>"My chefs work hard to ensure I get a good meal. I...just wish they wouldn't try so hard to please me."

"Well, what's your favorite food they make you?"

>She closes her eyes and takes a deep breath, a grin on her face.

>"A simple chocolate cake. It's not so intricate that you have too many flavors hitting you at once. Just a basic, chocolaty treat."

>She paused for a moment.

>"Preferably with a small cherry on top."

>A chef runs out of the kitchen with another platter.

>"Apologies, your majesty. We tried to get this out as fast as we could! It was supposed to be out with the whole meal, but our previous attempts were-"

>She puts a hoof on the chef's mouth to silence him.

>"Don't worry, Iron Skillet. It's okay."

>Her motherly smile calms him.

>"R-right, your majesty. In any case, bon appetite."

>He lifts the lid.

>It is the cake exactly as she described earlier.

>"Oh, thank you. It looks delicious."

>"Anything for you, my princess."

>The chef slinks back into the kitchen.

>He was just handing this to you.

>The two of you finish your meals, then get to the cake.

>She takes a slice in her magic, and takes a bite.
