Title: Ponyfinder stuff Author: White_light Pastebin link: http://pastebin.com/dSB37SEu First Edit: Tuesday 29th of September 2015 11:45:57 AM CDT Last Edit: Last edit on: Tuesday 29th of September 2015 02:32:19 PM CDT   Flutter ponies (And flutters) are very magical beings in almost the same way an elemental would be, unlike the ponies whom are anatomically similar to a horse, more or less, flutters and flutter ponies - even if they are trying to imitate a pony form, are different, albeit only slightly. They do not need as much food or water to sustain themselves as a normal pony/person would, their primary 'food' is pure magic, they are a lot more aware of the quality of the magic in the environment, oddly enough they can taste when a type of magical environment is particularly foul. A flutter pony can die from using too much of his/her mana and not being able to gain it back from the environment or alternative source, they generally appear as very fragile beings, physically for the most part, who can sometimes struggle to adapt to big changes, things such as social affairs, depression or drastic and sudden unwanted changes to an environment can be particularly dangerous to their well being and sanity.     Generally extreme amounts of pure magic can be intoxicating for a flutter almost in the same way that alcohol does to a person and long exposures can be very, very dangerous, as it may give benefits but can also be lethal as their little bodies can only hold so much power, absorbing magic faster than they can 'digest'.   A flutter whom absorbs too much magic will suffer a variety of ailments similar to an indigestion alongside symptoms of a light fever, they will act tipsy which will eventually descend into a drunken stupor. Their bodies will begin to glow and glitter softly, and their antennas will light up enough to rival a bonfire and at that point, if they do not exit within a few days' time, their bodies will turn to ash and they will die, albeit painlessly.   Likewise, if they are being starved of magic they might accuse the same symptoms minus the drunkenness, stomach-aches, throbbing headaches and weakness, without magic flutter ponies can die in same way one would die of dehydration within weeks. Starving a Flutter is the only way to prevent a flutter pony from turning to ash upon death.   The woodlands and the flora of Everglow exudes and discharges mana at unusually high but comfortable rates, making them adequate habitats for their numerous swarms.
