  1. >"Anonymous, are you sure the copious amounts of make-up will get the rowdy workers to listen?"
  2. >You pull out a tube of blue lipstick, which you give to Luna.
  3. "No doubt. Men are drawn to anything that looks pretty."
  4. >You knew she'd have the angry workers' attention when she addressed the solution to their problems.
  5. >Just not the kind of attention she thought she was getting.
  6. >She took the tube of lipstick in her magical grip and began applying it, checking herself in the vanity mirror.
  7. >She groaned.
  8. >"Anonymous, I feel like a harlot. Are you sure I cannot address them without this?"
  9. >You knew they'd listen to Luna anyways, on account of her being a princess, but you wanted an excuse to see her in makeup.
  10. >So you suggested it'd get the worker ponies' attention if she prettied herself up.
  11. >She took an eyelash curler and brushed it across her lashes.
  12. "Y'know, for a pony reluctant to the idea of putting on makeup, you seem to know how to put it on pretty well."
  13. >"I learned how to apply it for public appearances in the early days of Celestia and I's rule. I learned eventually that I did not need it."
  14. "They had makeup back then?"
  15. >She continues to check herself in the mirror as she curls her other eyelash.
  16. >"Very crude forms of it, but yes. It still performed as well as the makeup of the present, actually."
  17. >She finished with the curler and set it down.
  18. >No eye-shadow needed to be applied, as she wore some all the time anyways.
  19. >Funny how she hates putting on makeup even though she always had some on.
  20. >She picks up a small container of blush.
  21. >"Anonymous, what do you think? Blush, or none?"
  22. >You thought on it, two separate images of Luna coming to your mind, one with blush and one without.
  23. "Definitely without."
  24. >She set the container down onto the vanity mirror.
  25. >She was dreading the next part that you had proposed to her.
  26. >"Anonymous, are you sure I need to speak to my subjects as if I am trying to seduce them?"
  27. >Now that you thought about it, this could go horribly wrong.
  28. >But you didn't care.
  29. >Just seeing Luna like this was golden.
  30. "I'm sure. Trust me, you'll get your point across real well if you do it."
  31. >She sighed.
  32. >"I suppose I can at least attempt it."
  33. >She closed her eyes, and inhaled.
  34. >Her eyes went into bedroom mode.
  35. >A sly grin formed on her face.
  36. >"How does this sound, Anonymous?"
  37. >The sultry tone was turning you on, if your pants implied anything.
  38. >You gave Luna a thumb's up.
  39. "It's great, Princess. Now if you talk like that to all of those manly stallions, you'll have their eyes all over you."
  40. >She stepped back, a forehoof raised.
  41. >"I am not sure I like the idea of that..."
  42. "Whoops, I mean all their eyes will be on you."
  43. >That was a bad save, but it worked.
  44. >She fidgeted a little, before looking at herself in the mirror one more time.
  45. >She puckered her lips to see if enough lipstick was applied, and checked her lashes closely.
  46. >She stepped away from the mirror and towards you.
  47. >"I believe this is enough. Let us get to the work-site so I may address the workers."
  48. >She was still a bit apprehensive, but moved out anyways.
  49. >Best-case scenario, the workers would be wooed and satisfied with Luna's proposition.
  50. >Worst-case, the workers will only make catcalls and other remarks, and nothing would be solved.
  51. >At least you got to see Luna in makeup, right?
