"Good morning, Sunny. How was your sleep?' >"N-ngh... Sun hurts... To bright." >You chuckle and start to stroke her hair. "Don't worry, it's only 8, you can go back to sleep if you want, but I need to do some things around the house first, if that's ok?" >She plants a small kiss on your neck and hugs you closer. >"No... Stay here with me, you're so warm..." >Smiling, you give in. "Alright, but a couple more hours, ok?" >"You do a lot of work, Anon. You need to take a break." >Even though you don't like to admit it, she's right about that. You've been going non-stop for a long time. "Well, maybe I should. I just haven't found time for it." >You put your arm around her and pull her in closer. >Plant a kiss on her cheek and close your eyes letting sleep take you away again.   >Wake up with a pair of lips softly gliding over your neck. >"Anon? Are you awake yet?" "Almost... I just need a minute or two to really wake up." >She smiles and climbs over the top of you and leans forward. >"You know, Anon, you're a really great guy, and I really think you deserve to be treated right." "I've been treated just fine, though. I just like pushing beyond the limits of what I can do." >Your breathing picks up a bit when you feel her grinding against your lower abdomen. "N-nn! G-grinding! That is what's happening now! Sunny, please, don't continue!" >She stops and looks at you with the utmost confusion. >"Oh? I though you like pushing beyond your limits?" "I didn't think this was what you would think was pushing my limits..." >Sigh while you shift a bit and gesture her to hop off of your stomach. "I meant with work. Did you want to see one of my latest drawings?" >"Hm... Is it the one I saw you working on at lunch yesterday?" >A sudden shiver runs down your spine and it makes you sit up. "Y-You saw that?" >"Well, not really. I did see you using Trixie's face as a reference, though." >A barely audible sigh of relief escapes your lips as you give a smile to Sunset. "To be honest, the only thing I needed to reference was the shape of her lips, because I thought they would compliment the rest of the face." >She nods, but with a puzzled look on her face. >"Anon, why do you hang out with her? She doesn't seem like the kind of person you would hang out with, at least, from what I know of you." >Oh boy, there it is. You always hated answering this question. "I guess it's because she's been there for me for a long time, and, back in late primary school, I developed a little bit of a crush on her." >That last bit was the part you never told anyone else, but you seemed to feel comfort finally getting that off of your chest. >She just sees it as a cue to snuggle up closer to you. >"Oh, Nonny, that's so cute, I'm so happy for you. I wish... I wish that I had a friend that's been there for me for almost forever." >You lay back down and cuddle closer to her, enveloping your cold body with her warmth. "I feel really cold today... I don't know why, it's spring, but I suppose it might be because the weather's still adjusting." >"Hey, it's ok. Just stay wrapped up in these blankets with me. We can keep each other warm." >A sudden realization of something you needed to do today hit you, and it made you snap back up. "Look, I promised Trixie I'd give her a call today. Just to let her know how I'm doing. I got her rather... Worried, yesterday." >Her face loses a bit of it's happy glow as she remembers. >"Oh, right. I suppose it did look really bad to have me running after you yesterday." >A light brushing of her upper right cheek makes her feel better, but just for extra assurance, you give her a soft kiss on the lips. "Don't worry, I'll just text her." >You reach over to your bedside table, grab your phone and begin texting Trixie. [Don't worry, Trix, I'm fine. She spent the night, and we're maybe going to spend the weekend together, so there's no need to worry c:] >After sending the message and putting your phone back, you turn over to Sunset again and give her a kiss. >She blushes and smiles at you before holding you closer.
