  1. >Twilight was on her back her eyes swirling around in her head
  2. “Did I do it?” She asked in a confused if cute manner.
  3. “Nope.” Spike said flatly.
  4. “N-No, I’m afraid not.” Fluttershy mumbled.
  5. >You add to the rest with an angry grunt
  6. >Naturally, the instance when you -WANT- sorcery to go off without a hitch it go careening off a cliff and explodes when it hit’s the bottom
  7. >You do -NOT- want to be stuck here
  8. “I’m sorry Anonymous, I guess my magic isn’t strong enough to send you back.” Twilight had righted herself and was casting a downward stare at the floor
  9. >For the love of… She was genuinely looking disappointed over this. And it was making you…feel guilty for giving that grunt. She did -TRY- at least.
  10. “It is…fine, Mage Twilight Sparkle.”
  11. >You don’t sound too reassuring but it seems to make her feel better and she gives you a small smile
  12. >Thanking a mage for a failed casting…
  13. >Truly this placed was cursed with something most evil
  14.
  15. “Wait a minute!” Twilight perks up even more. “Maybe Princess Celes--Oh, no. Darn it.” She gets downtrodden again.
  16. “What is it, Mage Twilight?” You ask, hopeful that it leads somewhere.
  17. “Well, if Princess Celestia was here she might have the power to send you back to Lordran. But she’s on official business in Manehattan. She’ll be gone for at least a week. And Princess Luna is busy with an Ambassador mission in the Griffon Kingdom and she’ll be gone even longer.”
  18. >Stuck, stuck, stuck is all you’re hearing
  19. >Stuck in the equivalent of a child’s storybook
  20. >It could be slightly worse
  21. >Slightly
  22. >You really didn’t have an option here; what else was new?
  23. >So you’d wait for this Princess and when you meet her you’d get her to send you back to Lordran
  24. >Via persuasion or force, for you they were somewhat the same thing
  25. “If I must wait… then I shall wait.”
  26. >Now wait -where- was the question at hand
  27. “Uh, um, if-if you like you can stay…with me, I mean if you want to that is…” Fluttershy fumbled around as she spoke. “I-I mean, I’m still worried about your wound and-and  I’d like to make sure you get some food in you…”
  28. >She still going out of her way to try and watch over you? You may as well take her up on it. She was quiet and timid, she wouldn’t dare try to harm you. She didn’t have the fortitude. Not even through trickery.
  29. “Very well, Lady Fluttershy. I shall accept your proposal.”
  30. >You kneel on one knee and extend your hand to her while bowing, a pose you’ve taken every time you’ve rested by a lonely bonfire
  31. >FLUTTERSHY KINDLED
  32.
  33. “Well, I’m glad that’s one problem solved.” Twilight quipped with a smile. “Anonymous, I’ll let you know the moment Princess Celestia is back in Canterlot.”
  34. >You simply nod
  35. “Um, if it’s alright with you Anonymous could we head back to my home? I have some things to take care and I’m sure Angel is running out of patience.”
  36. >You nod again, you really didn’t feel the need to be in Twilight’s home anymore than you already have and start to make for the door
  37. >Fluttershy says her goodbyes to the purple horse-mage and follows after you
  38. >The walk back to her cottage is a quiet one until you hear a buzzing drawing closer
  39. >Fluttershy doesn’t seem to notice it
  40. >You raise Sanctus just to be careful and suddenly something blue and feathery slams into it
  41. >The force of the impact actually sends you skidding back several feet
  42. >You look down on Sanctus and see another flying horse like Fluttershy stuck to it like dried mud
  43. “Oh my goodness!” the butter-yellow equine glides over to you before getting a surprised look on her face. “Rainbow Dash? What are you doing?”
  44. >Rainbow Dash. These names never cease to get silly. And her mane is literally rainbow-colored.
  45. “Ugh… My head.” the cyan-colored horse groans.
  46. >You give Sanctus a shake and Rainbow Dash comes undone, tumbling to the ground in a heap
  47.
  48. “Rainbow Dash, what are you doing?” Fluttershy asks as she helps the other flying horse back to its hooves.
  49. >Rainbow Dash brought a hoof to her head as she starts to speak
  50. “I was flying by and saw this…thing sneaking up behind you!” The hoof that was rubbing her sore head was now being pointed at you accusingly.
  51. “Oh no, Rainbow. He wasn’t going to hurt me. This is Anonymous. He’s, um, from out of town.” Fluttershy explains as she hovers next to you.
  52. >You can’t help but feel like some sort of attraction
  53. “What is he anyways? He walks on two legs. He some kinda jumbo diamond dog?” Rainbow asks, having regained her sense enough to start flying again.
  54. >She floats a few inches from your face and heavily scrutinizes your overall appearance
  55. >And what did she call you? A Diamond Dog? That sounded truly fearsome.
  56. >Rainbow Dash carefully knocks against your faceplate with a hoof
  57. >You snort in response
  58. >Dash quickly flaps backwards, as if she expected smoke to come from your helm. Soon enough she’s right back in your face.
  59. “This thing is…kinda cool. His face is totally made of metal!”
  60. “Human.” You correct her.
  61. >Enough with being called ’thing’.
  62. “Hu-what?” Rainbow Dash cocks an eyebrow.
  63. >You remain quiet, you don’t have the time or patience to give her a full explanation
  64. >How would you even begin to describe the Undead aspect?
  65.
  66.  >Better to just not bring it up
  67. “Lady Rainbow Dash, if you don’t mind we were traveling back to Lady Fluttershy’s home and I’d like to resume that activity.”
  68. >You say simply as you brush past the blue flying p0ny
  69. >You hear stifled laughter from behind you that soon erupts into full guffawing
  70. “L-Lady Rainbow Dash? Ha ha! Dude, way WAY to formal. Who talks like that? Ha ha!”
  71. >You’re not surprised this one is so uncouth
  72. >And what in Lordran was a ’dude’?
  73. >Rainbow Dash wiped a tear away from her violet-colored eyes
  74. “Just Rainbow would be fine or RD, none of this, pfft, lady stuff.”
  75. >You grunt as you continue to walk onwards
  76. “Well Fluttershy I need to get back to work. This little diversion kinda put me behind. I’ll catch ya later!”
  77. >You hear the loudmouthed one race off with hurried wing beats and also hear Fluttershy calling after her
  78. “Ok, Dash. I’ll talk to you later then.” She gives a little wave before cashing after you
  79. “W-Wait for me, Anonymous!”
  80. MEANWHILE AT THE LEGION OF DOOM or AN INFINTISIMAL BLACK VOID
  81.
  82. “And just how are our forces coming along?”
  83. >The voice was jovial and lighthearted but just under the surface one could hear mania and dementia
  84. “Very well. In one weeks time the land of Equestria will know of the monstrous hordes of Lordran. And the two of us will have our goals ever closer to fruition.”
  85. >The second voice was noble in tone, almost regal but also sounded terribly ancient . But it dripped with darker intentions and machinations.
  86. “So glad to hear it, just remember our deal.”
  87. “I know quite well what our agreement is. In fact, I feel -I- should be the one to remind -you-.”
  88. >The more lighthearted voice chortled
  89. “Come now, Darkstalker Kaathe. If you can’t trust the God of Chaos who -can- you trust.”
  90. “Do not try my patience, Discord. And do not fail me as -he- did.”
