke is what created the everfree.

 

so anon pops in, and starts talking about humans past. the mane 6 are horrified, especialy about how blasé he is about the horrific stroys.

 

so several very concerned letters to celestia later, she pops in for anon trying to explain how nukeing japan was a good thing over all because of the lives it saved (25 million over a drawn out period of time, apposed to 2 million from the 2 attacks extras from the radiation)

 

if twilight could, you would be on the moon that second, but celestia, is intrested seeing how she made a similar choice, the consiquences of which are far more subdued and avoidable today...

 

and from there on, anon keep talking about the horrible shit we did, celestia chimes in every now and than when twilight gets really freaked out, and some times they get into arguments about who did the worst thing to whatever, which ends several times in twilight sobbing in a ball cureld up in a corner.

anon is reasonably well off but has problems, specifically friends. for the sake of brevity, the ponys access a computer in our world, not just the internet, so when anon gifts them things they can do with eachother on it, like games, they can play with him.

 

feelings of friendship, attraction, what not, all come to one thing, anon has nothing in his world and the one he has the feels for isnt in this world, given his skill set isnt needed here, but could be there, when he finally has nothing tying him here would he go to their world?

right now vinyl is in demand more than ever, but octavia... she hit a rough patch, seeing as most ponys want dance music apposed to formal. so she isnt paying her part of the rent and merely accepts vinyls decisions.

 

now, cue a week or so go by, anon gets money from celestia to support him, money from twilight to put up with her bs science, and got enough to get an instrument.

 

this surprised vinyl and octavia that anon could play anything, anon, haveing no idea how to write sheet music, just wrote tabs, and neither knew what it meant...

 

vinyl who is interested decides to take anon to a music store in canterlot, and octavia decides to go with mostly out of boredom, but also because window shopping things you like is fun.

 

the music store is more or less letting anon have free reign because of who he came in with, vinyl is superviseing him, and octavia decided to go off and look at other instroments.

 

now i imagine most drum kits are like pinkies mini one...

 

so anon pieces together a, by equstria standards, a massive kit, vinyl is having doubts, and octavia is outright saying wtf he need all that for

celestia snaps out of it long enough to tell twilight what humans are (basically good things)

so in comes the royal wedding, anon is more or less hands off for most if it and not present when twilight does her shit.

and thats where the idea comes from.

 

when they visit other places that aren't extreme back water, what happens? they saved the world 3 times, and had a hand in the changeling invasion.

 

so... is it unreasonable to say they are on the same level with other ponies as rainbow and wonderbolts (granted a lesser extent than ever fucking word they say)

 

so in comes anon, someone who is great at having a low profile. who is hired by celestia to deal with ponies when they they visit more populated areas. lets say manehatten, vinyl scratch concert, and pinkie brings the girls.

 

anon is hired to make their profile low, keep the crazies at bay, blaa blaa blaa.

 

now, XXXX notices something is wrong, and decides to test it. they say where tehy want to go, make plans, but drag the girls somewhere else and all the prep work is for nothing. mobed by fans and risking being trampled, anon comes out of the woodwork scares off the mobing ponies and gets the mane 6 away.

 

and thats how anon is introduced. after this, twilight at the very least takes an interest in anon because new species, and he relocates to ponyville for this reason.

meanwhile nmm follows anon.

 

why is anon with them... she and apple ass are good friends, her and pinkie are great together, flutter helped her out when she first came and they got close, rainbow always had a competitive attitude toward anon (dash likes her, dash likes apple and thinks anon is close, dash just likes her as a friend, you choose there) rarity knows her through clothing, and they help each other out, rarity loves teh frilly but her shit had little durability anon placed comfort and function above all else, they clash in style but help each other.

 

there her 5 friends may be in trouble and she decided to tag along for that reason.

and the ways they are figuring it out are getting more an more insulting, the ponies don't see it on anon, because he has a hell of a pokerface, but the changeling can feel it... anon is getting so pissed off to the point that it believes murder is a possibility and backs away from anon

and the next round is what does anon in...

he goes from murderously pissed, to suicidally depressed... and the changeling decides to comfort anon a bit.

 

ponyville at this point has forgotten about the changeling being there and is arguing, very insultingly towards anon, how to find anon.

 

anon leaves the crowd, with the changeling following.

 

anon packs essentials, and gets the changeling to take him to where it lives, anon is done with ponyville.

 

changeling feels sorry for anon, and wants to help him (think about it, if changelings feed on emotions, they must know to some extent feel them too, why would they want to cause someone pain when they can help and make them happy; yes, we are going with fandom canterlot was desperation thing here)

 

by the time they all realize anon isnt there, he and the changeling are gone.

