- >Twilight sure has a lot of questions.
- >She's asked about our history, our evolution, our society... well, everything I could remember.
- >And thankfully everything but anatomy.
- >"Thank you for this information. Will you be up for more questions tomorrow?" Twilight says, closing her notebook, which is completely full.
- "Yes, but only if you answer one of my questions." You say, booping her on the nose.
- >You couldn't resist.
- >Seriously, you've been wanting to do that all night.
- >"Ooooooooookaaaaaaaaaaaaaay..." Twilight says, rubbing her nose. "What's your question?"
- "How did you stop the virus from taking over?" You ask, no longer joking around.
- >She lifts your sleeves with, uh, magic (?) and points to your wrists.
- >One looks mostly smooth, but with a minor scar.
- >The other, the one that was bleeding, looks like it was hastily cauterized.
- >"I performed a sort of dialysis on you." She said, grabbing the tea that was on my bedside table, courtesy of the hospital staff.
- >She pulled the liquid out of the glass and made it float through a magic barrier.
- >Tea went in one side, water came out the other.
- >After all of it was through, the trapped particles in the barrier were vaporized in a burst of flame.
- >"I figured you were suffering from ingesting a sort of poison. The way you were coughing up frothy liquid certainly seemed like it." She said, returning the water to the glass.
- "Wow. You must work here."
- >"No, I just study magic for my mentor."
- >Strange.
- >Studying for your mentor seems... counter-intuitive.
- >Well, she must be good at her jo-
- >Hey, wait a minute.
- >Only one of your wrists was cleanly cauteriOH GOD DAMN IT
- >No wonder I was bleeding in the forest.
- "Would you, by any chance, have something to do with me almost bleeding out?" You say, leering at her.
- >"I... uh... I should get these notes to the Princess!" She says, packing everything into her bag.
- >Looks like someone really does need a ment-
- >Did she just say Princess?
- "Wait, who's the Princ-"
- >Too late, she's gone.
- >Looks like you should turn in for the night.
- >That questioning took a lot out of you.
- >That, and the whole anemia thing.
- ----------------------------------------------------------------
- >Light is creeping in through your eyelids.
- >Today is another day.
- >You get to talk to Twilight again,
- >You can get some food (finally),
- >And you might even get to meet royalty.
- >Well, pony royalty.
- >That's still good, right?
- >Yeah, that's still pretty badass.
- >You slowly open your eyes, to make sure you adjust properly.
- >"Subject has revived, I repeat, subject has arrived," Says a stern, male voice.
- "Hey whoa who are y-"
- >"Beginning procedure."
- "What procedure?"
- >You open your eyes completely, and try to get up,
- >Oh shit, you can't move.
- >You've been tied down to what feels like a metal slab.
- "What the fuck is going on here?" You say, gazing around you.
- >8 ponies dressed in surgical gear surround your table.
- >"Do we have the proper equipment?" asks one of the doctors.
- >A scalpel, a pair of medical clamps, a few hooks, and a sharp rod pass over you.
- "Is this surgery or something? I don't think the anesthesia worked on me." You say, trying to wriggle out of your restraints.
- >"All equipment is present. Ready to begin dissection."
- >Oh fuck.
- "Hey, hey, whoa, I don't think this is necessar-"
- >"Nurse, please gag the subject." Says another doctor, levitating a scalpel out of the equipment tray.
- >A rag floats toward your mouth.
- "Oh hell no." You say as you begin to shake the table, trying to break free.
- >The rag floats away, and your body is suddenly covered in a large magical aura.
- >You can no longer move.
- >Ohshitohshitohshitohshitohsh-
- >"Beginning first incision."
- "WAIT NO, NONONO, I KNOW TWILIGHT SPARKLE."
- >"Subject claims to know the Princess' apprentice." Says another doctor, who might be recording this "experiment."
- >Holy shit that actually did something.
- >Out of the corner of your eye, you see a larger figure enter the room.
- >"Should we continue the experiment?" A doctor asks while rushing over to greet the new entity.
- >"Ignore his protests," A strong female voice says, "Your loyalty is to your princess."
- >"Of course, Princess." replies one of the doctors, readying his scalpel.
- "Wait, I'm innocent! I'm not going to hurt anyone!" You plea, shaking in your restraining belts.
- >The scalpel isn't slowing down.
- "Please, STOP! DON'T DO THIS!" You beg, your heart pouding a million miles an hour.
- >He is giving absolutely zero fucks.
- >The blade is unhindered, it's razor-sharp edge bearing ever closer.
- >Looks like you really are at the end of your rope.
- >The scalpel slowly begins to cut into your chest, just below the sternum.
- >The pain only intensifies as it goes deeper.
- "DEAR SWEET GOD SOMEONE HELP ME!" You yell, trying as hard as you can to kick out of your restraints.
- >He begins to drag downward toward your stomach, ever so slowly.
- >You scream as loud as you possibly can.
- >Nothing.
- >He finishes his inscision once it reaches what feels like about 12 centimeters.
- >One of the hooks begins to float over to the cut.
- >This time, you scream for Twilight.
- >You know it won't help you, but it's worth a shot.
- >Maybe she's still in the hospital...
- >...
- >Still nothing.
- >The hook begins to steadily slide into the slit in your chest.
- >The cold steel slides past your organs, sending an ungodly sensation through your body.
- >Oh god please make it stop please please please please
- >The doctor makes sure it's placed carefully.
- >Oh shit no please don't do what I think you're about to do.
- >He pushes down slightly, with the pointed tip of the hood facing outward.
- >Oh please god do not pull up.
- >You brace yourself for a pain which you're sure is worse than anything you've ever faced.
- >It never comes.
- >Instead, a flash of light makes him pull it out as all the other surgeons try to cover their eyes.
- >"WHAT ARE YOU DOING, PRINCESS?!"
- >That voice...
- >Holy shit Twilight to the rescue.
- >"What are you doing to Anon?! This is awful!" She says, rushing over to me.
- >My incision glows and is flash-burned, quickly cauterizing it shut.
- >It burns like hell for a moment, but an unnatural sensation quickly replaces it.
- >Fuck yes, magical painkillers.
- >The surgeons attempt to tackle her, but she quickly teleports and lands on my operation table.
- >She grabs the scalpels and spiked rods off of the medical tray and hurls them into the wall behind the doctors, discouraging them from coming any closer.
- >"Twilight Sparkle, what is the meaning of this!? Get down, right now!" Said the princess walking boldly towards Twilight.
- >Twilight is steadfast, her body statue-like.
- >"Twilight, I order you to leave, NOW."
- >This time, she turns the whole table towards the Princess.
- >"If you want to hurt Anon, then you're going to have to go through me!"
