How would you like to partake in a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity?” >You stop a few feet from the table, and look to make sure he wasn't talking to anyone else. >The man chuckled; his voice and laugh was eerily familiar. >”Yes, you my boy! Imagine, if you will, a tour through the /magical/ land of Equestria!” >Quite a bit of emphasis on magical. You aren't too convinced. “And what's the catch here? Do I have to empty my pockets for you or inject something?” >Another laugh. You swear you've heard this voice before. >”Nothing of the sort! All I need is for you to say yes!” >You think about it. >While it seems like it's bullshit (and it probably is, you tell yourself), you're interested to see what they've cooked up. >You also want to figure out why his voice is so damn familiar. “You swear there's no catch?” >”None at all, my boy! All you have to do is say yes.” >That grin almost looks too happy, but at this point blind curiosity overthrows rational thought. “Sure, why not. Let's go visit Equestria.” >His laugh is almost contagious. >”Splendid, splendid! Now, just let me get a few things organized...” >He snaps his fingers and the table is gone. >Wait, what? “How...how did you do that?” >”Magic, my dear boy!” “...Magic.” >”You say it as if you've never heard of such a thing!” >With another snap of his fingers, the man shifts, rather spectacularly, into Discord. >In the flesh. >Well, that's where you recognize the voice. >You're absolutely baffled at this point. “How did you...where did...ugh” >You rub your temples. God, please let this be a dream. >”Calm down, boy! We haven't even arrived yet! >You ignore him and rub your temples some more. >He puts a hand(claw) on your shoulder, startling you. >”A word of warning; you're going to want to hold your breath.” >Before you get a chance to acknowledge what he said, you're both enveloped in a white flash.   >It takes your eyes a few moments to readjust after the blinding flash of light. >But when they do, you're quite awestruck. >This is Equestria, alright. >Buildings were upside down, some uprooted from the ground. >It was your favourite episode, almost like it was recreated just for you. >They must have done some background work before deciding you'd go to 'Equestria'. >”Now, I know it isn't quite what you were probably expecting...” >Discord rubs the back of his neck, almost as if he did something to upset you. >”...but I took the liberty of revamping it to my likings.” >You're in awe. “This...” “This is AWESOME!” >He's taken aback by what you said. >”You...like what I did with the place?” “Why wouldn't I? You're easily one of my favourite characters, and the fact that you basically recreated one of the best episodes is quite impressive.” >”...Excuse me?” >You chuckle. “You don't really expect me to believe you're the REAL Discord, do you?” >Now he's beyond confused. >”What do you mean? Of course I'm the real Discord! The one and only!” “Yeah, sure. And I'm Princess Luna!” >Discord cocks his head and looks at you funnily. >”Are you sure?” “Oh, totally. Can't you tell?” >”Oh, yes, definitely. I simply ask because Luna's just over there.” >You freeze in place. >Turning around slowly, who else but the princess is standing no more than five feet away from you. >Discord chuckles quietly behind you, and Luna looks quite pissed. “Oh. Well, uh, hi there, Luna.” >”Discord, I've come to negotiate with you.” >She looks at you with a disgusted look on her face (though you swear she's hiding something; her eyes give it away). >”And what is this thing?” >”Why, this is...” >He looks down at you. >”...Hey kid, what did you say your name was?” “I didn't?” >”Well, what is it?” >Luna shouts over at you two; “What are you two whispering about over there?” >Discord shouts back: “Noooooothing!” “It's Anonymous, by the way.” >”This thing, I'll have you know, is Anonymous!” >”Whatever his name is, I have negotiations I wish to go over with you.” >”Can Anonymous come? I'd be ever so lonely if I went by myself...” >Luna sighs. You chuckle. >”Fine. But he is not to have a say on our negotiations, understood?” >”Sure, sure!” He looks back to you; “Come on, let's go have some fun!” >Discord begins to follow Luna, and you closely behind him. >After a few minutes of walking you arrive at what appears to be the only building that isn't affected by this. >Surprisingly, it's Twilight's treebrary. >All three of you head in; it's quite barren to your amazement, spare a table and a few chairs in the center. >Luna takes a seat at one end, and gestures for you two to sit at the opposite end. >Discord pipes up: “I do hope you don't mind if I make the two of us comfy...” >With a snap of his fingers two extremely soft-looking chairs appear. >You both take a seat and she sighs. >”Now, let's begin our negotiations.
