  1.         Not to far into the future our Earth was unified under a single government dedicated to peace of prosperity, and shortly after achieved a means of spreading it's influence on a galactic scale. Most of seven different Galaxy's planets were terraformed into worlds capable of sustaining human life. The technology required to do many things which would at our time be considered impossible has seen relatively common use. Private people, businesses, and Mega corporations have entire planets dedicated to them because of this.

  3.         All this and more took place hundreds of years ago. The seven galaxies of Humanity eventually leveled out into a state of equilibrium. The Galaxy's organization began to degrade as resources became, more, and more unfocused on near everything putting the galaxies in the same situation that we are in today on earth. While the galaxy's planets are relatively balanced, and contain enough resources between them to sustain humanity for long to come some people just can't stay still for long. Long ago soon after the galactic equilibrium began one corporation known to us at this time only as "Cross" sought to relocate it's entire corporation to a new planet. And just that they did, pooling all their resources they found sought out deep into uncharted space. Eventually Cross found a new galaxy, and selected the most bountiful planet from among them. Taking the time to terraform the planet to perfect earth like specifications The Cross Corporation finally settled deploying hundreds of ships containing millions of animals, and humans alike to populate the now survivable planet. The planet was named after the Corporation of Cross.

  5.         Soon after several colonial cities where established disaster struck. Cultists had sabotaged all of Cross's ships. In a gruesome sneaky display the cultists severed any, and all means of communication with the seven galaxies. Soon after initial touch down, and before anyone knew what was happening the cultists detonated hidden explosive devices annihilating any, and all space crafts that had any personal that would reasonably be capable of repairing any of Cross's ships. The ships that did manage to land in a non-crash landing fashion had their engines, communication, crew, and navigation systems destroyed. The Cultist quickly dispersed back into the populace never to be heard from again, the cultists left only one sign at each of the disaster zones, huge spray paintings depicting a vague explosion  with the words: "Welcome to your new earth." The Cultists of New Earth had made their first move.
