Character Name: Hydera Dredge

 

Monster type: Dark Slime, Sentient

 

Fighting Style: Creative Shape Shifting, Explosive Power

 

Physical Description:

She looks to be a woman in a long Victorian dress, long hair, and fine features; except that the parts of her that would be clothes are a sticky tar substance and the parts of her that would be skin are a smooth oil like substance, the hair is like the skin only dryer looking and connects to her back (it’s more like a crest that can become tentacles). She does appear to have long sleeves with wide cuffs, the “outfit” shows off her ample bosom and neckline.

 

Additional Info:

Hydera Dredge is a Sentient Dark Slime, which means her native world is Aesperia, how she managed to find her way into the Hell Universe, to the Cone, to layer 24 (Soot Swamp) build an underground labyrinth castle, and rule as the Overlord is a mystery. No one is sure how long she has lived here, but as Sentient Slimes have indefinite life spans (their memory is passed down if and when they split to reproduce, but she prevents this by giving off her extra mass by fusing the mass into golem creations to become her guards); she is also a sorceress (which may explain how she got here) *more in abilities section*

 

   Hydera Dredge is a vain woman who enjoys indulging in her desires, both as a woman and as a Dark Slime *predatory monster*. She tends to keep Soul Bodies that come through her domain, if she catches them, as slaves and lovers (she will mate with them and then devour them; as a Dark Slime this means dissolving them in a strong acid as she pulls them into her body. So basically right after mating, her “lover” will find himself suddenly stuck to and in her and then burning as her insides change to acid and she draws him in. As a soul body they will reform elsewhere; for which she has them sign a magic contract so they reform in her castle and remain in her servitude. These contracts last for a few centuries (unless the slaves can escape through the portal she has); for whatever reason there tend to be some slaves who prevent others from escaping *soul bodies are sinners so there is that*.  

 

   On that note, she does periodically go into a state of hibernation; this is because of her Dark Slime instincts *on Aesperia Dark Slimes are spring and summer monsters that sleep through fall and winter deep underground in thermal vent channels. Despite the Soot Swamp not having seasons her biological clock still forces her to do this. Likewise the breeding instinct is overcome by her creating minions, and periodically she also goes to the surface to hunt (she may feed on slaves, but her instincts require occasionally having prey that doesn’t come to her and in her).

 

   Occasionally Hydera Dredge comes to the planet Earth, where she passes off as simply a powerful and unique monster. If she were to go to Aesperia, the Aesperians and Bestials, and such would simply view her as another, albeit very powerful Sentient Dark Slime. In her Hell domain she is the unquestioned ruler; yet on Earth she can have fun surprising the locals and fighting the local hunters and monster populations. Mingling with the riffraff as she puts it.

Examples of Abilities:

    She is an amazing one, not simply a sorceress and a Dark Slime but also very creative and a fighter. Her showings at the Overlord Tournaments (she tends to get past the preliminaries but seldom makes it a few rounds in; as great as her move set is, there are Overlords that focus on pure brute power which she lacks; make no mistake humans with normal weapons would find it difficult to survive an encounter with her).

 

   Her powers would best be described like a fighting game moveset.

   Standing:

 

   Punches:

 

   Weak Punch: Hair Needle: a needle like stand of “hair” strikes out.

 

   Medium Punch: Sleeve Jab: A forward jab, her sleeve edge turns into a blade.

 

   Strong Punch: Sleeve Sickle: A sweeping, upwards, strike her sleeve turns long, blade like with the upper edge having three elongated sickle/shark fin blades.

 

 

 

    Kicks:

 

    Weak Kick: Tentacle: a black octopus like tentacle lashes out from under her dress

 

    Medium Kick: Multi Hit: about five black octopus like tentacles lash out from under her dress and sway a little.

 

   Strong Kick: Whip Strike: A squid whip strikes out from under her dress.

 

 

 

    Crouching (she doesn’t really crouch down, she compresses her body to become ball like with just her head showing, she can move back and forth like this, but all punches and kicks are the same).

 

   Weak: Stinger: a cone blade sticks out

 

   Medium: Evil Stinger: a long gnarled cone blade sticks out

 

   Strong: Needle Ball: Long spikes stick out in all directions. *she can hold this for  a few seconds but can’t move in that time*.

 

 

 

  Jumping (her body always remains straight, she propels herself into the air via a spring board like protrusion that forms under her dress.

 

   Weak Punch: same as standing only aimed downwards.

 

   Medium Punch: Chest Needles: Long blades strike out from the front of her torso, one per boob and six on her abdomen.

 

   Strong Punch: Spinning Reaper: Both her arms form the blades from her standing strong punch, except they stick out straight like helicopter blades as her torso spins. Her head and lower body stay facing forward while her torso spins.

 

 

Moving (her strikes while moving are the same as when standing except the kick tentacles are a little longer and try to trip with a sweeping motion).

 

 

 

Blocking: She has three blocks.

 

1: Normal: Her arm forms a round shield

 

2: Special Punch: *holding back and punching*: Spike Shield: it blocks normally but also damages opponents attempting a physical attack.

 

3: Special Kick: *holding back and kicking*: Blade Wall: Several long curved black blades come out from under her dress and form in front of her like a fence or wall. This strong barrier damages anyone attempting to touch it physically, blocks projectiles, and prevents most opponents from jumping over her.

 

 

 

Throws:

 

Her normal throw is she wraps her opponent up in several tendrils from her arm and tosses them overhead.

 

Mother’s Milk: She grabs her opponent, gives them a bear hug, but also sprays yellow acid from her tits on them.

 

 

Special Attacks:

 

 

    Miasma: Her body puffs up as she inhales and then expels a purple poison mist into the air in front of her.

 

    Tit Bombs: Her boobs fly off her body like rockets and explode *fiery explosion* upon impact. She instantly regenerates new ones.

 

    Minion: She summons one of her minions to come and help, usually a slow moving Sludge Ghoul or jump in and quick slashing Black Skeleton, her third or (strong punch) minion would be Slime Golem that punches the opponent.

 

   Spinning Dash: like her jumping strong punch, only much faster and dashes forward with it (can change direction twice before it runs out of power)

 

 

 Hyper Attacks:

 

   1: Surprise I know magic: Creates a red glowing sigil in front of her, red demonic energy darts fly out and bombard the opponent.

 

   2: Special Surprise: Does a ninja like gesture and a massive cloud of miasma flies out in all directions from under her dress, her tits turn into missiles and fly into the air, shoots out about three sets, which come down on the opponent. (the miasma will poison the opponent if they stay on the ground, but if they jump it becomes harder to dodge the missiles).

 

   3: Real Surprise: She throws a simple black ring projectile at the opponent, if it connects it wraps around them and then springs out tentacles *which can be somewhat erotic looking as they tie up the opponent*; she then turns giant and melts into a black tsunami that washes over the opponent, forms into a “water spout” AKA a black sludge tornado around the opponent and then forms into a giant version of herself.

    (two end effects: if the opponent survived she reaches into her throat, pulls them out and throws them against the far wall before shrinking back down. If the opponent was kill, a skeleton still standing with black tar holding it in place slides out the front of her dress as she slides back and shrinks. The tar then fuses over the skeleton turning it black, a scimitar magically appears in its hand; it lets out a cackle and then jumps off the stage. Her opponent has now become one of her army. In normal terms this creates her minions; but fighting overlords this in story has never happened; only against fools she has faced when has visited other worlds.)