 

celestia gets pissed because anon is one of a kind and they let the changeling get away with him (she has no idea the ponies dorve anon away yet, and neither do they)

i had an idea last thread, the changeling and anon where anon gets pissed and depressed... so i started thinking, how would you make anon go from murderously pissed to suicidally depressed.

 

im thinking use the main 6 and various bg ponies to get this effect. anon is confronted by the ponies he is closest to and starts to learn how they really see him because they are brainstorming out loud and because of the changeling, having a lapse of judgement all around.

 

im thinking twilight could see anon as insane, and possibly dangerous to himself... he told her about earth technologies, he cant explain how they work, but can explain their uses... now to someone who uses magic, being able to do something but not explain it in the least would sound really strange.

 

applejack could say she never trusted him, because he is anon, a human, in a fairly peaceful world (if you want to go eq isn't peaceful, than take the celestia had 1000 years to whitewash the history) he drop lies inside truth a alot, because of that, even when he says the truth she doesnt believe him.

 

anon could tell great stories about his past and shit to rainbow dash, she is loyalty, not listener, so everything goes in one ear and out the other.

 

anon doesn't like that pets are little heartbreaks you buy for yourself so doesn't want a pet, and because of that, it makes flutter suspicious of him so she thinks out loud what if anon and the bug pone were always working together.

 

pinkie who claims to be your best friend knows nothing about you besides the basics that everyone can know about you.

 

with rarity, she could make snide comments about how you should ask anon how much money he should owe her, and she goes into a rant about how anon takes advantage of her generosity... keep in mind how much clothing a pony needs, and how much anon would need just so he can wash his close only once a week. anon wants to pay, but its hard as clothing is specialty to ponies on top of needing a lot, and making really just enough to get by right now.

 

hell possibly a lyra who is so fixated on his hands she knows next to nothing about him (yea i know, its not a fleshed out lyra but whatever, it fits its purpose)

 

and anons employers, who cant even remember all of the help anon gives them...

 

im thinking that some of these would compound into a pissed off anon, and even if it was all spaced out over the course of a day or two it would be a pissed the fuck off anon, but to hear it all rapid fire, im thinking that would be enough to break an anon.

anon is either a janitor, a physicist, or a mad scientist (whichever you want to go with) and because of an experiment gone wrong and his/her proximity, is wooshed away to another universe

 

now in equestria, twilight, celestia, luna, lyra, trixie... one of them either caused a magic fuck up (twilight, lyra, or trixie) or was more or less ground zero for one (celestia or luna) and they are also wooshed away. in trixies case or lyras, their experiment fucks up in a public spot to get attention from the rulers, and an investigation by twilight

 

what happens is those two were moved at the exact same time, to a stange new world (think the everfree, but neither anon or pony know a damn thing thats going on) and being the only thing that is friendly and talking, they bond fast.

 

back in equestria, they find where (pony here) was taken, and can watch through a giant crystal ball, they see anon and pony trying to survive, and they are frantically trying to get them back.

 

now here are my thoughts, you don't have to keep them in that world for long, a few chapters would probably do unless you are great at flashing forward... magic is also very hampered in that world so any of them are really just able to grab and lift with average human strength.

 

when they get back to equestria, you got an excuse for anon to be close to the pony, rulers get a friend (something i assume most of us believe they don't have, due to status) with trixie she has someone who helped her when they didn't have to and lyra has the ability to say "suck it bon bon, they are real"

but what is some of the most bothersome,

everyone is on edge because they think at any moment this is going to go tits up

but twilight has a question that she cant quite place...

what is that smell?

after getting thoroughly confused, one of the changelings gets excited and waves at the group...

keep in mind they are all disguised,

this one goes right up to pinkie and changed into her...

fear hits them all but pinkie who is excited she the changeling remembers her.

this pony also helps twilight, as she now knows what that spell is... the thing burning in her mouth...

bug pone chilled out enough to think rationally, got depressed over fucking up, and anon was there to teach her the way of loving thy neighbor. anon being a life long stoner, has had enough acid trips, both good and bad, that when bug pony came onto him later on when the changelings found salvation from changing a desert wasteland town into a thriving tropical paradise, that he didn't say no.

 

hell, for all i care, she could have made anon king of the changelings.

 

the main points are this

 

1) changelings and ponies are high, more or less relaxing all the stress they have about this situation right the fuck out.

