Her team is one of the best in the business as they've been known to set up small buildings in less than a day. Denra recommended her to Princess Luna as an old friend's favor. Seems to have a thing for smooth talkers.

- Appearance: a ragged, minorly insane earth pony with a charcoal grey coat. A very stealthy flesh eater, though has regained his ability to eat other foods normally. He tracks his enemies through scent and sound, keeping his eyes closed unless attacking an enemy. Was thoroughly burnt during a prairie fire. Weak to light, as he does not travel at night. Has recovered some of his former vitality after being challenged and left alone at the Crystal Waypoint Station. The first attempt to recover the power crystals was met with complete disaster. Clemency, leading three rookies, was unscathed, while the other three bore the brunt of Caliya's Night Blade assaults with little teamwork. The Operators returned a week later on the first day of winter to recover the crystals, necessary for warming and lighting their in-progress Fortress. After Zoo had utilized his Party Games skill, calming him, Crazed attacked, missing with a shotgun slug, nearly landing a painful blow on the earth pony. After countering and riposting Crazed in a violent manner, he remained aware enough to let the Operators trade two heat stones for the power crystals, and his unique blade for one of Clemency's kukri's. Followed the train to the Fortress over the course of several weeks, regaining parts of his sanity while hunting for food, taking shelter where he could. Decided to attempt a trade with a silver rabbit, in an attempt to gain access to apologize. Zoo accepted the trade, indicating Boris as Caliya's guide.

Scarred muzzle, one jagged scar running across right Mark, caused by Roust in a duel and partially healed afterwards, slightly painful to touch. Large burn behind right Mark, 5" circle, faded now. Covered in hundreds of small, jagged scars, from above her hooves to below her ears, beneath her coat. Infrequent, random sleeper, Claren does not seem to have a circadian rhythm, only waking up and falling asleep when she wants to; snores loudly. Suffers from a mild psychosis where her actions are often interdicted by an intense bloodlust. Her psyche changed, somewhat negatively, over the course of her time with Razorback, losing her reserved demeanor and normally gentle mentality. Has retired her armor, permanently relieving herself of any possible combat role. Taking up gardening as a means of restoring her psyche, and her life. After completing Discord's conditions of restoring her mentality to stable, she was returned to her natural form as an earth pony. Traded most of her weapon collection to Lucky in exchange for a bar in the Residential District of Las Pegasus. Is working on her unnatural sleeping cycle and learning the basics of managing a business. Has sworn to live in Las Pegasus for the rest of her life, regardless of consequences. A very unusual and intimidating creature, Frosty has slowly sunk into a near-abomination state through faulty Necromancy attempts, though it's possible to be reverted. Almost always accompanied by Esera. Was formerly a friend to Esera, killed and resurrected with Necromancy, although mishaps have occurred, slowly causing him to lose his mind over time. Will absolutely not take a shower.

An expert armorer, enchanter, and craftspony. Typically uninterested in conversation not regarding his duties, he has a measurably friendly, laid back attitude. Formerly of Gryphon Vale during it's low periods, left due to the gryphons reviving their own armor/weapon smithing and craft trades, as well as a mild xenophobia of unicorns due to magic and it's effects. Sleeps under tables in the armory or the workshop, whichever is quieter. Krinza is, indeed, Kroza's brother, though had a great deal of disdain for the masochist while he was alive.

Is always giving out business advice, never taking a single Bit for such. Owns 'Lucky's Bar', a dome shaped cloud building with a green sign, LUCKY'S BAR in gold lettering. The U is a ponyshoe. She hs lost her left wing down to the shoulder blade, leaving streaks of grey in her coat. Right eye missing, covered by a red eye-patch with cursive L in gold lettering. Cracked rear hooves covered by protective hoofboots, able to walk with some difficulty thanks to Spiral. A formerly unhappy pegasus, due to a lost bet and a following spate of violence caused by Linara's group of rival marketeers in Stalliongrad. One of their number had stealthed in. After cracking her hooves, slicing off the tips of her ears, stabbing her in the chest multiple times, and hacking her left wing to uselessness, the assassin then gouged out her left eye. He died painfully. Has traces of internal injuries. Her power, once waned, is now fully restored, while being in the process of rebuilding Las Pegasus to it's former glory. She is highly thought of by pegasi. Has made negotiations with Sox and Spiral to appear at the Fortress from time to time with valuable artifacts and items. Feels at great ease with the Operators, especially Hollow, Filth, and Kraut, for their kindnesses to her. Has taken Pikeman under her wing, giving him a job as the Rogue Circle's sole Enforcer. Enjoys his company, though privately worries for him.

