Title: Anon's Plea [Octavia] (Unfinished) Author: SpiarmfJunior Pastebin link: http://pastebin.com/XXvwxJxf First Edit: Monday 28th of July 2014 09:32:01 AM CDT Last Edit: Monday 28th of July 2014 09:32:01 AM CDT >You are Anon >You have up until recently been living in the Canterlot Orphanage >It was a rough life, and you never got adopted. >Something about "we only want young children." >You have run away from the orphanage, because you're a senior at Canterlot High. >But now you need to find a job. >Maybe some of your friends could help you, or maybe even some of the popular kids. >After you finished writing your goodbye note to all of your 'family' at the orphanage, you slipped out of the window while everyone was asleep. >You didn't have a very far drop, being on the bottom floor had it's perks, but you felt terrible for leaving them at such short notice. >The cold winter air nipped at your skin, and sent small shivers through your body >You set out on your midnight journey, making sure to stay in the lit paths. >During your walk, you begin to plan out what you needed to do. >Pacing yourself, you remember where you needed to go.   >As you walk into the front yard of your best friend's house, you adjust your backpack on your shoulders. >The house was a modest little building, and your closest friend, Octavia, lived there on her own. >You knock on the door, and sit on the stairs while you wait. >"Who's knocking on my door at this time of night?" >You could hear that she was annoyed as she was approaching the door. >After standing up, you turn around and wait patiently for her to open the door. >The door swings open, and her eyes go wide. "Uh, hey, Octavia." You mutter. >"Anon! What are you doing here?" She asked. "I need a place to stay while I look for a job." You explain. >"But don't you live at the orphanage?!" She questioned. "I... I couldn't stand being there any more, Octavia, I just couldn't." You began, feeling tears build up in your eyes. >She put her hand on your shoulder, trying to comfort you. "Just seeing everyone I knew leave, while I was stuck there, not getting adopted because I'm not a young child, it was too much" You continued, trying to fight back from crying. >By this time, she was hugging you closely, failing to fight back tears of her own. >"Oh, Anon, I'm so sorry. I never meant for this to happen. Come inside quickly." She ordered, stepping inside. >You comply, and slowly step inside, after you wipe your feet on the door mat.
