        - Tough: passive; Earth ponies take 1 additional hit before becoming helpless as well as 1 extra wound once they become helpless. They can also lift, carry and move heavier objects than unicorns or pegasi.

 

Class: Crusader (Knight + Paladin)

        - Vanguard: passive; you and all allies ignore first damage taken in combat, including critical failures. This does not negate non-damage effects.

        - I Can Still Stand: passive; Every time you successfully stand up from helplessness, add +1 to all future attempts to get up. This bonus also applies to anyone trying to help you up. Lasts until combat ends.

 

Skills:

1       - Martial Defender: passive; you take +2 hits before going helpless and Slam crits on 8+

1       - Slam: recharge 1; damages the enemy via a crushing body slam. Crits on 9+

1       - Spellbreaker: recharge 2, spell, ranged; nullify a spell or magic effect

 

Special Talent:

        - Elite Vanguard: Godric has lived his life by the shield for his princess and therefore has found more than just one way to utilize it. His Slam ability uses his shield as opposed to his body and receives a +2 bonus on roll.

 

Hits/Wounds: 6/9

 

Equipment: Godric is equipped with basic iron armor and proudly dons his white and gold-laced tabard every morning that bears Celestia's symbol on the front. His weapon is a reliable steel longsword, along with his trusty round shield strapped to his left hoof. Proudly strung around his neck is a yellow amulet in the shape of a sun that wards off impure magicks.

 

Character Traits: Godric was no more than a lowly farmhand before an incident left him stranded in the Everfree Forest. Praying for the days he was alone with just himself and the lurking danger for company, he believed it was Celestia who guided him out with her scattered rays of sunlight. Afterwards, he made it his mission to meet her some day and thank her. Years later, he stands proudly as one of her most loyal followers. His conviction almost never sways and he always tries his hardest to see the best in people. His closest friends have taken to calling him Celestia's pet "goldfish," from the dumbfounded expression he makes whenever Celestia calls upon him.
