Alright then. I want you to start by taking deep breaths, and   start to empty your mind. Now, relax and listen to the sound of my voice, as you forget about everything,   and feel yourself becoming drowsy. Breathe deeply, and feel your eyelids   becoming heavy as you listen to the sound of my voice, forgetting about all   the other distracting sounds around you, eyes slowly closing. As you fall into a light trance, focus on each word I say. Going deeper with   each word, with each deep breath. Your eyes are getting heavier, slowly closing a   bit more. Relax, and close your eyes as you make yourself comfortable. Relax, as you let   yourself go, forgetting about all of your worries, responsibilities, and the   world around you, falling deeper into the trance. Feel yourself letting go as you forget about everything around you, and focus on   the sound of my voice. It's so easy for you to forget, and leave everything   behind, as you focus on my voice. And as you listen, it seems to get harder to do anything but listen, and focus on   my voice as you go deeper into the trance. As I count down from ten, focus on my voice, and on each number, take a deep   breath, as you get more and more relaxed, feeling your body loosen. Take a deep breath now. Relax. and. Ten. Draw your attention to your feet, and think about them. Think   about letting your feet, toes, and ankles relax and feel loose. Nine. Now relax all the muscles in your legs, in your calves, your knees and   your thighs. Feeling very relaxed. Feel your legs getting heavier and heavier. Eight. Start to feel that relaxation spreading into your body, your chest. Seven. And now feel that relaxation spread to your shoulders, spreading all   the way down your arms. Down to your hands, your fingers. And your arms   feel so heavy, so relaxed. It is as if they belong to someone else. Six. Allow your neck to relax, and become aware of your face relaxing.   Your cheeks, your jaw, and your lips. Five. Let your eyes relax. Your eyebrows, and your forehead. Four. Everything feels loose and heavy, as if your arms and legs were made of   stone. Totally relaxed. You can feel the weight pressing down, and you   just can't move your arms and legs now. You can enjoy this feeling of total relaxation, letting go. And the more   you relax, the easier it becomes to relax and let go. Three. And as your mind drifts off, you feel a gentle wave of relaxation   traveling down your body, down and down. Starting from the top of your head,   relaxing your face. Relaxing your neck, your shoulders, and your body.   Spreading, down and down. Gently and easily. Feel your body sinking   down. Feeling safe, warm, and secure. Two. And each deep, gentle breath out is relaxing you more, and that   relaxing means you can relax deeper and deeper now. Letting go, drifting   away. Nothing matters, enjoying that lovely feeling. One. Totally relaxed now, totally at ease. And your mind can drift   away to a place. Far, far away. A place where you feel relaxed, where   you feel comfortable. Think of what the place is like, and what   other places there might be that make you feel comfortable. Maybe a   beach at twilight, or a favorite chair. Or snuggled warm in bed on a   stormy night. Or maybe floating in warm water. Allow your mind to drift   over these things, and other things. Whatever feels right for you, as you   drift ever deeper, enjoying the feeling. Nothing matters. Nothing is   important, just being in the moment. Let your mind empty.   Now that you're fully relaxed, with a clear mind, I want you to slowly shift your focus to your back, feeling your spine, and gently following it down your back until you reach your tailbone. Once you can feel your tailbone, you'll notice a slight, comforting tugging sensation, and you notice that your lower back seems to relax even more. Feel as your the skin and bone of your tailbone slowly seems to elongates, a comfortable, relaxing feeling like stretching your legs or your arms after a long, peaceful nap. As it stretches slowly, you feel your lower back becoming more and more relaxed, and you notice how wonderful, how relaxing, and how natural this feels. You realize that your tail was always a part of you, curled snugly and waiting, just waiting, for you to let it unwind. You realize that now it is simply unfurling out, unwinding comfortably to it's full length. Eventually, you feel the tailbone finish unwinding, unfurling fully, the precise length you had imagined it would be. As you enjoy the comfort of your new tail, you begin to feel a new sensation. Your new tail begins to tingle ever so slightly, and you feel a warm, pleasant feeling wash over it, as if you had wrapped it in a soft sheet. As you relax into the comforting warmth, you notice your new tail has begun to slowly grow a fine layer of velvety hair. It is the most wonderful experience; your new tail is tickled lightly and caressed softly by it's new covering. It grows out slowly, stopping where you feel it was grown enough and growing out where you would like. You can feel the hair shape and style itself, shaping up just how you want it to, comfortably pulled into place as if by a gentle brush. As your tail slowly finishes forming, you can't help but feel pride and excitement wash over you. Your own, beautiful, comfortable tail! You can feel it swishing ever so slightly back and forth, responding to your joy. It is just perfect, exactly as you imagined it to be! When you stand or walk around, you can feel your tail swaying behind you ever so slightly. It might feel odd at first, but you'll find that not only is it so comfortable, but that it actually helps your balance, swaying in tempo as you walk along. If you want to keep your tail close or hide it for any reason, you can easily stow it below clothing, and it will remain flush with your skin, or if you feel it is too long, you could even wrap it comfortably around your waist or leg, as if it was hugging you softly. When you would feel sensations affecting your tail, they act exactly as would expect; a breeze might rustle your hair, or water might make it feel a little heavier. And it feels amazing, completely amazing, to brush your new tail.   You know that the sensations of this change will eventually go away, but they   will remain until it is no longer appropriate for your tail to be here. And you know that you can make your tail return to you whenever you choose.   You simply need to speak one little phrase. "I love my pony tail." And whenever you say "I love my pony tail," you will feel every change I   described here return to the surface, your tail unfurling once again, faster than before. For the changes you've made are always here,   they're now a part of you, as much a part of you as your heart and mind.   You know that if the world requires that your tail vanish once again, then   the change will immediately end, though it will always be here, waiting. If there are times when you don't want the tail, then all you need is one little phrase. "I don't want my pony tail." And whenever you say "I don't want my pony tail," every change here will slowly   melt away, going dormant until the next time you say the trigger, "I love my   pony tail."   And now its time to wake up, to awaken from this wonderful trance. You will   awake, feeling as if you have been pleasantly dreaming, retaining all the   suggestions I have given you, retaining your pony tail. You will awaken on the   count of 5, feeling rested, and transformed. 1. Waking now, rising out of your trance. 2. Consciousness returning. 3. More and more awake, still holding on to your new suggestions. 4. Almost there. 5. Fully awake now, your tail still attached to your body, still a part of you.   Thank you for listening, and I hope you enjoyed!
