Sparky/Prism Scene in Clinic

[01:53]  * Spark_Chaser swings the door open, dragging Prism in.

[01:53] <Spark_Chaser> "Hello? Anyone on duty?"

[01:54]  * Spark_Chaser drags the mare over to an examination room and hefts her onto a table.

[01:54]  * Liven comes out of his office. "Aye, I'm here."

[01:55] <Spark_Chaser> "I have a patient for you."

[01:55]  * Prism still looks down mumbling "I'm fine..."

[01:55] <Spark_Chaser> "She started coughing up blood after she slammed herself into the wall really hard."

[01:55] <Spark_Chaser> "And that is NOT fine."

[01:55]  * Prism still looks down

[01:56] <Spark_Chaser> "She may also have acute rug burns because I had to drag her here."

[01:56]  * Liven walks in and nods. "Alriht, I'll take it from here Sparky."

[01:57]  * Spark_Chaser steps over to the waiting room and sits down. "Thank's again, Liven."

[01:57]  * Prism looks down sobbing

[01:59]  * Prism crying

[02:01] <Spark_Chaser> Liven begins to examine Prism. Spark Chaser, hearing her crying comes over and looks in the door.

[02:01] <Spark_Chaser> Liven: I need you to take a deep breath for me.

[02:02]  * Prism slowly stops crying and taked a breath

[02:02] <Spark_Chaser> "Good," Liven says, "And out."

[02:03]  * Prism breathes out

[02:04] <Spark_Chaser> "Okay," He says. "Does it hurt when you do that?"

[02:05]  * Prism shakes her head no

[02:06] <Spark_Chaser> "Okay. Well, You have what we call a Pulmonary contusion. It's like a bruise on your lungs. It isn't fatal, but we'll need to keep you here overnight to make sure it doesn't get any worse."

[02:06]  * Prism sighs

[02:07] <Prism> "Ok then"

[02:07] <Prism> "I will like to rest now then...."

[02:07]  * Spark_Chaser walks in a bit. "Thank you, Liven. I know she's in good hands."

[02:08] <Spark_Chaser> Liven steps back out and returns to his office.

[02:08]  * Spark_Chaser steps closer to Prism. "Prism... I'm... I'm sorry I was so rough with you."

[02:09]  * Prism jumps into Sparks arms in tears saying "It's all I have left of them..."

[02:10]  * Prism sobs in Sparks arms

[02:10] <Spark_Chaser> "I know. And I can try to help you find out if they're here, but... There's something even more important."

[02:11] <Spark_Chaser> "You have to take care of yourself."

[02:11]  * Prism sobs more

[02:12] <Spark_Chaser> "You've been... downright suicidal since I met you! Bashing your head, running out in the cold and getting sick, tossing yourself against walls! It isn't good!"

[02:12] <Spark_Chaser> "Regardless of what happens, you can't go on like this."

[02:12] <Prism> "I know im sorry"

[02:13] <Prism> "I just need to rest..."

[02:13] <Spark_Chaser> "Listen, I once had a girlfriend who was a lot like you."

[02:13] <Prism> "Oh yeah"

[02:13] <Spark_Chaser> "She was a very kind and loving girl. Full of energy."

[02:13] <Spark_Chaser> "I loved her. With everything I had."

[02:14]  * Prism looks down "Oh"

[02:14] <Prism> "So what happened?..."

[02:14] <Spark_Chaser> "But... she didn't woman up. She stayed a little girl and let me take care of her. She couldn't do anything for herself."

[02:15] <Spark_Chaser> "It was killing me. I got no sleep. I was burning the candle at both ends."

[02:15] <Spark_Chaser> "I had to break it off and... It was like putting my heart in a blender."

[02:16] <Spark_Chaser> "I had chased that girl for eight years before she admitted she had the feelings she had for me. I treasured her beyond all else in my life..."

[02:16]  * Prism looks down

[02:17] <Spark_Chaser> "But now, I know I can't go back to something like that. People like Liven... Able... Ruby... Greenlight... Hardboil... They showed me that I was worth too much to kill myself for someone who didn't reciprocate."

[02:17] <Spark_Chaser> "This isn't to say that what you want can't happen."

[02:18] <Spark_Chaser> "It's to say that if you want it... If you truly want it... You need to woman up."

[02:19] <Spark_Chaser> "And that will be true of a relationship with me... or with any other man.... any other man worth a damn."

[02:19] <Prism> "Your right..."

[02:20]  * Prism looks up and grins saying "At least you know Im at least tough!"

[02:21]  * Prism smiles at Spark

[02:21]  * Spark_Chaser holds her hoof in his forehooves. "Yeah. I do. So now, show this crazy, slaughterfest world the Prism it was meant to see. The real Prism."

[02:21] <Prism> "Ok

[02:21] <Spark_Chaser> "Just as I journey to find the Spark Chaser I forgot when I was a boy."

[02:22]  * Prism smiles

[02:23]  * Spark_Chaser steps back. "I'm going to let you rest now. I'll be back tomorrow, and I'll try to get some coats. As soon as you're fully well, we'll go looking for that bow."

[02:24] <Spark_Chaser> [Which will require Metacil approval, BTW. Nothing in the lore states that we bring anything back. Quite the opposite, actually.]

[02:24]  * Prism thinks in her mindd "No no no no no no no no!!!"

[02:26]  * Spark_Chaser steps into the hall and slides the door shut. "Good Night, Little Prism. May you dream of stars and candies, and of blazing rainbows cast across the sky."

[02:26]  * Spark_Chaser walks outside.

[02:27]  * Spark_Chaser mutters under his breath, "I'm getting to old for this..."

[02:27]  * Prism closes her eyes and slowly drifts away