2) crysilass and anon are either friends or he is the king in name only (for now)

3) the elements have no idea what the fuck to do, well... 5 of them have no idea what to do, pinkie is planning an oasis party (there is an underground lake with a hole so you can see it from the top, so its like a beach below, and jungel above, so it could make for an awesome party venue

4) twilight seeing little harm sends celestia the news

5) celestia thinking the elements are compromised and insane from dehydration decides to march on the settlement.... till she sees there really is an oasis now.

 

this is most of the what happened should be backstory, or inferred, its mostly about a culture clash with the main 6 and what anon brought to the outpost, told from the pony pov with anon popping in and out when he can, which pug pone more or less glued to anon.

Anon is in the shower, and gets wood.

 

Ponyville, princess Celestia is coming to make an announcement (she is taking a vacation, and she is spending it in Ponyville) so naturally, Twilight is shitting bricks and forceing everyone to go overboard, and sen gets an artist pony to make something. This pony is really good at what they do, and is going pro bono to get publicity, and puts an... art piece showing the cycle of water with statues to shoe earth/unicorn/pegasus roles in it, and puts it right so its at the very back of the stage, they then fire it up so water is pouring.

 

Celestia gets there with much fanfare, and gets up to give a speech...

 

Anon says fuck it, why waste a perfectly good boner, and starts jerking it, wait for it, BRIGHT LIGHT...

 

Now everyone is looking at the stage, and don't notice the light behind them, mostly due to the sculpture emitting lightning every now and than... but Celestia is on stage, and she sees it...

 

So, here anon is, half way done, and winding his strokes down, just looking at all the shit in front of him, the world he is in, the fact he is nude, the fact he just managed to stop stroking it, but most unsettling, the stare the white horse unicorn bird thing is giving him... regaining his senses, Anon fucking books it.

 

Here Celestia is, being the only one to witness it, by the time other ponies start to turn their heads, its already gone. She has no idea what it is, but is fairly sure she knows what it was doing. She thought her vacation was going to be relaxing, she wasn't expecting it to turn out this much fun.

Its 5am, and Anon just got up to get ready for work (make it something soul crushing). Anon gets a cup of coffee, paper in hand, and decides to read a bit before work. as he is sitting down WHITE LIGHT... anon blinked so he didn't notice right away.

 

Treebrary, Twilight has just gotten spike up, and left to deal with (BLANK) leaving Spike to watch the housebrary. Spike sees a white light come from the kitchen, still groggy, and goes to investigate.

 

Its at the point that Anon hears a door open that he notices he isn't in his home. Spike is tired, Anon just doesn't give a fuck (soul crushing job demanding him to get up early, leaving him with very little sleep on a constant basis, ANYTHING even death would have been preferable at that point in time) just saying "its to early for this shit" and going back to the paper. Spike for his part determines that it isn't going to hurt anything... and he was woken up by Twilight FAR too early for extra dimensional being to really register... so he gets his chores done and takes a nap.

 

Twilight gets back, Spike is asleep, which annoys her, but she needs a snack... and there she meets Anon... who looks at her "really, fucking really..."

 

And that is how Anon came to equestria and met Twilight.

Told from pony POV whenever possible.

 

Anon like long, dangerous walks, and usually takes a few days off every month to go walking in the Everfree.

This walk however he finds a only who needs some help.

BLAA BLAA, pony has the feels for Anon, real feels, but is a bug pony in disguise (random bug or queen, you decide).

She doesn't want to lie to anon but thinks anon would hate her if he knew.

 

And the story ends a bit after her telling Anon.

 

Now, flip side of the story, the one you save till after bug pony confesses everything to Anon, he/she (femanon would be awesome) already knew, almost from the start that this pony was changeling. All the times Anon wasn't around that let bug pony stew in the will he like me for me, was spent dealing with Twilight who he told immediately (HEAD CANON TIME, I don't see bug ponies being hated, but with Canterlot bullshit, they are treated suspiciously, as in keep an eye on them, but other than that more or less ok) who more or less gave the ok for bug pony if they don't cause shit.

 

Anon also made plans with the pink menace for a "coming out" party.

 

When bug pony confesses, anon tells it its all ok, but at the same time, doing something that would alert Pinkie that the party is ON.

Mare Do Well

 

Remember it, there was one accident that was unaccounted for. So, here is the idea.

 

Anon came to Equestria, not close friends with mane six, but gets around just fine. However, anon is in the right place at the wrong time, and sees Derpy get into a MDW costume, and saves (I forget the unaccounted for one).

 

Anon being quick witted, followed Derpy. Her eyes un fucked, and focused, she got out of the costume, shook her head, derped eyes, she sees Anon... head shake away and underped eyes and a serious conversation.

 

Derpy is the superman of Equestria.
