Chapter 2: The Hub
(This is after the experiment)
"Hello?" You hear a voice in front of you.
"Ugh, where am I?" You painfully sit up, not sure where you are.
"Why, you're in the hub, silly!" Said the voice.
You open your eyes and look around. There are thousands of people, humans, monsters, and other creatures alike. Heck, some of them are even 2d or look exactly the same.
"What is this 'Hub'?" You ask curiously.
"This is where all video game and TV characters go when they die or are cancelled. The reason you see so many of the same people is because they are all from the same place."
"Wait a minute, are you saying I was in a VIDEO GAME!?" You yell suddenly.
"Yes, you were. All of your memories are programmed inside your head. The person controlling you didn't do a good job, so you died in that test chamber." She tells you.
You take a minute to soak in things. Okay, so you were part of a video game, you were controlled by a person, and you died in the game. Your entire life is a lie and now you're in this 'Hub' which you think is kind of like video game heaven. Let's just say you didn't take it lightly.

You're sitting in a cell, thinking about what you did. 'What did I do wrong? Sure, I knocked over a few lamps and went on a full rampage, but that doesn't mean I need to be locked up.' You think quietly.
You hear footsteps coming down the stairs. You stand up, and get yourself looking at least presentable. When the person appeared, it's the same person who was talking to you earlier.
"I see you've calmed down. I'm taking that as a good sign."
"Yeah.........."
"Well, now that you're calm and not angry, I will continue to tell you about this place. Like I said, this is the Hub, the place where all characters come when they die or their shows are cancelled or whatever. I am the ruler of this place. When you come here, you are not bound by your show or game. You are a new, free person. The Hub allows you to go wherever you want. Any game, any show, anywhere."
"So, you're saying I could just go anywhere and do whatever I want?" You start to perk up at the idea.
"Yes, you're free to do whatever you want. There's just one rule though: You cannot do whatever you want in the Hub." She says in a ruling manner.
"Okay, that sounds reasonable," You say in compliance, "Hey, I never got your name."
"The name's Avon Cloudpin."
"Nice to meet you. I'm Jordan. Jordan Freeman." You shake hands.
She leads you up the stairs, and back to the main room.
"I will now show you to the teleportation room, the place where you will be able to go to many different places." She tells you.
'This is gonna be fun' You put on a wicked grin, thinking of all the mischief you can cause.
End of chapter 2
(The story just turns into "wacky adventures" after this. Just saying.)
