  1. "You can put that table down there."
  2. "Is that all miss?"
  3. "Yes, thank you. Here's something extra for your trouble."
  4. Inkie Pie placed a couple of bits in the young stallion's pocket, drawing out an awkward grin.
  5. "Thanks you, miss. If you'll excuse me..."
  6. "Of course. Go, and thanks again."
  7. >Gosh, what a nice colt!
  8. >I wonder if he has many friends.
  9. >Is he from around here?
  10. >Maybe I can be his friend!

  12. "Pinkie, I know you're excited, but please stop bouncing. We only just moved in and already you're wearing out the floor."

  14. Pinkie walked through the box filled room, her hind legs occasionally kicking at the air in excitement. She found a box labelled 'Supplies' and opened it up.
  15. "But I can't help it really, I've never been able to make any friends outside of the farm, and now we're in a whole new town full of brand new ponies to meet!"
  16. She pulled a couple of streamers out of the box and threw them across the room, sending streaks of colour across the piles of boxes and cloth covered furniture.
  17. "That's great, Pinkie," said the grey mare as she pulled a streamer from her mane, "but first we have business to attend to."
