Fire-starting kit (flint and steel, tinder, etc). Two medium sized canteens filled with water. 3 MRE's (Meals ready to eat). First aid kit (bandages, disinfectant, tourniquets, etc. Can be used to recover all hits or wounds, on himself or others). Compass. Multi-tool. 50 feet of rope. Sleeping bag, emergency blanket.

 

Armor

Medium Armor, consisting of leather armor mixed with some steel plate on limbs and torso. Earth-toned (brown, green, etc) clothing, suited for wilderness survival

 

Traits: True Neutral (Master race). Brown coat. Black hair (graying due to age). Dark green eyes. Slightly taller than average, in excellent shape for age (approx 50's if he were human). His father was close friends with the chief of a buffalo tribe, so he was raised around them. The Eaglefeather namesake was given to him by the chief as a young colt. Never smiles. Grizzled veteran of campaign/universe appropriate military-like organization (Royal guard, government militia, etc). Part of special operations division specializing in survival and reconnaissance in extreme environments. Spent 10 years in said military, quit after becoming fed up with bureaucracy and corruption. Got married and had a daughter who was severely mentally and physically disabled at birth. His wife killed herself out of grief shortly after the foal was born. Woods then killed his daughter in an act of mercy, then attempting to kill himself. His suicide attempt failed, so he moved to the woods to live in seclusion as an independent hunter, living off the land in a cabin he built himself. Views death as a release from the tragedies of life. Still struggles to find his purpose in life. Feels he is not deserving of the sweet embrace of death