Was going to knock out Linara and leave her services, prior to being frightened by Sapper's aggressive Night Blade ambush, nearly tearing her trachea out. McSister's precise Flame Artifact powered shot tore a jagged, scorched hole through the left side of her neck afterwards. While attempting to flee, she was brutally knocked out by Jeff, Clemency, and Sapper, then treated for injuries sustained by Jeff and Oingo afterwards before she could bleed out. Identifying Jeff as one of two calming voices from when she was fading in and out of consciousness, has left some of her blades in his possession, returning now and then for another. Her Bits were left with her after being assaulted. Somewhat recovered after spending most of her time drinking at Lucky's Bar. Puts on a brave face but shows mild signs of PTSD. Lurks the Fortress's outside perimeter, always under stealth. Can sometimes be found on Twisted's heatstone: seems to idolize her. Alcohol disappears from the mess hall sometimes, as well as food, the only clue as to her continued existence at the Fortress. Dislikes being tracked down or looked for. Will sometimes follow an Operator or pony around, if for no other reason than to keep them quiet and let her do her job in peace. Has a deep connection to the Underdark, and other spectrums of Equestria.

- Appearance: Old Horn is a wandering minotaur druid. He goes and travels wherever he chooses, and leaves without a word if the place he has arrived at feels off to him. As a druid, he is one with nature and magic, but looks down at magic users such as unicorns since they tend to force magic to do their bidding, rather then work with it like the natural order of life. This has left him with a bit of disdain to all magic users, since the majority tend to have an air of superiority about themselves. He has been a druid for his entire life, unique amongst minotaurs, and has travelled across the entire world numerous times, even delving into separate worlds. This, of course, he highly dislikes, he would rather charge into an army alone then go into another dimension willingly. The only clothing he has is a rugged, thick belt, numerous bags and pouches strewn across it, full of healing powders and poultices from across the world. This had made him quite the sought after individual, for he has brought back many from death's doorstep. Standing at an impressive 10'4" tall, even with his hunched form, he is naturally an intimidating sight to behold. Even with his passive dislike of magic users, he is still the embodiment of a "gentle giant". In his long life he has seen the worst this world could throw at him and then some, thus he has gained great patience for the "younger ones" and their bickering. He carries a walking staff, which is really an old gnarled tree, with floating runes circling about the top.

Quiet owner of Tartarus Mercenary Air Corps via Commander Zigri, her second; formerly based in Stalliongrad, now an encampment south of Stalliongrad 100+ miles on the edge of the snow zone. During an Operation in Stalliongrad, several Operators took her down, notwithstanding Kraut's impressively bad timed shot through one of her legs. After giving a small amount of information, and being healed by Roust, learned the Operators were the ones responsible for Hunter's torture. Refusing to say any more, she demanded they knock her out. Hollow obliged. While recovering, began trading information upon realizing that Hunter's employer, during his theft at the Fortress, was either directly Councilierge or an affiliate, after discovering that several of the Tartarus Air Corps were used at test subjects for Bigmaw's weapon. Has decided that the Operators, while originally distasteful, can be used to purge the city of the Councilierge and their allies. After the Operators, with Roust's aid, eliminated Marrowgrin, Shanis rewarded them for their efforts, silently pledging to pay them for their aid, should she find a proper job fit for them to do.

The inside of her armor is covered in layers of small hooks, constantly tearing away at her flesh as she moves, goading her into greater heights of ecstasy. Can turn a section of her mask transparent, allowing her to see normally, though prefers dark conditions due to poor eyesight. Coat is a light brown, eyes are a glowing orange with pink pupils. Sharpened teeth, though not a flesh eater. Sweet is a legendary torturer in Stalliongrad, feared for her torture techniques and wonton, sadistic nature. While she would prefer to torment and inflict pain on others, she can be persuaded to back down with enough violence, and promises of pleasure. Typically gives into her fetish for pleasure, but will also accept pain as a substitute. Enjoys being dominated sexually, but can swing both ways to suit her whims. Cannot remember how old she is from minute to minute, as her memory is notoriously and completely untrustworthy, even with very simple details. Marrowgrin can barely keep her in line on the best of days. Sweet has been slowly losing her mind, after undergoing 25 (or more) Enchains to her body, causing incredible shifts in her mentality and physical features. Generally doesn't care what's going on, and will get herself lost for weeks on end. Heals unnaturally quick.

Incredibly cheerful and bright, he does not shirk his duties for any reason, unless one of his favorite foods is offered.

His command is nearly complete, as he only reports to Queen Chrysalis. His utter loyalty is inspiring as he aids the rebuilding from a defensive battle against the Tyrant and several units over a year ago. He seems to be unable to speak, instead able to pantomime smiling, frowning, and other small expressions. He expresses himself by body language, gestures, and writing. Seems to understand history quite well, picking up cues from the Operators, answering them as he can.
