- Wf's Navigator character, being a Vischer, may have familial connections with any of these Traders or their dynasties in the past, especially the more prominent ones. Keep in mind you can enter into negotiations with any of them, some are just more difficult to deal with than others.
- Abel Gerrit
- Abel isn't technically a Rogue Trader himself, but a prominient member of the powerful Arcadius family, a prominent Trader dynasty based in the Imperium's Eastern Rim. Abel has been sent to Segmentum Obscuras to scout out potential opportunities for profit, so while he doesn't carry a Warrant himself, he is empowered to do whatever he can in the best interests of Arcadius.
- Ally potential: High
- Ship: Maxim's Gambit, Havoc-class merchant raider
- Hadarak Fel
- Fel is a rather prominent name in the Expanse, although that's more due to his sheer longevity than any real prominence he ever managed to gain. He has a reputation for being a foppish dilettante, but any Trader who's been around as long as he has must be much more than meets the eye.
- Ally potential: Medium
- Ship: Fel Hand, Firestorm-class frigate
- Madam Charlabelle Armelan
- Charlabelle is the current head of the Armelan trade family, a group that has made quite a profit in both trade and colonization. However, rumors have been circulating them lately regarding her father and a Ork invasion fleet of their holdings in Adrianni-Spinward. Charlabelle also seems rather young for her lofty position, one that was until recently held by her more prominent and experienced father. She is travelling with a band of Kroot mercenaries.
- Ally potential: High
- Ship: Grace of Sophia, Vagabond-class merchant trader
- Jeremiah Blitz
- Blitz is another recent graduate into the world of interstellar adventuring. A notirious scoundrel and smuggler, Blitz won his Warrant by pure chance from a powerful Adeptus offical, as well as his massive ship. Since then, Blitz seems to be simply using both to simply operate on a larger scale, as he seems to lack the patience or mind for more ambitious or profitable endeavours.
- Ally potential: Variable (How much you got?)
- Ship: Ordained Destiny, heavily modified Lunar-class cruiser
- Lord Admiral Bastille the Seventh
- Bastille is a rather infamous figure who recently ascended to ownership of the family Warrant after the mysterious deaths of his immediate family members in a freak torpedo malfunction. A prominent Navy officer at the time, Bastille prompty resigned his commission to claim his inheritence, but in doing so pissed off a lot of people. He's barely managed to escape charges of desertion, and has essentially worn out his welcome in civilized space.
- Ally potential: Low
- Ships: Colossus, Lunar-class cruiser
- Aberrant, Firestorm-class frigate
- Lady Sun-Lee
- The current head of the Trader dynasty of Ma'Kao, a long-lived family with many holdings. Traditionally, the Ma'Kao heads have delegated the runnings of the family to subordinates, and Sun-Lee is no exception, as she is very much an adventurer rather than an administrator. She looks the part as well, constantly decked out in either ornate power armor or a luxurious gown and surrounded by grizzled-looking troopers in house colors.
- Ally potential: Medium
- Ships: Nihontu, Dauntless-class light cruiser
- Raider escort squadron
- Baron Djanko Scourge
- The great-great grandson of the infamous warlord Khako "the Scourge," Djanko is a bull of a man who has dedicated his life to following in his ancestor's path by conquering (or razing) as many planets as he can. To this end he has overburdened his ship with guns and armor, and is never seen without his gaudy, medal-laden uniform or ornate plasma pistol, his most prized posession.
- Ally potential: Low
- Ship: Hammer of Truth, heavily modified Dauntless-class light cruiser
- Krawkin Feckward
- To those in the know, Feckward is a name that inspires pure revulsion. While ostensibly a Trader, he appears to be little more than a jumped-up criminal overlord, and deals exclusively in either illegal artifacts or slaves. If he didn't have his Warrant to hide behind, there is little doubt he would have either been run down by the Arbites long ago, or he would still be on the run from them. Erumalius would undoubtedly have knowledge of his activities.
- Ally potential: Low
- Ship: Chains of Dusk, Hazeroth-class privateer
