*responses to general interview question: How do you think the fandom is going to end?*

 

Like many talking points concerning life, the death of the fandom has been talked about on /mlp/ and other chans and forums almost since its inception. Many predicted the fandom to fade out by the end of the first season, but it only grew in size after that. Today, predictions of the fandom's demise range from the near imminent to the never happening. Some posters believe that with how every new episode of the show lacks in quality in their eyes that it's not long before the show and the fandom come to a halt. Others believe that even when the show ends that the community will produce its own episodes with fan-made animations and recordings for however long people demand them. However, with the varied views on the future and the surprises that the fandom has already given, nothing is certain.
